本发明公开一种玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,包括如下步骤,首先模具准备,采用铺层方法或低收缩***在同一环境温度制作阳模和阴模;清理模具,在模具表面缠绕聚酯薄膜作为脱模用,在聚酯薄膜上铺设2层方格布;在方格布上面铺设聚酯薄膜,如此重复铺设多层;再进行涂糊操作从容器中取出加入苯乙烯及滑石粉的树脂,搅拌均匀,倒在铺好的最上层方格面上,将树脂迅速均匀展开;取聚酯薄膜覆盖在上方,在聚酯薄膜上面刮除在方格布中的气泡;气泡全部赶除后,将家用方格布的聚酯薄膜放置到波形金属模具或波形正模具上,待制品中的树脂基体固化,固化后从玻璃钢夹砂瓦片中脱出波形金属模具或波形正模具,最后进行切削加工。

技术领域
本发明属于风力发电技术领域,尤其涉及是一种玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法。
背景技术
房子的屋面***大致可以分成坡屋面和平屋面两个***。长时间以来坡屋面一直多使用粘土瓦,但是由于粘土瓦的自重大、不环保、能耗大、质量差、装饰效果差等缺点,现已经逐渐被其他产品替代。但是现有彩色混凝土瓦、石棉水混波瓦使用不合理的材料,不严格的质量控制,需要对此为问题进行改进和完善。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种玻璃钢风电叶片工艺制作,由于采用吸附性较强的增强材料,增强了耐腐蚀,抗渗漏的性能,大降低了内表面的糙率系数,从而有效地提高了生产效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,首先模具准备,采用铺层方法或低收缩***在同一环境温度制作阳模和阴模;
清理模具,在模具表面缠绕聚酯薄膜作为脱模用,在聚酯薄膜上铺设2层方格布;在方格布上面铺设聚酯薄膜,如此重复铺设多层;
再进行涂糊操作从容器中取出加入苯乙烯及滑石粉的树脂,搅拌均匀,倒在铺好的最上层方格面上,将树脂迅速均匀展开;
取聚酯薄膜覆盖在上方,在聚酯薄膜上面刮除在方格布中的气泡;气泡全部赶除后,将家用方格布的聚酯薄膜放置到波形金属模具或波形正模具上,待制品中的树脂基体固化,固化后从玻璃钢夹砂瓦片中脱出波形金属模具或波形正模具,最后进行切削加工。
进一步,在模具准备时,采用配备有空气干燥器和油水分离器的空压机供给纯净干燥的气源。
进一步,玻璃夹砂瓦片使用树脂、过氧化已酮、环烷酸钴溶液和色浆配置而成。
进一步,玻璃夹砂瓦片使用树脂100份、过氧化已酮4份、环烷酸钴溶液1-4和色浆0.5-1份配置而成。
进一步,固化通过远红外加热装置或加热炉加热固化。
进一步,玻璃瓦片表面设有真空导入、模压、缠绕RTM工艺的彩色表面毡。
与现有技术相比较,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明玻璃钢瓦片具有较好的耐大气的老化性能,暴露在日光条件下可以长期使用,其表面不会发粘,以便改善其工艺性能及产品的使用性能;保证了产品内在与外观的完美统一。加工成本低,加工容易,使用频率高,在当前居室顶部使用需求在稳步增加。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例 如图1所示,一种玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,包括如下步骤,首先模具准备,采用铺层方法或低收缩***在同一环境温度制作阳模和阴模;清理模具,在模具表面缠绕聚酯薄膜作为脱模用,在聚酯薄膜上铺设2层方格布;在方格布上面铺设聚酯薄膜,如此重复铺设多层;在模具准备时,采用配备有空气干燥器和油水分离器的空压机供给纯净干燥的气源。
再进行涂糊操作从容器中取出加入苯乙烯及滑石粉的树脂,搅拌均匀,倒在铺好的最上层方格面上,将树脂迅速均匀展开;取聚酯薄膜覆盖在上方,在聚酯薄膜上面刮除在方格布中的气泡;或者玻璃夹砂瓦片使用树脂、过氧化已酮、环烷酸钴溶液和色浆配置而成。优选地,玻璃夹砂瓦片使用树脂100份、过氧化已酮4份、环烷酸钴溶液1-4和色浆0.5-1份配置而成。
气泡全部赶除后,将家用方格布的聚酯薄膜放置到波形金属模具或波形正模具上,待制品中的树脂基体固化,固化后从玻璃钢夹砂瓦片中脱出波形金属模具或波形正模具,最后进行切削加工。固化通过远红外加热装置或加热炉加热固化。玻璃瓦片表面设有真空导入、模压、缠绕RTM工艺的彩色表面毡。

1.一种玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤,首先模具准备,采用铺层方法或低收缩***在同一环境温度制作阳模和阴模;
清理模具,在模具表面缠绕聚酯薄膜作为脱模用,在聚酯薄膜上铺设2层方格布;在方格布上面铺设聚酯薄膜,如此重复铺设多层;
再进行涂糊操作从容器中取出加入苯乙烯及滑石粉的树脂,搅拌均匀,倒在铺好的最上层方格面上,将树脂迅速均匀展开;
取聚酯薄膜覆盖在上方,在聚酯薄膜上面刮除在方格布中的气泡;气泡全部赶除后,将家用方格布的聚酯薄膜放置到波形金属模具或波形正模具上,待制品中的树脂基体固化,固化后从玻璃钢夹砂瓦片中脱出波形金属模具或波形正模具,最后进行切削加工。
2.根据权利要求1所述玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于,第一步,在模具准备时,采用配备有空气干燥器和油水分离器的空压机供给纯净干燥的气源。
3.根据权利要求1所述玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于,第三步,玻璃夹砂瓦片使用树脂、过氧化已酮、环烷酸钴溶液和色浆配置而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于,玻璃夹砂瓦片使用树脂100份、过氧化已酮4份、环烷酸钴溶液1-4和色浆0.5-1份配置而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于,第四步,固化通过远红外加热装置或加热炉加热固化。
6.根据权利要求1所述玻璃钢夹砂瓦片制作生产方法,其特征在于,玻璃瓦片表面设有真空导入、模压、缠绕RTM工艺的彩色表面毡。
