Abstract
一种5‑氯‑8‑羟基喹啉制备装置,包括合成釜、中和釜、抽滤机、离心机、烘干机、压滤机和废水处理釜,所述合成釜内设有喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置包括圆环进液管和喷淋头,所述圆环进液管固定在合成釜顶部内壁与盐酸溶液进口连接,所述喷淋头均匀分布在圆环进液管上,本装置结构设计科学合理,能够自动漂洗合成釜。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学药品制备领域,尤其涉及一种5-氯-8-羟基喹啉制备装置。
背景技术
在5-氯-8-羟基喹啉制备的过程中,需要对物料进行抽滤和漂洗,同时对于合成釜也需要清洗;目前,大部分合成釜中没有专门的喷淋装置,在进行漂洗的时候都是用进料口直接通盐酸溶液进行清洗,此种方法需要靠人工,同时由于合成釜在物料合成反应的过程中是需要加温保温的,人工进行漂洗容易发生危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构设计科学合理,能够自动漂洗合成釜的一种5-氯-8-羟基喹啉制备装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种5-氯-8-羟基喹啉制备装置,包括合成釜、中和釜、抽滤机、离心机、烘干机、压滤机和废水处理釜,所述合成釜顶部设有进水口、进料口、催化剂进口和盐酸溶液进口,合成釜底部设有出料口和抽滤口,所述出料口连接中和釜,抽滤口连接抽滤机;所述抽滤机与废水处理釜连接,所述中和釜上设有液碱进口,中和釜底部设有出料口,所述出料口连接离心机,离心机设有离心液出口和物料出口,离心液出口与压滤机连接,物料出口与烘干机连接,所述压滤机与废水处理釜连接;所述液碱进口连接液碱储槽和计量槽,所述液碱进口和计量槽之间设有调节阀,所述合成釜内设有喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置包括圆环进液管和喷淋头,所述圆环进液管固定在合成釜顶部内壁与盐酸溶液进口连接,所述喷淋头均匀分布在圆环进液管上,喷淋头个数为3-6个。
作为优选,所述废水处理釜内设置填料。
作为优选,所述压滤机为板框压滤机。
作为优选,所述合成釜和中和釜顶部还设有人孔和视镜。
本发明的有益效果:在合成釜顶部专门设置盐酸溶液进口,与喷淋装置的圆环进液管连接,在合成反应后通过喷淋头对合成釜和物料进行漂洗,减少人工清洗的繁琐及危险。

一种5-氯-8-羟基喹啉制备装置,包括合成釜1、中和釜2、抽滤机3、离心机4、烘干机5、压滤机6和废水处理釜7,所述合成釜1顶部设有进水口1.1、进料口1.2、催化剂进口1.3和盐酸溶液进口1.4,合成釜1底部设有出料口1.5和抽滤口1.6,所述出料口1.5连接中和釜2,抽滤口1.6连接抽滤机3;所述抽滤机3与废水处理釜7连接,所述中和釜2上设有液碱进口2.1,中和釜2底部设有出料口1.5,所述出料口1.5连接离心机4,离心机4设有离心液出口4.1和物料出口4.2,离心液出口4.1与压滤机6连接,物料出口4.2与烘干机5连接,所述压滤机6与废水处理釜7连接;所述液碱进口2.1连接液碱储槽2.2和计量槽2.3,所述液碱进口2.1和计量槽2.3之间设有调节阀2.4,所述合成釜1内设有喷淋装置8,所述喷淋装置8包括圆环进液管8.1和喷淋头8.2,所述圆环进液管8.1固定在合成釜1顶部内壁与盐酸溶液进口1.4连接,所述喷淋头8.2均匀分布在圆环进液管8.1上,喷淋头8.2个数为3-6个,所述废水处理釜7内设置填料7.1,所述压滤机6为板框压滤机,所述合成釜1和中和釜2顶部还设有人孔和视镜。

1.一种5-氯-8-羟基喹啉制备装置,包括合成釜、中和釜、抽滤机、离心机、烘干机、压滤机和废水处理釜,所述合成釜顶部设有进水口、进料口、催化剂进口和盐酸溶液进口,合成釜底部设有出料口和抽滤口,所述出料口连接中和釜,抽滤口连接抽滤机;所述抽滤机与废水处理釜连接,所述中和釜上设有液碱进口,中和釜底部设有出料口,所述出料口连接离心机,离心机设有离心液出口和物料出口,离心液出口与压滤机连接,物料出口与烘干机连接,所述压滤机与废水处理釜连接;所述液碱进口连接液碱储槽和计量槽,所述液碱进口和计量槽之间设有调节阀,其特征在于:所述合成釜内设有喷淋装置,所述喷淋装置包括圆环进液管和喷淋头,所述圆环进液管固定在合成釜顶部内壁与盐酸溶液进口连接,所述喷淋头均匀分布在圆环进液管上,喷淋头个数为3-6个。
