本发明公开了一种造纸用施胶剂,具体地说是一种阳离子松香施胶剂。它包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香120~150份、苯乙烯15~20份、丁基苯乙烯5~10份、丙烯酸丁酯6~9份、三氯氧磷7~9份、二甲基硅25~35份、聚乙二醇12~15份、丙烯酰胺4~7份。采用上述的方法后,由于采用了合理的选用各种配方并限定了配方比例,各种成分之间混合后不会产生任何有害物质,因此使其环保安全,保证了人体的健康,另外,其合理的配方使得稳定性能得到大幅度提高,延长了保质期。

本发明涉及一种造纸用施胶剂,具体地说是一种阳离子松香施胶剂。
背景技术
施胶剂是一种造纸的添加剂,主要分为浆内施胶和表面施胶,在纸上施胶可提高纸张抗水、抗油、抗印刷油墨等性能,同时可提高光滑性、憎水性、印刷适应性,从而提高纸的平滑度、强度和使用期,其中松香施胶剂属于造纸助剂浆内施胶剂的一种,由于松香施胶剂具有优越的特性,因此广泛被使用,现有技术中常见的松香施胶剂种类繁多,但是由于配方不合理,现有的松香施胶剂不但存在容易污染环境,危害人体健康问题,还存在稳定性能较差、保质期过短的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全环保、稳定性好且保质期长的阳离子松香施胶剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香120~150份、苯乙烯15~20份、丁基苯乙烯5~10份、丙烯酸丁酯6~9份、三氯氧磷7~9份、二甲基硅25~35份、聚乙二醇12~15份、丙烯酰胺4~7份。
上述的阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香135份、苯乙烯17份、丁基苯乙烯7份、丙烯酸丁酯8份、三氯氧磷8份、二甲基硅30份、聚乙二醇13份、丙烯酰胺6份。
所述松香包括松香、松香甘油酯。
采用上述的方法后,由于采用了合理的选用各种配方并限定了配方比例,各种成分之间混合后不会产生任何有害物质,因此使其环保安全,保证了人体的健康,另外,其合理的配方使得稳定性能得到大幅度提高,延长了保质期。

本发明的阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香120份、苯乙烯15份、丁基苯乙烯5份、丙烯酸丁酯6份、三氯氧磷7份、二甲基硅25份、聚乙二醇12份、丙烯酰胺4份。
实施例二:
本发明的阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香甘油酯135份、苯乙烯17份、丁基苯乙烯7份、丙烯酸丁酯8份、三氯氧磷8份、二甲基硅30份、聚乙二醇13份、丙烯酰胺6份。
实施例三:
本发明的阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香和松香甘油酯150份、苯乙烯20份、丁基苯乙烯10份、丙烯酸丁酯9份、三氯氧磷9份、二甲基硅35份、聚乙二醇15份、丙烯酰胺7份。

1.一种阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香120~150份、苯乙烯15~20份、丁基苯乙烯5~10份、丙烯酸丁酯6~9份、三氯氧磷7~9份、二甲基硅25~35份、聚乙二醇12~15份、丙烯酰胺4~7份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的阳离子松香施胶剂,包括以下重量份的原料组成:松香135份、苯乙烯17份、丁基苯乙烯7份、丙烯酸丁酯8份、三氯氧磷8份、二甲基硅30份、聚乙二醇13份、丙烯酰胺6份。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的阳离子松香施胶剂,其特征在于:所述松香包括松香、松香甘油酯。
