Description

放香体及含有该放香体的装置
本发明涉及香料,更具体地说是涉及一种用于清洁空气和封闭空间的放香体及含有该放香体的放香装置。
近年来,使用各种装置来清洁周围的空气得到长足的发展。例如,空气除臭剂实际上在所有家居中得到广泛的应用,这些除臭剂用来冲淡不好的气味,并向周围空气散发芬香。它们也同样应用于公共场所、办公室或汽车里。
制造这种类型的放香体的方案很多,极其不同。举个例来说,有一种放香体系是建立在快速扩散清洁剂的机理上的,而快速扩散是通过喷射式的喷雾装置的作用来达到的。还有一些知名的放香体系是实体型放香体,由充满活性清洁剂成份的组份组成,而组份由凝胶体构成,例如琼脂胶体或硬脂酸钠胶体,或者由合成树脂,或矿物材料块,例如石膏或二氧化硅构成。先有技术在这方面的例子很多,有种除臭装置是由封装在塑料包装组件中的液体形活性成份构成的,其清洁气体的扩散是通过半渗透性的聚合物壁进行的,最后,还有一种著名的放香装置,其扩散是通过将一种芯带的一端与清洁液剂相接触而进行的。
根据经验可以明显地看到,没有任何一个现存的放香体系能满足在一般应用上对功能和美学方面提出的所有指标,有的放香装置比较适用于对大的或小的空间进行脉冲式放香,其他的则与之相反,进行连续式的放香。
在证明有效的简单放香体系中,有一些是利用清洁剂扩散机理的,其载体是由胶凝材料构成的。这些放香体装置一般是利用海藻胶质或鹿角粟胶质的胶凝特性。
我们发现,有可能获得适于作除臭体装置或清洁体装置中载体的凝胶体、该胶体在加有芳香基料的情况下,通过一种液体聚合物材料和一种交联剂反应而生成。
根据本说明书后面所列的具体实例,很清楚地看到,按上述方法制备的放香体装置具有一些先有技术所不及的优点。这里要提到本发明的载体,它一旦成形,就成为一种干硬且透明的材料,能载有大比率的芳香基料,90%或更多。而这个特性具有特别重要的意义,因为这样一来,本发明的放香体装置可以制备成小尺寸的制品,而又有好的效果。于是,本放香体装置可以用在小封闭空间中放香,例如汽车中、洗澡及洗手间中等。由于放香体是透明的,它们可制成各种形状,并具有美学的外形。此外,上述放香体的制备是很简便的。因为,一旦均质化后,聚合物反应生成的、载有芳香基料的混合物呈液状,从而能方便地注入模型中,作成各种各样所希望的形状。
最后,实体制品可以通过减少一些芳香基料的比例,例如,芳香基料对聚合物材料的重量比为70%,和通过在反应混分物中添加填充剂,如石膏、锯未、金属粉末或类似材料来制备成型。
我们发现,某些宫能化的聚合物,在有芳香基料的情况下,能原位发生交联反应而生成一种具有上述特性的胶凝体。
本发明提供一种使周围空气或封闭空间放香、除臭或清洁的装置,该装置包含有一种胶凝体,该胶凝体是在有芳香基料、除臭基料、清洁基料和/或表面活性剂情况下,由一种聚合物的交联作用原位形成的。
更具体他说,本发明提供一种含有胶凝体的装置,该胶凝体是在有芳香基料、除臭基料、清洁基料和/或表面活性剂情况下,由一种官能化的液体聚合物或共聚物与一种交联剂原位进行交联反应而产生的。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种使表面活性剂放香的方法,该方法的特征在于,在有活性表面活化剂和芳香基料的情况下,聚合物或共聚物原位交联。
本发明最佳官能化的聚合物包括那些易于同现用的芳香材料溶混的聚合物,这些聚合物具有一个或一些官能团。同样,交联剂也必须具有一个或多个互补的官能团。上述两种组份的混和,在有芳香基料情况下,能产生反应生成一种能将芳香基料封围其中的三维网状***。
官能团和互补官能团可以分别是,羧酸、酐或酰基氯衍生团,和氨基团或醇团。最好所选择的液体聚合物具有从羧酸、酐或酰基氯衍生来的官能,所选择交联剂具有氨基或醇官能,但互换也适用。
在聚合物或交联剂上的官能团可以是单官能团或多官能团。为了获取三维网状体系,每分子的液体聚合物必须带有至少两个官能团,每分子的交联剂也同样必须带有至少两个官能团
本说明书中所用“官能化的液体聚合物”系指一种在室温下为液体的材料,并且这种材料在25℃时的粘度不大于5000泊,最好是250泊到1000泊。如上所述,液体聚合物和交联剂两者在芳香基料中都必须是可溶的。溶解可以采用直接溶于芳香基料的方法完成,也可以采用添加一种适宜的特别溶剂来完成。在实际运用中,如果使用大比率的芳香基料,例如本发明最佳实施例所应用的那种,则没必要添加溶剂。
聚合物材料可以从数个能起官能作用的聚合物中选取。聚合物最好从聚烯烃族中选取,更具体地说,从一烯烃或二烯烃衍生的聚合物中选取,它们在官能化之前,至少包含有一个,最好是数个乙烯基官能团。
根据本发明的一个最佳实施例,其所应用的聚合物为丁二烯、2-甲基丁二烯或氯丁二烯的衍生物。最好应用分子量为5000到20,000的马来化聚丁二烯,或者分子量为200,000到500,000的马来化聚异戊二烯。这些都是市场上可以买到的材料。欧洲专利申请号N°.023084的申请文件中提供这些材料的实例,本说明书中将列出这些实例作为参考。其中一个例子就是商品为“Lithene”的产品(来源:Revertex有限公司)。在市场上可以购得的不同质量的Lithene中,Lithene N4-9000 10MA所获结果为好;上述9000代表聚丁二烯马来化前的分子量,10MA则表明其马来化度,在本例情况下为100份的聚丁二烯中有10份的马来酐(约=9.1%)。
上述欧洲专利申请中还给出关于选择交联剂的说明。选择的指标由一种交联剂在反应介质中,即在芳香基料成分中的溶解度来表示。根据所引欧洲专利申请的建议,能满足这一指标的交联剂有二羟基聚丁二烯。最好是乙氧化伯胺。在后者中采用具有每分子二个环氧乙烷的油胺更理想。其它交联剂可以从下列族中选取:具有一个乙氧化的或丙氧化的较高脂族链的烷丙基二胺(商品名:“Dicrodamet”,来源:Croda化学有限公司),二乙醇胺,或二亚乙基三胺。
由聚氧化烯二胺构成的交联剂同样适用。具体地说,采用Jeffamine D-400,Jeffamine EDR-148以及Jeffamine D-2000是非常有利的(Jeffamine是Huntsman公司的注册商标)。
根据本发明,椰子胺同样可以采用,该椰子胺每分子有5个单位环氧乙烷。它们已被制备成商品,其品名为“Crodamet”(来源:Croda)。
根据现用官能团的摩尔比,官能化液体聚合物和交联剂混合时的摩尔比在3∶1到0.5∶1之间,最好为1∶1。
根据本发明,胶凝体也可以通过混合两种具有互补官能度的聚合物而取得。当然,这两种聚合物必须能溶于芳香基料或清洁基料中。例如,可以应用具有羟基官能的聚丁二烯,例如商品名为HFPB的一种(来源:Revertex有限公司),将其与马来化聚丁二烯混合而胶凝。有时候,使用特别的催化剂将更好地控制胶凝体形成,为此目的,可以采用叔胺(例如DAMA1010;来源:Albemarle公司)。将Hycar CTBN1300×21(来源:B.F.Goodrich公司)与马来化聚丁二烯混合也是完全可取的。
根据本发明另一实施方式,可以应用共聚物作为聚合物来进行,代替掉官能化液体聚合物。较适用的共聚物有EMA,一种乙烯和马来酐的共聚物,一种自由流动的均质粉末。
在香料中现行使用的任何一种成份均可作为本发明装置中的芳香基料。它们可能是精细的化学药品,但更经常的情况是它们是在不同程度上复杂的,自然源物或合成源物的挥发液体组份的混合物。有关这些成份的性质可以在香料专业书籍中获得,例如在S.Arctander的书中(“香料化学药品”Montclair,N.J.,U.S.A.1969)。
如上所述,官能化液体聚合物和交联剂两者,用于制备本发明的放香体装置的特征要素之一是,它们在所选择的芳香基料、除臭基料或清洁基料中的溶解度。同样可以理解的是,液体聚合物和交联剂可以在交联作用之前溶解于适宜的有机溶剂中。但在大多数情况下,上述操作是多余的,因为活性基,尤其是香料基料可以溶解液体聚合物和交联剂,不需要再使用补充的溶剂。
尽管上述说明着重于本发明装置的放香效应,但相同的原理也适用于制备扩散除臭气体或清洁气体的类似装置,于是芳香基料就为下列组份所代替:除臭成份、杀菌剂、杀虫剂、驱除剂或甚至引诱剂,本发明中所用“清洁卫生剂”不仅指那些能增加观察者接受周围空气程度的物质,而且也指那些对某些种类昆虫,例如苍蝇或蚊子,发挥诱杀或驱除作用的物质,或其他杀菌剂。
本发明的目的之一就是提供一种包含有胶凝体的放香体、除臭体或清洁体的装置,所述胶凝体在有芳香基料、除臭基料或清洁基料的情况下,由一种官能化液体聚合物或一种共聚物与一种交联剂原位交联生成的。
本发明通过下述实施例得到进一步的说明,实施倒中所用的缩略词或简略符号,其意义与本专业中的相同,温度为摄氏温度。

Claims (12)

1、一种无水胶凝体,它包括如下交联反应产物:在含芳香基料、除臭基料、清洁基料或表面活性剂的香料组分存在下,一种聚合物质与一种具有至少一个互补官能团的交联剂的交联反应产物,所述聚合物质选自由官能化液体聚合物和乙烯与马来酐的共聚物组成的组,其中,所述官能化液体聚合物是马来化聚丁二烯或马来化聚异戊二烯,以及,在香料组分存在下,该聚合物质借助交联剂充分交联而包囊部分香料组分。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无水胶凝体,其中,聚合物质和交联剂在香料组分中是可溶的。
3、根据权利要求1所述的无水胶凝体,其中,聚合物是分子量为5000-20000的马来化聚丁二烯或分子量为200000-500000的马来化聚异戊二烯。
4、根据权利要求1所述的无水胶凝体,其中,交联剂选自由二羟基聚丁二烯、乙氧化伯胺、具有一个乙氧化的较高级脂族链的烷丙基二胺、具有一个丙氧化的较高级脂族链的烷丙基二胺、二乙醇胺、二亚乙基三胺、聚氧化烯二胺、及具有5个环氧乙烷单位的椰子胺组成的组。
5、根据权利要求4所述的无水胶凝体,其中,乙氧化伯胺是具有2个环氧乙烷单元的油胺。
6、根据权利要求3所述的无水胶凝体,其中,交联剂是每分子具有2个环氧乙烷单元的的油胺或每分子具有5个环氧乙烷单位的椰子胺。
7、根据权利要求3所述的无水胶凝体,其中,聚合物质与交联剂的摩尔比是1∶1。
8、根据权利要求1所述的无水胶凝体,其中,香料组分的含量是基于聚合物质和交联剂重量的70重量%到90重量%。
9、一种含有权利要求1所述的无水胶凝体的装置。
10、一种放香、除臭或清洁空气的方法,该方法包括使空气暴露于权利要求9装置中的无水胶凝体中。
11、一种无水胶凝体,它包括如下交联反应产物:在芳香基料、除臭基料、清洁基料或表面活性剂的香料组分存在下,羟基聚丁二烯与马来化聚丁二烯的交联反应产物,其中,该马来化聚合物与羟基聚丁二烯在香料组分存在下充分交联而包囊部分香料组分。
12、权利要求11所述的无水胶凝体,其还包括一种叔胺。
