Abstract
本发明公开了一种BOPP薄膜,包括离型层和透明中间层,所述透明中间层的上表面上固定设置有防晒层,所述透明中间层包括PET基层、着色层、抗菌层和电晕层,所述PET基层的下表面与抗菌层的上表面固定连接,PET基层的上表面与着色层的下表面固定连接,着色层的上表面与电晕层下表面固定连接,电晕层的上表面与防晒层的下表面固定连接;所述电晕层的上表面上设置有置物凹槽,所述置物凹槽内设置有金属油墨层,所述金属油墨层的上表面上设置有微缩防伪信息层。上述技术方案,结构设计合理、结构简单、功能多、防伪性能好且制造方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及BOPP薄膜技术领域,具体涉及一种BOPP薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
BOPP薄膜是一种非常重要的软包装材料,BOPP薄膜无色、无嗅、无味、无毒,并具有高拉伸强度、冲击强度、刚性、强韧性和良好的透明性。BOPP薄膜表面能低,涂胶或印刷前需进行电晕处理。经电晕处理后,BOPP薄膜具有良好的印刷适应性,可以套色印刷而得到精美的外观效果,因而常用作复合薄膜的面层材料。但是,现有的BOPP薄膜功能单一,不具备防晒功能,且制成各种包装袋时,需要在薄膜上印刷各种图案和文字,而静电是影响其的重要因素;且防伪标志一般设置在薄膜的表面,容易被人仿冒,防伪性差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构设计合理、结构简单、功能多、防伪性能好且制造方便的BOPP薄膜。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种BOPP薄膜,包括离型层和透明中间层,所述透明中间层的上表面上固定设置有防晒层,所述透明中间层包括PET基层、着色层、抗菌层和电晕层,所述PET基层的下表面与抗菌层的上表面固定连接,PET基层的上表面与着色层的下表面固定连接,着色层的上表面与电晕层下表面固定连接,电晕层的上表面与防晒层的下表面固定连接;所述电晕层的上表面上设置有置物凹槽,所述置物凹槽内设置有金属油墨层,所述金属油墨层的上表面上设置有微缩防伪信息层。
通过采用上述技术方案,防晒层具有防晒和防水功能,着色层可以设置成不同的颜色,抗菌层具有抗菌和灭菌的功能;PET基层稳定性和透明性好;金属油墨层具有金属的光泽,伪信息层采用微缩技术,不易仿冒,防伪性好;结构设计合理、结构简单、功能多、防伪性能好且制造方便,实用性好。
本发明进一步设置为:所述离型层、透明中间层和防晒层的厚度比例为1:4:1。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述离型层的上表面上设置抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层由抗菌涂料喷涂而成。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述微缩防伪信息层上设置有微缩的防伪二维码、微缩防伪图案、微缩防伪验证码或其组合。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述微缩防伪信息层的上表面与电晕层的上表面平齐。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述着色层为改色薄膜层或油墨层。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述抗菌层为抗菌薄膜层或抗菌涂料层。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述防晒层为防晒薄膜层。
本发明还进一步设置为:所述电晕层采用防静电工艺制备。
本发明还提供一种BOPP薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)PET基层的下表面上固定粘接一层抗菌层,所述抗菌层的下表面上喷涂有一层抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层的下表面上粘接离型层;
(2)PET基层的上表面上固定粘接一层着色层;
(3)着色层的上表面上固定粘接一层电晕层;
(4)在电晕层的局部位置开设置物凹槽;
(5)在置物凹槽内填充金属油墨;
(6)待金属油墨干了之后通过采用激光设备激光雕刻有微缩防伪信息;
(7)在电晕层的上表面固定粘接一层防晒膜层。
本发明的优点是:与现有技术相比,本发明结构设置合理,防晒层具有防晒和防水功能,着色层可以设置成不同的颜色,抗菌层具有抗菌和灭菌的功能;PET基层稳定性和透明性好;金属油墨层具有金属的光泽,伪信息层采用微缩技术,不易仿冒,防伪性好;结构设计合理、结构简单、功能多、防伪性能好且制造方便,实用性好。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明公开的一种BOPP薄膜,包括离型层1和透明中间层,所述透明中间层的上表面上固定设置有防晒层2,所述透明中间层包括PET基层3、着色层4、抗菌层5和电晕层6,所述PET基层3的下表面与抗菌层5的上表面固定连接,PET基层3的上表面与着色层4的下表面固定连接,着色层4的上表面与电晕层6下表面固定连接,电晕层6的上表面与防晒层2的下表面固定连接;所述电晕层6的上表面上设置有置物凹槽61,所述置物凹槽61内设置有金属油墨层7,所述金属油墨层7的上表面上设置有微缩防伪信息层8。
作为优选的,所述PET基层3的下表面与抗菌层5的上表面粘接固定;所述PET基层3的上表面与着色层4的下表面粘接固定;着色层4的上表面与电晕层6下表面粘接固定;电晕层6的上表面上与防晒层2的下表面粘接固定。
为使本发明结构设置更加合理,作为优选的,本实施例所述离型层1、透明中间层和防晒层2的厚度比例为1:4:1。
所述离型层1的上表面上设置抗菌涂层9,所述抗菌涂层9由抗菌涂料喷涂而成。
所述微缩防伪信息层8上设置有微缩的防伪二维码、微缩防伪图案、微缩防伪验证码或其组合。
所述微缩防伪信息层8的上表面与电晕层6的上表面平齐。
所述着色层4为改色薄膜层或油墨层。
所述抗菌层5为抗菌薄膜层或抗菌涂料层。
所述防晒层2为防晒薄膜层,并完全覆盖住微缩防伪信息层8,起到保护作用。
所述电晕层6采用防静电工艺制备。
本发明的BOPP薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)PET基层的下表面上固定粘接一层抗菌层,所述抗菌层的下表面上喷涂有一层抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层的下表面上粘接离型层;
(2)PET基层的上表面上固定粘接一层着色层;
(3)着色层的上表面上固定粘接一层电晕层;
(4)在电晕层的局部位置开设置物凹槽;
(5)在置物凹槽内填充金属油墨;
(6)待金属油墨干了之后通过采用激光设备激光雕刻有微缩防伪信息;
(7)在电晕层的上表面固定粘接一层防晒膜层。
本发明防晒层具有防晒和防水功能,着色层可以设置成不同的颜色,抗菌层具有抗菌和灭菌的功能;PET基层稳定性和透明性好;金属油墨层具有金属的光泽,伪信息层采用微缩技术,不易仿冒,防伪性好;结构设计合理、结构简单、功能多、防伪性能好且制造方便,实用性好。

Claims (10)
1.一种BOPP薄膜,包括离型层(1)和透明中间层,其特征在于:所述透明中间层的上表面上固定设置有防晒层(2),所述透明中间层包括PET基层(3)、着色层(4)、抗菌层(5)和电晕层(6),所述PET基层(3)的下表面与抗菌层(5)的上表面固定连接,PET基层(3)的上表面与着色层(4)的下表面固定连接,着色层(4)的上表面与电晕层(6)下表面固定连接,电晕层(6)的上表面与防晒层(2)的下表面固定连接;所述电晕层(6)的上表面上设置有置物凹槽(61),所述置物凹槽(61)内设置有金属油墨层(7),所述金属油墨层(7)的上表面上设置有微缩防伪信息层(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述离型层(1)、透明中间层和防晒层(2)的厚度比例为1:4:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述离型层(1)的上表面上设置抗菌涂层(9),所述抗菌涂层(9)由抗菌涂料喷涂而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述微缩防伪信息层(8)上设置有微缩的防伪二维码、微缩防伪图案、微缩防伪验证码或其组合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述微缩防伪信息层(8)的上表面与电晕层的上表面平齐。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述着色层(4)为改色薄膜层或油墨层。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(5)为抗菌薄膜层或抗菌涂料层。
8.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述防晒层(2)为防晒薄膜层。
9.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种BOPP薄膜,其特征在于:所述电晕层(6)采用防静电工艺制备。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任意权利要求所述的一种BOPP薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)PET基层的下表面上固定粘接一层抗菌层,所述抗菌层的下表面上喷涂有一层抗菌涂层,所述抗菌涂层的下表面上粘接离型层;
(2)PET基层的上表面上固定粘接一层着色层;
(3)着色层的上表面上固定粘接一层电晕层;
(4)在电晕层的局部位置开设置物凹槽;
(5)在置物凹槽内填充金属油墨;
(6)待金属油墨干了之后通过采用激光设备激光雕刻有微缩防伪信息;
(7)在电晕层的上表面固定粘接一层防晒膜层。
