A higher PCB dust collector of dust removal efficiency, comprising: a left side plate and a right side plate; a driving chain positioned in the centers of the left side plate and the right side plate and a plurality of first gears in transmission connection with the driving chain; the PCB fixing assemblies are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the driving chain and comprise a connecting rod horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, a second gear and two racks arranged in parallel, wherein the axial direction of the second gear is arranged along the left-right direction, the racks are arranged along the front-back direction, and two clamping heads are respectively fixed at two ends of the connecting rod; one axial end of each first gear is coaxially fixed with a second gear of the PCB fixing assembly on the left side, and the other axial end of each first gear is coaxially fixed with a second gear of the PCB fixing assembly on the right side; the left end and the right end are respectively fixed on top plates at the upper ends of the left side plate and the right side plate, and a plurality of air blowing devices are arranged on the top plates; the left and right ends are respectively fixed on the bottom plates at the lower ends of the left side plate and the right side plate, a plurality of collecting hoppers which are arranged at intervals are formed at the center line of the bottom plates along the left and right directions, and the collecting hoppers are connected with an air suction device.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of dust removing equipment, in particular to a PCB dust removing device.
Background
In the PCB processing process, the circuit board needs to be stamped and printed, a large amount of metal particles and powder are stained, and dust and particles exist on the circuit board many times, so that the dust and the particles are removed by a dust removal process, and phenomena of hole blocking, tin reduction and poor welding are prevented from occurring when the printer is used for printing. The existing dust removing device is not clean in dust removal, has poor dust removal effect, low working efficiency and is easy to abrade a circuit board, so that further improvement is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention aims to provide the PCB dust removing device which has higher dust removing efficiency and better dust removing effect.
The invention provides a PCB dust removal device, which comprises: the left side plate and the right side plate are vertically arranged and are opposite to each other on the left side and the right side; the driving chain is positioned in the centers of the left side plate and the right side plate, and a plurality of first gears are in transmission connection with the driving chain, the axial direction of the first gears is arranged along the left-right direction, and the driving chain is arranged along the front-rear direction; the PCB fixing assemblies are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the driving chain and comprise a connecting rod horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, two second gears which are fixed at the left end and the right end of the connecting rod in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and two parallel racks which are meshed with the two second gears in a one-to-one correspondence manner upwards, wherein the axial direction of each second gear is arranged along the left-right direction, the racks are arranged along the front-back direction, and two clamping heads are respectively fixed at the two ends of the connecting rod; one axial end of each first gear is coaxially fixed with one second gear of the PCB fixing assembly on the left side, and the other axial end of each first gear is coaxially fixed with one second gear of the PCB fixing assembly on the right side; the left end and the right end are respectively fixed on top plates at the upper ends of the left side plate and the right side plate, and a plurality of air blowing devices are arranged on the top plates; the left and right ends are respectively fixed on the bottom plates at the lower ends of the left side plate and the right side plate, a plurality of conical collecting hoppers which are arranged at intervals are formed at the center line of the bottom plates along the left and right directions, and the collecting hoppers are connected with an air suction device.
Preferably, a plurality of support columns are fixed on the bottom plate, the lower ends of the support columns are fixed on the bottom plate, and the lower ends of the racks are fixed on the plurality of support columns.
Preferably, the rack has a middle height higher than the heights of both ends in the front-rear direction.

The invention relates to a PCB dust removal device, which comprises: a left side plate 1a and a right side plate 1b which are vertically arranged and are opposite to each other on the left side and the right side; the drive chain 6 positioned in the centers of the left side plate 1a and the right side plate 1b, and the plurality of first gears 4 in transmission connection with the drive chain 6, the first gears 4 are axially arranged in the left-right direction, and the drive chain 6 is arranged in the front-rear direction.
The PCB dust removing apparatuses further include a plurality of PCB fixing assemblies (not shown) at both left and right sides of the driving chain. The PCB fixing assembly at the left side includes a connection bar 92b horizontally arranged in the left-right direction, and two second gears 91b, 93b fixed at the left and right ends of the connection bar 92b in one-to-one correspondence; and two parallel racks 3b, 3a which mesh with the two second gears 91b, 93b in a one-to-one correspondence and upward.
The PCB fixing assembly at the right side includes a connection rod 92a horizontally arranged in the left-right direction, and two second gears 91a, 93a fixed at the left and right ends of the connection rod 92a in one-to-one correspondence; and two parallel racks 2b, 2a which mesh with the two second gears 91a, 93a in a one-to-one correspondence and upward.
The second gears 91b, 93b, 91a, 93a are each disposed in the left-right direction in the axial direction. The racks 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b are disposed in the front-rear direction. The two ends of the connecting rod are respectively fixed with a clamping head 7 for clamping the left end and the right end of the PCB. One axial end of each first gear 4 is coaxially fixed with an adjacent second gear 91b of the PCB fixing assembly on the left side, and the other end is coaxially fixed with an adjacent second gear 91a of the PCB fixing assembly on the right side.
The PCB dust removing apparatus of the present invention further includes a top plate (not shown) and a bottom plate (not shown). The left and right ends of the top plate are respectively fixed at the upper ends of the left side plate 1a and the right side plate 1b, and a plurality of air blowing devices (not shown) are arranged on the top plate. The left and right ends of the bottom plate are respectively fixed at the lower ends of the left side plate 1a and the right side plate 1b, a plurality of conical collecting hoppers 8 which are arranged at intervals are formed at the central line of the bottom plate along the left and right direction, and the collecting hoppers 8 are connected with an air suction device (not shown).
The first gear and the second gear are driven to rotate through the chain, so that the PCB fixed on the clamp can continuously rotate when advancing, and the efficiency is high and the dust removal effect is good when particles and dust on the PCB can be blown down into the collecting hopper for dust removal through the blowing device and the suction device.
In other embodiments, it is preferable that a plurality of support columns 5 are fixed on the base plate, lower ends of the support columns 5 are fixed on the base plate, and lower ends of each rack are fixed on the plurality of support columns 5.
In other embodiments, it is preferred that the rack has a higher height in the fore-aft direction in the middle than at the ends. This allows a higher degree of engagement of the chain with the first gear.

the left side plate and the right side plate are vertically arranged and are opposite to each other on the left side and the right side;
the driving chain is positioned in the centers of the left side plate and the right side plate, and a plurality of first gears are in transmission connection with the driving chain, the axial direction of the first gears is arranged along the left-right direction, and the driving chain is arranged along the front-rear direction;
the PCB fixing assemblies are respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the driving chain and comprise a connecting rod horizontally arranged along the left-right direction, two second gears which are fixed at the left end and the right end of the connecting rod in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and two parallel racks which are meshed with the two second gears in a one-to-one correspondence manner upwards, wherein the axial direction of each second gear is arranged along the left-right direction, the racks are arranged along the front-back direction, and two clamping heads are respectively fixed at the two ends of the connecting rod; one axial end of each first gear is coaxially fixed with one second gear of the PCB fixing assembly on the left side, and the other axial end of each first gear is coaxially fixed with one second gear of the PCB fixing assembly on the right side;
the left end and the right end are respectively fixed on top plates at the upper ends of the left side plate and the right side plate, and a plurality of air blowing devices are arranged on the top plates;
the left end and the right end are respectively fixed on the bottom plates at the lower ends of the left side plate and the right side plate, a plurality of conical collecting hoppers which are arranged at intervals are formed at the center line of the bottom plates along the left-right direction, the collecting hoppers are connected with a suction device, and the middle part of the rack is higher than the two ends in the front-back direction.
