Abstract
The invention relates to a composition for improving the ability of coccidian oocyst to penetrate cells and a preparation method thereof, wherein the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-30 parts of houttuynia cordata extract; 5-30 parts of rhubarb extract; 0.1-0.5 part of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; 5-30 parts of lysozyme; 10-90 parts of sterilized water; the invention has scientific and reasonable formula composition, simple process, convenient use and lower cost; the composition improves the quantity of the sporozoites in the oocysts entering the epithelial cells of the intestinal tract and rapidly fixes the value in the intestinal tract cells by utilizing the effects of destroying the cell wall structure, increasing the penetration force to the cell membrane, reducing the resistance of cell sap and the like.

Technical Field

Example 3
The composition for improving the cell penetrating capacity of coccidian oocysts comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15kg of houttuynia cordata extract, 15kg of rhubarb extract, 0.3kg of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, 15kg of lysozyme and 65kg of sterilized water.

5-30 parts of houttuynia cordata extract;
5-30 parts of rhubarb extract;
0.1-0.5 part of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
5-30 parts of lysozyme;
10-90 parts of sterilized water.
2. A drinkable composition for use with coccidian vaccines as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5 parts of houttuynia cordata extract;
5 parts of rhubarb extract;
0.1 part of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
10 parts of lysozyme;
80 parts of sterilized water.
3. A method of preparing a drinkable composition for use with coccidial vaccines as described in claim 1, comprising the steps of: the preparation method comprises the following steps:
