本发明属于藤条加工技术领域,尤其是一种棕榈藤的做旧处理方法,具体方法如下:(1)蒸煮、干燥、浸泡及发酵处理;(2)表面上浆、烘烤、润湿、发酵及干燥处理;本发明先经蒸煮、干燥、浸泡及发酵处理,不但能够有效消除棕榈藤表面的杂质,增强其表面光泽度,而且能够有效抑制棕榈藤有害菌的滋生,提高其抗菌能力,增强其防腐防霉能力,有效延长其编织品的使用寿命;然后经表面上浆、烘烤、润湿、发酵及干燥处理,不但能够有效增强棕榈藤的韧性,降低其脆性,有效提高其抗断裂能力,而且使得棕榈藤色泽厚重均匀,香气清新持久,提升其使用品质。

背景技术
棕榈藤,棕榈科藤类植物,藤茎是制作家具及工艺品的理想材料,质地坚韧、身条极长,外皮色泽光润,手感平滑,弹性极佳,似蔑而非蔑,亦常用此编制藤椅、藤箱等日常用具;同时,由于藤条手感平滑,弹性极佳的特点,因此十分适合用于编织成各种形状的工艺品或者其他较实用的生活用品;但是其做旧处理工艺比较困难,处理不当不但使得其做旧色泽不均匀,而且易导致棕榈藤的开裂、甚至断裂,另外其处理后气味刺鼻;因此发明一种棕榈藤的做旧处理方法是目前亟待解决的问题。

针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种棕榈藤的做旧处理方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种棕榈藤的做旧处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)蒸煮、干燥、浸泡及发酵处理
将棕榈藤置入温度为125~127℃的真空蒸煮锅中恒温蒸煮18~20min,以5.2~5.4℃/min的升温速率升温至166~168℃恒温蒸煮34~36min,取出,在频率为330~340MHz的条件下微波干燥至水分含量为17%~18%,浸没于浸泡液中浸泡350~360min,取出,置入温度为40~41℃的发酵箱内发酵26~27h,取出,用温度为45~47℃的水清洗2~3遍;
所述的处理液,由以下重量份的原料制成:五水偏硅酸钠3.2~3.4份、磷酸三钠2.1~2.3份、三水醋酸钠1.6~1.8份、聚丙烯酸钠2.7~2.9份、五加皮提取物0.56~0.58份、黑升麻提取物0.71~0.73份、水94~96份;
(2)表面上浆、烘烤、润湿、发酵及干燥处理
将经步骤(1)处理后的藤条浸没于涂抹浆中使其表面被涂抹浆完全覆盖,取出,置入温度为58~59℃的烘烤箱中恒温烘烤590~600s,以2.3~2.4℃/min的升温速率升温至93~94℃恒温烘烤470~480s,以3.4~3.5℃/min的降温速率降温至65~66℃恒温烘烤360~370s,取出,浸没于温度为4~5℃的水中恒温浸泡95~100min,取出,洗去表面的涂抹浆,置入温度为40~41℃的发酵箱内发酵26~27h,取出,在频率为450~460MHz的条件下微波干燥至水分含量为10%~11%;
所述的涂抹浆,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨润土85~87份、耐火粘土34~36份、藤黄2.6~2.8份、血竭1.5~1.7份、细辛3.1~3.3份、萆薢2.3~2.5份、乌药4.3~4.5份、枇杷叶3.1~3.3份、鲜香水草花瓣5.7~5.9份、水155~160份。
作为发明进一步的方案:步骤(2)所述的涂抹浆的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A.将细辛、萆薢、乌药和枇杷叶投入转速为1300~1400r/min的粉碎机中粉碎13~14min,取出,投入水中大火煮沸,文火熬煮15~17min,加入粉碎至130~140目的藤黄和血竭,继续文火熬煮43~45min并不断用转速为110~120r/min的搅拌器进行搅拌,室温自然冷却,得中药熬煮液;
B.将鲜香水草花瓣投入转速为950~970r/min的打浆机中打浆20~22min,取出,得花浆;
C.将膨润土和耐火粘土投入到中药熬煮液,用转速为180~190r/min的搅拌器搅拌13~14min,加热至温度为64~66℃,投入花浆用转速为180~190r/min的搅拌器继续搅拌8~9min,得涂抹浆。

将经步骤(1)处理后的藤条浸没于涂抹浆中使其表面被涂抹浆完全覆盖,取出,置入温度为58℃的烘烤箱中恒温烘烤590s,以2.3℃/min的升温速率升温至93℃恒温烘烤470s,以3.4℃/min的降温速率降温至65℃恒温烘烤360s,取出,浸没于温度为4℃的水中恒温浸泡95min,取出,洗去表面的涂抹浆,置入温度为40℃的发酵箱内发酵26h,取出,在频率为450MHz的条件下微波干燥至水分含量为10%;
所述的涂抹浆,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨润土85份、耐火粘土34份、藤黄2.6份、血竭1.5份、细辛3.1份、萆薢2.3份、乌药4.3份、枇杷叶3.1份、鲜香水草花瓣5.7份、水155份。

将经步骤(1)处理后的藤条浸没于涂抹浆中使其表面被涂抹浆完全覆盖,取出,置入温度为58.5℃的烘烤箱中恒温烘烤595s,以2.35℃/min的升温速率升温至93.5℃恒温烘烤475s,以3.45℃/min的降温速率降温至65.5℃恒温烘烤365s,取出,浸没于温度为4.5℃的水中恒温浸泡98min,取出,洗去表面的涂抹浆,置入温度为40.5℃的发酵箱内发酵26.5h,取出,在频率为455MHz的条件下微波干燥至水分含量为10.5%;
所述的涂抹浆,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨润土86份、耐火粘土35份、藤黄2.7份、血竭1.6份、细辛3.2份、萆薢2.4份、乌药4.4份、枇杷叶3.2份、鲜香水草花瓣5.8份、水158份。

将经步骤(1)处理后的藤条浸没于涂抹浆中使其表面被涂抹浆完全覆盖,取出,置入温度为59℃的烘烤箱中恒温烘烤600s,以2.4℃/min的升温速率升温至94℃恒温烘烤480s,以3.5℃/min的降温速率降温至66℃恒温烘烤370s,取出,浸没于温度为5℃的水中恒温浸泡100min,取出,洗去表面的涂抹浆,置入温度为41℃的发酵箱内发酵27h,取出,在频率为460MHz的条件下微波干燥至水分含量为11%;
所述的涂抹浆,由以下重量份的原料制成:膨润土87份、耐火粘土36份、藤黄2.8份、血竭1.7份、细辛3.3份、萆薢2.5份、乌药4.5份、枇杷叶3.3份、鲜香水草花瓣5.9份、水160份。
