控制器22还可被配置成响应于环境光条件。因此,当输入36从设备50接收指示环境光增加的数据时,控制器可增加从标志10的部分14、16中的一个或两个发射的光的强度。相反,在较低的环境光条件下,控制器22可降低从标志10的部分14、16中的任一个发射的光的强度。其目的是在明显较低的环境光条件下产生低调和独特的外观。相似地,应该可理解,当从雨水传感器60的雨水传感器输入41接收的数据指示在下雨条件下时,控制器22可调节从标志10的部分14、16中的任一个发射的光的强度或颜色。进一步地,控制器22可被配置成使得在日间驾驶期间,雨水传感器驱动强度优先于前灯强度。相反,控制器可被配置成使得前灯强度优先于雨水传感器驱动强度。
控制器22还可提供有无人照管操作模式。因此,例如,在低环境光条件下(通过输入36确认),当车辆不运行并且处于无人状态时(通过存在传感器输入38和从设备52接收的数据确认),控制器可继续以低强度点亮标志预定时间,诸如24小时,或者,例如,直至电池充电状态输入40从设备54接收指示电池充电状态已经达到50%或其他预定程度的数据输入。当达到预定充电状态时,则控制器使发光标志10熄灭。控制器22还可被配置成识别与机动车辆不匹配的来自机动车辆的制造商的遥控钥匙的信号。因此,当控制器22在遥控钥匙信号检测输入32接收到来自设备46的指示相同制造商、不匹配的遥控钥匙信号时,控制器22可指挥发光标志10的部分14、16中的一个或两个转到高强度预定时间,诸如0.2秒,使得标志作为制造商识别与忠实的象征闪烁。
从上文中,应该可理解,发光的标志***20可以控制从机动车辆的发光标志10发射的光的参数的方法利用。该方法可广泛描述为包括步骤:通过控制器22响应于机动车辆的前灯状态和/或机动车辆的变速器状态和/或机动车辆速度和/或环境光条件调节参数。控制器22还可基于机动车辆无人照管调节从发光标志发射的光的参数。进一步地,控制器22可响应于从不匹配机动车辆的遥控钥匙检的信号的检测调节从标志10发射的光的参数。更进一步地,控制器22可响应于指示当前雨水或降雨条件的信号的检测调节从标志10发射的光的参数。
在示出的实施例中,发光标志***20可包括具有不同颜色的部分14、16的标志10。该方法还可包括通过控制器22响应于人对第一部分和第二部分的颜色的敏感性调节从发光标志10的第一部分14和第二部分16发射的光的强度。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于机动车辆的发光标志***,包括:
发光标志;以及
控制器,所述控制器被配置成响应于所述机动车辆的前灯状态调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数;所述控制器被进一步配置成响应于来自相同制造商的不匹配所述机动车辆的遥控钥匙的信号的检测调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,所述控制器被进一步配置成响应于所述机动车辆的变速器状态调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光标志***,其中,所述变速器状态为机动车辆是否停车、倒车或位于前进档。
4.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,所述前灯状态为前灯是否打开以及前灯是近光还是远光。
5.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,被调节的所述参数为光强度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,被调节的所述参数为光颜色。
7.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,所述发光标志具有以第一颜色发光的第一部分和以第二颜色发光的第二部分。
8.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,所述控制器被进一步配置成响应于机动车辆速度调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数。
9.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,所述控制器被进一步配置成响应于环境光条件、雨水条件或环境光和雨水条件调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数。
10.根据权利要求1所述的发光标志***,其中,所述控制器被进一步配置成包括用于当所述机动车辆无人照管时以低强度点亮所述发光标志的无人照管模式。
11.根据权利要求10所述的发光标志***,其中,所述控制器被进一步配置成监测所述机动车辆的电池充电状态,并且当所述电池充电状态下降到预定水平时熄灭所述发光标志。
12.一种用于机动车辆的发光标志***,包括:
发光标志;以及
控制器,所述控制器被配置成响应于所述机动车辆的变速器状态调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数,其中,所述控制器被进一步配置成响应于来自相同制造商的不匹配所述机动车辆的遥控钥匙的信号的检测调节从所述发光标志发射的光的参数。
13.一种控制从机动车辆的发光标志发射的光的参数的方法,包括:
通过控制器响应于所述机动车辆的前灯状态调节所述参数,
通过所述控制器响应于来自所述机动车辆的制造商的遥控钥匙的信号的检测调节所述参数,所述遥控钥匙不匹配所述机动车辆。
14.根据权利要求13所述的方法,包括通过所述控制器响应于所述机动车辆的变速器状态调节所述参数。
15.根据权利要求13所述的方法,包括通过所述控制器响应于机动车辆速度调节所述参数。
16.根据权利要求13所述的方法,包括通过所述控制器响应于环境光条件、雨水条件或环境光和雨水条件调节所述参数。
17.根据权利要求13所述的方法,包括通过所述控制器响应于所述机动车辆无人照管调节所述参数。
18.根据权利要求13所述的方法,包括以第一颜色点亮所述发光标志的第一部分、以及以第二颜色点亮所述发光标志的第二部分。
19.根据权利要求18所述的方法,包括通过所述控制器响应于人眼对所述第一颜色和所述第二颜色的敏感性调节从所述发光标志的所述第一部分和所述发光标志的所述第二部分发射的光的强度。
