本发明涉及一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点。克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。 切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
目前,切削液的品种繁多,作用各异,但归纳起来分为两大类,即油基切削液和水基切削液。切削液从以油基为主,逐步向水基发展,发展和变化主要是在水基切削液领域。水基切削液以水为基质,其传热速度高(水的传热速度为油的2.5倍)。等量的水吸收一定热量后,比油的温升要慢得多,从而提高了冷却效果,并可减少油雾,因此水基切削液的用量增大。但是水基切削液与切削油相比存在着润滑性差,其次是锈蚀、胶体稳定性、化学稳定性、生物稳定性、可滤性、泡沫性等问题。这些问题对切削液在机床应用时的”油池寿命”至关重要。
精密机械精加工时,要求表面粗糙度值较小,一般选用润滑性能较好的切削液。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种应用在精密机械精加工环境下的切削微乳液,相比传统乳化液,极压添加剂,增强润滑性;同时加入防锈剂,提高微乳液的稳定性和防锈性能。
一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其由以下重量百分比组分组成:
玉米磷脂油60-65%、小麦胚芽油6-8%、松针油2-3%、极压添加剂6-9%、聚乙二醇2-5%、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯1-3%、防锈剂1-2%、邻甲酚-D8 0.5-1%、三氯卡班0.1-0.5%,余量为水。
所述的防锈剂由失水山梨醇单油酸酯、丙烯酸马来酸共聚物、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠构成;
所述的极压添加剂为辛基噻二唑、二苄基二硫、羟甲苯丁酯中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述的防锈剂成份由以下重量份构成:
苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠8-10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯12-15份、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸2-5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸1-3份。
进一步,所述极压添加剂中,辛基噻二唑、二苄基二硫、羟甲苯丁酯质量比为1:0.3:0.5。
进一步,所述的邻甲酚-D和三氯卡班的质量比为1:0.2-0.4。
一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米磷脂油、小麦胚芽油、松针油常温下混合、搅拌5-10min;
b、然后加入防锈剂常温下混合、搅拌12-18min;
c、接着加入水、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯,在52-55℃下,搅拌20-30min;
d、接着加入极压添加剂, 搅拌在42-46℃下,20-30min;
e、最后加入邻甲酚-D8、三氯卡班,在35-40℃下,搅拌40-60min;
f、冷却、即得。
由本发明基础油是玉米磷脂油、小麦胚芽油和松针油,生物降解性高。
小麦胚芽油、松针油与玉米磷脂油配合使用,具有防腐抗菌的作用,同时其含有脂肪酸,还可与其它表面活性剂配合。
聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯作为活性剂,与防锈剂配合,可在金属件表面形成一层至强的保护膜,起到防腐作用。添加的邻甲酚-D8、三氯卡班有效配合,可起到抗菌作用,提高微乳剂保鲜品质。极压添加剂的加入,可弥补高浓度乳化液润滑性不足的缺点,提高润滑性能 。
本发明微乳剂有优异的冷却、清洗性能,润滑效果和耐磨性好且性能稳定。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其由以下重量百分比组分组成:
玉米磷脂油66%、小麦胚芽油7%、松针油2.4%、极压添加剂8%、聚乙二醇3.3%、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯1.8%、防锈剂1.6%、邻甲酚-D8 0.9%、三氯卡班0.27%,余量为水。
防锈剂成份由以下重量份组成:苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠8-10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯12-15份、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸2-5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸1-3份。
极压添加剂由辛基噻二唑10份、二苄基二硫3份、羟甲苯丁酯5份组成。

实施例2
一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其由以下重量百分比组分组成:
玉米磷脂油62%、小麦胚芽油6.6%、松针油2.6%、极压添加剂8%、聚乙二醇4%、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯2.2%、防锈剂1.5%、邻甲酚-D8 0.8%、三氯卡班0.2%,余量为水。
防锈剂成份由以下重量份构成:苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯14份、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸4份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸2.1份。
极压添加剂由辛基噻二唑10份、二苄基二硫3份、羟甲苯丁酯5份组成。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米磷脂油、小麦胚芽油、松针油常温下混合、搅拌10min;
b、然后加入防锈剂常温下混合、搅拌16min;
c、接着加入水、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯,在55℃下,搅拌22min;
d、接着加入极压添加剂, 搅拌在44℃下,27min;
e、最后加入邻甲酚-D8、三氯卡班,在38℃下,搅拌52min;
f、冷却、即得。
实施例3
一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其由以下重量百分比组分组成:
玉米磷脂油64%、小麦胚芽油7.5%、松针油2.7%、极压添加剂8%、聚乙二醇2.9%、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯2.6%、防锈剂1.4%、邻甲酚-D8 0.7%、三氯卡班0.24%,余量为水。
防锈剂成份由以下重量份构成:苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠9份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯14份、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸3份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸1.8份。
极压添加剂由辛基噻二唑10份、二苄基二硫3份、羟甲苯丁酯5份组成。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米磷脂油、小麦胚芽油、松针油常温下混合、搅拌6min;
b、然后加入防锈剂常温下混合、搅拌15min;
c、接着加入水、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯,在53℃下,搅拌30min;
d、接着加入极压添加剂, 搅拌在45℃下,24min;
e、最后加入邻甲酚-D8、三氯卡班,在38℃下,搅拌50min;
f、冷却、即得。
对比例1
与实施例1相比,区别处在于,防锈剂中不含有苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠。
对比例2
与实施例1相比,区别处在于,防锈剂中不含有失水山梨醇单油酸酯。
对比例3
与实施例1相比,区别处在于,防锈剂中不含有膦酰基丁烷三羧酸。
对比例4
与实施例1相比,区别处在于,防锈剂中不含有乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸。
对比例5
实施例1相比,区别处在于,不含有三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯。
测试
按照GB/T6144-85,对实施例1-3、对比例1-5所得的极压乳化液进行测试。结果见下表,其中,合格标准如下:
防锈性(35±2℃),一级灰口铸铁,单片,24h ,合格;叠片,8h ,合格。
腐蚀实验(5±2℃)全浸,铸铁,2424h ,合格;紫铜,8h ,合格。
本发明邻甲酚-D8 0.8%、三氯卡班最佳配比为1:0.3。
对比例6
与实施例1区别处在于,不含有邻甲酚-D8 和三氯卡班。
抗腐败性试验
分别将实施例1-3、对比例6的微乳液120克与200克铸铁屑混合,再加入150数目的细菌的腐败液,采用吹泡培养法测试进行到第10天,对比例6试验物微乳液外观变色,铸铁屑开始生锈,实施例1-3试验物微乳液依然为乳白色,铸铁屑未锈,细菌数为145,切削液不腐败发臭。第15天,对比例6试验物微乳液外观完全浑浊,铸铁屑完全生锈,实施例1-3试验物微乳液依然为乳白色,铸铁屑未锈,细菌数为140,切削液不腐败发臭。

Claims (5)

1.一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比组分组成:
玉米磷脂油60-65%、小麦胚芽油6-8%、松针油2-3%、极压添加剂6-9%、聚乙二醇2-5%、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯1-3%、防锈剂1-2%、邻甲酚-D8 0.5-1%、三氯卡班0.1-0.5%,余量为水;
所述的防锈剂由失水山梨醇单油酸酯、丙烯酸马来酸共聚物、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸、苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠构成;
所述的极压添加剂为辛基噻二唑、二苄基二硫、羟甲苯丁酯中的一种或多种。
2.一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂成份由以下重量份构成:
苯并***基丁苯酚磺酸钠8-10份、失水山梨醇单油酸酯12-15份、膦酰基丁烷三羧酸2-5份、乙二胺四亚甲基膦酸1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其特征在于,所述极压添加剂中,辛基噻二唑、二苄基二硫、羟甲苯丁酯质量比为1:0.3:0.5。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液,其特征在于,其特征在于,所述的邻甲酚-D和三氯卡班的质量比为1:0.2-0.4。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种精密机械精加工中的极压乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、将玉米磷脂油、小麦胚芽油、松针油常温下混合、搅拌5-10min;
b、然后加入防锈剂常温下混合、搅拌12-18min;
c、接着加入水、聚乙二醇、三乙醇胺单硬脂酸酯,在52-55℃下,搅拌20-30min;
d、接着加入极压添加剂, 搅拌在42-46℃下,20-30min;
e、最后加入邻甲酚-D8、三氯卡班,在35-40℃下,搅拌40-60min;
f、冷却、即得。
