阻燃织物特别是由阻燃纤维制成的可用以提供防护,防止穿着使用者的皮肤直接暴露于火焰,由此降低遭受燃烧损伤的危险。需要防护免受火焰影响的职业包括警察和治安人员、军事人员、天然气与石油工业的工人、焊接工人、金属工业工人和可能在高压设施上工作的公共事业工人。使用个人防护服装的工人通常在具有导致高能量消耗的高工作负荷的高应力环境中工作。这导致在衣服内产生热和湿气。非常希望用于构造衣服的织物能够散发热和湿气以防止使使用者变热。允许热和湿气逸散的织物生产穿戴感觉更舒适以及还延长可在不超过最大生理应激水平下达到的工作时间的衣服。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种阻燃防护服专用功能性衬布的制备工艺,能够使产品具有优良的阻燃防护性能,同时具有透气舒适,柔软性等特点,对于需要阻燃防护作业的人来讲,是一个非常好的选择,其国内外的市场潜力是巨大的,具有良好的应用前景。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种阻燃防护服专用功能性衬布的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:基布织造:以腈氯纶丝为经纱,以包芯脱脂棉纱线为纬纱,将经纱和纬纱在经编机中采用平纹织造后形成基布;
步骤二:水浴处理:将基布浸没在添加有碱、精练剂和双氧水的水浴液中进行水浴处理,水浴温度为40~50℃,水浴时间10~15min,水浴过程中采用超声波震荡加速反应,用20~30℃的清水喷淋清洗基布表面残留溶液,最后脱水并整理定型;
步骤三:开松定型处理:对基布进行预烘预缩处理,然后在高温高压溢流机的控制下对基布面进行热风定向梳理,风压为40~45HZ,温度为40~45℃,环境湿度为30~40%;
步骤四:浸轧烘干处理:采用酸性柔软剂对基布进行二浸二轧处理,轧车压力为0.3~0.4Mpa,车速为30~35m/min,浸泡时间为10~12min,用20~30℃的清水喷淋清洗基布表面残留溶液,然后将基布以7%~8%的超喂速度进入三个分段式烘房完成烘干,所述烘房的温度依次为60~70℃、80~90℃、100~120℃,所述烘房的风压为50~60HZ,所述二浸二轧处理在浸轧机内进行,所述浸轧机包括溶剂槽、凸纹挤压加浸辊、双压辊、淋水槽、储水箱、喷淋板,所述溶剂槽底部设置有两个相邻的U形分体槽,每个U形分体槽内均安装有一组两根凸纹挤压加浸辊,两组凸纹挤压加浸辊之间设置有一组双压辊,所述双压辊由两根光滑压辊构成,所述双压辊设置在溶剂槽上部,所述凸纹挤压加浸辊的最右侧上方设置有一组双压辊,所述双压辊的右侧设置有淋水槽,所述淋水槽的顶部设置有储水箱,所述储水箱的底部设置有喷淋板,所述储水箱的中部右侧设置有辅助出布辊;
步骤五:隔热镀膜处理:将基布浸没在纳米隔热阴离子微乳液中进行水浴处理,水浴温度为70~80℃,翻转基布加速反应,水浴时间40~50min,使得基布的表面形成纳米隔热保护膜层,取出基布悬挂,用20~30℃的清水喷淋清洗基布表面残留溶液,最后脱水并整理定型;
步骤六:烘培处理:将基布经过三个烘房烘干,第一烘房的温度为100~120℃,烘干时间为5~7分钟,第二烘房的温度为140~160℃,烘干时间为2~3分钟,第三烘房的温度为180~200℃,烘干时间为5~6分钟,烘房采用热风循环烘干模式,烘干过程中向烘房内通入氨气0.6L/min、氮气3.5L/min、二氧化碳0.4L/min,直至烘干过程结束;
步骤七:卷绕送检处理:将基布经切边计长后进行卷绕,对卷绕后的布卷进行人工终检,并将质量、外观均合格的产品进行打包形成抑菌透气医用服饰专用衬成品。
作为优选,步骤一中编织过程采用三经缎平织结构,基布由一根前梳的纬纱横向喂入相邻的两根后梳的经纱之间,交错穿插形成线圈编织而成,所述包芯脱脂棉纱线采用50D/40F涤纶镀银低弹丝为纱芯,外包多根50D/42F脱脂棉低弹长丝,采用“Z”捻复合而成,所述经纱采用60D/48F腈氯纶丝低弹丝。
作为优选,所述步骤二中的碱为氢氧化钠、精炼剂为有机硅氧烷聚合物。
作为优选,所述步骤四中采用的酸性柔软剂为酯基季铵盐、冰醋酸中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果:本发明产品纬纱采用50D/40F涤纶镀银低弹丝为纱芯,外包多根50D/42F脱脂棉低弹长丝,采用“Z”捻复合制成,经纱采用60D/48F腈氯纶丝低弹丝,能够有效提升基布的阻燃性能,采用酸性柔软剂处理可以提升基布的柔软性,并配合纳米隔热阴离子微乳液对基布进行纳米隔热保护膜镀层,镀层轻薄,隔热面均匀,隔热效果好,能够使产品具有优良的阻燃防护性能,同时具有透气舒适,柔软性等特点,对于需要阻燃防护作业的人来讲,是一个非常好的选择,其国内外的市场潜力是巨大的,具有良好的应用前景。

【具体实施方式】
本发明一种阻燃防护服专用功能性衬布的制备工艺,依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:基布织造:以腈氯纶丝为经纱,以包芯脱脂棉纱线为纬纱,将经纱和纬纱在经编机中采用平纹织造后形成基布;

技术指标:
1、剥离强度:洗涤前≥15N/5×10cm洗涤后≥14N/5×10cm;
2、干热尺寸变化:经向-1.5~+0.4纬向-1.0~+0.4;
3、水洗尺寸变化:经向-1.5~+0.4纬向-1.5~+0.4;
4、干水洗外观变化:4级
5、释放游离甲醛:≤40ppm
6、隔热性≥80%。

Claims (4)
1.一种阻燃防护服专用功能性衬布的制备工艺,其特征在于:依次包括以下步骤:
步骤一:基布织造:以腈氯纶丝为经纱,以包芯脱脂棉纱线为纬纱,将经纱和纬纱在经编机中采用平纹织造后形成基布;
步骤二:水浴处理:将基布浸没在添加有碱、精练剂和双氧水的水浴液中进行水浴处理,水浴温度为40~50℃,水浴时间10~15min,水浴过程中采用超声波震荡加速反应,用20~30℃的清水喷淋清洗基布表面残留溶液,最后脱水并整理定型;
步骤三:开松定型处理:对基布进行预烘预缩处理,然后在高温高压溢流机的控制下对基布面进行热风定向梳理,风压为40~45HZ,温度为40~45℃,环境湿度为30~40%;
