技术领域
本发明涉及模具领域,特别是涉及一种油缸冷却一体式模具抽芯结构。
背景技术
由于工件结构的因素,有时模具的抽芯需要直接连接在油缸上,但是,此种设置方式,会导致抽芯不具备冷却功能,其冷却装置无处设置,这给生产带来一定影响。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种油缸冷却一体式模具抽芯结构,将油缸的油缸杆做成空心结构,在油缸杆和抽芯的内部***冷却管,进而解决了抽芯冷却装置无处设置的难题,保证了生产质量。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种油缸冷却一体式模具抽芯结构,它包括模具;所述模具内设置有型腔;所述型腔内设置有抽芯;所述抽芯的末端连接油缸;所述油缸上中设置有油缸杆;所述油缸杆的顶端与抽芯固定连接;所述抽芯和油缸杆的内部设置为空心结构,其二者内部插设有冷却管;所述冷却管从油缸杆的末端穿出连接冷却装置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种油缸冷却一体式模具抽芯结构,将油缸的油缸杆做成空心结构,在油缸杆和抽芯的内部***冷却管,进而解决了抽芯冷却装置无处设置的难题,保证了生产质量。
