The working time of the hydraulic motor 18 and the working time of the hydraulic lifting rod 11-8 are staggered, so a reversing valve 29 needs to be added in a hydraulic loop, the hydraulic motor 18 and the hydraulic lifting rod 11-8 are controlled to move simultaneously through the reversing valve 29, and a backpressure valve 27 needs to be added in the lifting rod loop in order to ensure that the hydraulic lifting rod 11-8 does not drop and shake suddenly due to the action of gravity in the working process.
As shown in figure 11, the water spraying device 24 comprises a water pipeline 34 arranged inside the protective cover 11-3, the water spraying nozzles 32 are arranged on the water pipeline 34 at intervals, the water spraying nozzles 32 are eight corners of the protective cover 11-3 and point to the cleaning brush 15 in the protective cover 11-3, a square protective guard 33 for supporting the water pipeline 34 is arranged in the protective cover 11-3, 8 water spraying nozzles 32 are arranged at 8 corners of the cleaning brush cover, water output from the water tank 3 is pressurized by the water supply pump 2 and then sprayed onto the protective guard by the 8 high pressure water spraying nozzles 32, and the protective guard is wetted before cleaning, because the protective guard is generally 1000 ~ 1200mm high, the whole cleaning surface can be basically covered by arranging the 4 high pressure water spraying nozzles 32 at the two sides of the protective guard diagonally opposite angles, and clean water can be effectively sprayed onto the protective guard, and clean water outside the area of the protective guard can be effectively sprayed onto the cleaning brush 15 because the spraying angle of the high pressure water spraying nozzles 32 affects the cleaning brush 15, so that the clean water is not only prevented from being sprayed out of the cleaning area due to the excessive pressure, and the waste of the cleaning area of the cleaning brush can be greatly improved according to the actual cleaning condition, and the actual cleaning effect of the cleaning device can be greatly improved.
As shown in fig. 12, a water tank 3 supplies and stores water for the cleaning vehicle, a filtered sewage inlet 3-1 and a water inlet 3-2 are arranged at the upper part of the side wall of the water tank 3, and a water outlet 3-4 is arranged at the lower part of the side wall of the water tank 3. The size is determined according to the remaining space of the cleaning vehicle compartment and the actual load weight. Considering that the speed of a vehicle is not fast, and emergency braking phenomenon can not occur due to no special reason in the working process, the impact of water caused in the box body is small, and the water tank 3 can be designed into a rectangular shape, so that the residual space can be utilized to the maximum. In order to prevent water from freely moving in the water tank 3 and affecting the stable work of the water supply system, a porous flow stabilizing grid plate 3-3 can be designed in the water tank 3, so that a multilayer structure is formed in the water tank 3, and the impact of the movement of the water in the tank on the water supply system is reduced.
Specific essential requirements of the invention are specified in the following table:
(1) the invention relates to a protective guard cleaning vehicle design based on a tricycle, so that the requirement on the tricycle is not high, and only a vehicle body and a rear carriage of the tricycle need to be slightly modified, namely a cargo carrying carriage is detached;
(2) because the cleaning bristles are standard accessories, the design of the cleaning brush is mainly embodied in the structure assembly and the motion mode of the cleaning brush, and the size of a core shaft of the cleaning brush needs to be reasonably designed;
(3) the traveling speed of the cleaning vehicle is determined by the current and local actual road conditions, the cleaning vehicle is only subjected to ideal analysis, the working speed is 3 ~ 6km/h, the average height of a cleaning surface of the guardrail is 1000mm, and the distance from the vehicle body to the guardrail is 500 ~ 700mm in the working process;
(4) the auxiliary engine works stably, the power is proper, and the generated noise is small;
(5) the sewage circulating device can be effectively utilized, the overall working efficiency of the guardrail cleaning vehicle is improved, the working time is saved, and the waste of water resources is reduced;
(6) the guardrail cleaning device is required to be simple and understandable to operate as a whole, and sanitation workers can master operation skills quickly and skillfully through learning;
(7) the mechanical efficiency of the whole guard rail cleaning vehicle is required to be high, and the actual application effect can be basically achieved;
(8) the whole guard rail cleaning vehicle is required to have smaller mass and good maneuverability, but the structural strength must meet the actual requirement;
(9) a corresponding safety protection mechanism is provided, so that the safety of operators can be protected;
(10) the design and manufacturing cost of the whole cleaning vehicle is not high, and the economic feasibility of the cleaning vehicle is simply analyzed.

Claims (7)

1. the cleaning brush assembly (11-2) comprises a cleaning brush support (11-6) which is horizontally arranged, the cleaning brush support (11-6) is parallel to the tricycle body (12), 3 screw rods (19) are arranged on the cleaning brush support (11-6), the 3 screw rods (19) are arranged in parallel, the middle of each screw rod (19) is vertically fixed with the cleaning brush support (11-6), two ends of each screw rod (19) are respectively provided with a cleaning brush (15) which can rotate automatically, and the cleaning brushes (15) are respectively arranged on two sides of the cleaning brush support (11-6); the diameters of the cleaning brushes (15) fixed at the two ends of the screw rod (19) are gradually reduced from front to back, the first and second groups of cleaning brushes at the front are powered by the hydraulic motor (18) for cleaning, and the third group of cleaning brushes at the back are used as driven brushes and do not provide power sources;
