Abstract

本发明公开了一种热铆机,包含工作台;所述工作台上设置有旋转装置;所述旋转装置呈圆形设置,所述旋转装置***按照工序依次在工作台上设置有取放模具区域、翻盖装置、热铆装置和测高装置;所述取放模具区域、翻盖装置、热铆装置和测高装置对应的旋转装置上分别设置有模具座组;所述旋转装置将模具座组旋转到某一工作位置并完成操作后,再旋转到下一个工作位置;所述模具座组包含第一模具座和第二模具座,分别用来安装塑料盒和塑料盖,所述翻盖装置可将塑料盖翻转并盖在塑料盒上;所述热铆装置可将塑料盒上伸出塑料盖的铆柱融化形成铆头;所述测高装置用来测量铆头的露出高度是否达到标准;本发明所述的热铆机能自动装配、热铆和自动检测。

一种热铆机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能自动装配、热铆和自动检测的热铆机。
背景技术
塑料热铆组装是结构简单、高可靠性、高性价比的永久性固定装配的方法,受到了广泛的采用。现有技术存在的缺点是:需要人工翻盖进行热铆,铆接后的塑料产品需要人工进行检测铆头是否否格,人工费用极大。为此我们研发了一种能自动装配、热铆和自动检测的热铆机。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能自动装配、热铆和自动检测的热铆机。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种热铆机,包含工作台;所述工作台上设置有旋转装置;所述旋转装置呈圆形设置,所述旋转装置***按照工序依次在工作台上设置有取放模具区域、翻盖装置、热铆装置和测高装置;所述取放模具区域、翻盖装置、热铆装置和测高装置对应的旋转装置上分别设置有模具座组;所述旋转装置将模具座组旋转到某一工作位置后,待其操作完成后,再旋转到下一个工作位置;所述模具座组包含第一模具座和第二模具座;所述第一模具座用来安装塑料盒,所述第二模具座用来安装塑料盖,所述第二模具座的正下方的旋转装置上分别设置有缺口部;所述翻盖装置可将塑料盖翻转,并盖在塑料盒上;所述热铆装置可将塑料盒上伸出塑料盖的铆柱融化形成铆头,使塑料盒与塑料盖铆接在一起;所述测高装置用来测量铆头的露出高度是否达到制作标准。
优选的,所述翻盖装置包含支架,所述支架内表面设置有滑轨,所述滑轨上设置有滑块;所述滑块上设置有穿过滑轨内侧的翻转组件;所述支架下部设置有固定的有杆气缸,所述有杆气缸一端设置有在滑块上;所述翻转组件外侧设置翻转电机;所述翻转组件上设置有4个卡爪;所述翻转组件下方设置有抓紧气缸;所述有杆气缸驱动,控制滑块上下移动距离,从而控制翻转组件上下移动穿过缺口部移动到在塑料盖下方;所述抓紧气缸驱动卡爪,使卡爪抓紧塑料盖;所述翻转电机驱动翻转组件,控制塑料盖翻转,并盖在塑料盒上,使铆柱穿过塑料盖上对应的通孔,露出铆柱。
优选的,所述热铆装置包含热铆支架;所述热铆支架上部内侧设置有凹轨;所述凹轨中设置有可滑动的铆头柱板;所述铆头柱板下端表面设置有呈矩形状排列的4个下压气缸;所述下压气缸下端分别设置有铆头柱;所述铆头柱底端设置有可融化铆柱的热铆头;所述下压气缸驱动使导杆下移,控制铆头柱下移,从而使热铆头套住铆柱,并融化铆柱形成铆头,使塑料盒与塑料盖铆接在一起。
优选的,所述测高装置包含气缸架;所述气缸架上设置有气缸;所述气缸架头部设置有气缸电机;所述气缸上设置有气缸滑轨;所述气缸滑轨上设置有可滑动的滑块组件;所述滑块组件一端设置有电机;所述滑块组件上设置有可滑动的固定支架;所述固定支架外表面上设置有2个间隔设置的测距感应器;所述气缸电机驱动气缸,控制滑块组件横向移动距离;所述电机驱动,控制固定支架纵向移动距离,从而控制测距感应器纵向移动距离,达到铆头所在位置的上方,测出铆头的露出高度是否达到制作标准;当测出铆头的露出高度未达到制作标准时,报警装置报警,以提醒操作人员;当测出铆头的露出高度达到制作标准时,报警装置不报警。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的热铆机,通过旋转装置与取放模具区域、翻盖装置、热铆装置和测高装置的配合,控制塑料盖的自动翻转,控制铆柱的融化,形成铆头,并且测出铆头是否达到标准;本发明能自动化翻转塑料盖、铆接、测高,提高生产效率,降低成本。

附图1-5为本发明所述的热铆机,包含工作台1;所述工作台1上设置有旋转装置2;所述旋转装置2呈圆形设置,其上均匀的设置有4组模具座组3;所述模具座组3包含第一模具座和第二模具座;所述第一模具座用来安装塑料盒4,所述第二模具座用来安装塑料盖5,所述第二模具座的正下方的旋转装置2上分别设置有缺口部21;所述塑料盒4里设置有凸起的铆柱41;所述塑料盖5相对应的设置有通孔(未标出);所述旋转装置2***按照工序依次在工作台1上设置有取放模具区域6、翻盖装置7、热铆装置8和测高装置9;所述取放模具区域6、翻盖装置7、热铆装置8和测高装置9对应的旋转装置2上分别设置有模具座组3;所述旋转装置2将模具座组3旋转到某一工作位置后,待其操作完成后,再旋转到下一个工作位置。
所述取放模具区域6可以使工人取放塑料盒4和塑料盖5。
所述翻盖装置7包含支架71,所述支架71内表面设置有滑轨72,所述滑轨72上设置有滑块73;所述滑块73上设置有穿过滑轨72内侧的翻转组件74;所述支架71下部设置有固定的有杆气缸75,所述有杆气缸75一端设置有在滑块73上;所述翻转组件74外侧设置翻转电机76;所述翻转组件74上设置有4个卡爪77;所述翻转组件74下方设置有抓紧气缸78;所述有杆气缸75驱动,控制滑块73上下移动距离,从而控制翻转组件74上下移动穿过缺口部21移动到在塑料盖5下方;所述抓紧气缸78驱动卡爪77,使卡爪77抓紧塑料盖5;所述翻转电机76驱动翻转组件74,控制塑料盖5翻转,并盖在塑料盒4上,使铆柱41穿过塑料盖5上对应的通孔(未标出),露出铆柱41;此后,所述抓紧气缸78驱动卡爪77,使卡爪77松开塑料盖5;所述翻转电机76驱动翻转组件74使其复位;所述有杆气缸75驱动,控制滑块73下移,从而控制翻转组件74下移穿过缺口部21,回到初始位置,结束翻盖装置7的工作。

由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的热铆机,通过旋转装置与取放模具区域、翻盖装置、热铆装置和测高装置的配合,控制塑料盖的自动翻转,控制铆柱的融化,形成铆头,并且测出铆头是否达到标准;本发明能自动化翻转塑料盖、铆接、测高,提高生产效率,降低成本。
