随着社会进步和经济发展,人类对自身的健康日益关注。尤其是随着现代工作强度的上升,“亚健康”几乎成了常态,为了维持良好状态,人们开始追求保健食品,在追求“绿色、天然、有机、环保”型保健食品的基础上,还在追求功能型的保健食品,以对人体的各种生理机能进行调整。目前,保健食品的种类繁多,但具体效果如何成了人们最关心的问题,许多人感到很茫然,因为许多保健品达不到消费者的要求,更达不到消除亚健康,强身健体的效果,甚至于有些对身体没有任何的功能效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种新的保健品,该保健品绿色、天然,能强身健体,有效消除亚健康对身体产生的危害。
为实现本发明的上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种秋葵胶囊,其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的:
秋葵粉30-35份、人参粉15-20份、玛咖粉15-20份。
本发明还可以加入辅料,所述的辅料为:玉米淀粉10-15份、麦芽糊精5-10份、硬脂酸镁4-8份。
本发明的制作方法为:将新鲜的秋葵、人参、玛咖冻干,粉碎后,过200目筛,制得粉末;按重量比称取秋葵、人参、玛咖粉及各种辅料,混合均匀后,装入胶囊即可。
本发明配方中所涉及到的各种原来的来源、营养价值及功效如下:
秋葵(学名:Abelmoschus esculentus)为锦葵科秋葵属,亦称黄秋葵、咖啡黄葵,俗名羊角豆、潺茄。因其长相酷似辣椒,又称“洋辣椒”。秋葵营养丰富,每100克黄秋葵的嫩荚中含有还原糖2.11克、纤维素 1.06克、粗蛋白2.44克、胡萝卜素0.682克、维生素C26.5毫克、维生素A 1.25毫克、维生素B 10.2毫克和多种矿物质以及含有锌和硒等微量元素,蛋白质含量高达15~26%,碳水化合物达6.4%,脂肪2%,每百克鲜果可提供150千焦的热量,能增强人体免疫力,具有利咽、通淋、下乳、调经等功效,还可用于治疗咽喉肿痛、小便淋涩、预防糖尿病、保护胃黏膜;因其含有保护肠胃的粘性物质,可促进胃肠蠕动,有益于助消化,益肠胃,防肠癌,对胃炎和胃溃疡、护肠胃具有较好的治疗效果,而且它分泌的黏蛋白,也有保护胃壁的作用,还能促进胃液分泌,提高食欲,改善消化不良等症,因此秋葵被誉为人类最佳的保健蔬菜之一,对肠胃健康更是非常有益;秋葵的黏液中含有的水溶性果胶与黏蛋白,能减缓糖分吸收、减低人体对胰岛素的需求,抑制胆固醇吸收 ,能改善血脂,排除毒素,秋葵中丰富的类胡萝卜素,可以维持胰岛素的正常分泌与作用、平衡血糖值;秋葵不仅含钙量与鲜奶相当,以有机物的形式存在,有着相较于牛奶有较高的吸收率,故是理想的钙源;其黏液中含有少量类荷尔蒙的天然物质,称为LM(Lepidimoide),其通过全身的调节(抗疲劳、增耐力、促血液……)来逐步发挥作用,作用温和且持久,能强肾补虚,对男性器质性疾病有辅助治疗作用,是一种适宜的营养保健蔬菜,享有“植物伟哥”之美誉,有些小鼠实验说明吃秋葵可以提高***产量;秋葵中富含黄酮(比大豆子叶中所含黄酮高300倍左右),具有调节内分泌、抗衰老等功效;含有丰富的维生素C和可溶性纤维,不仅对皮肤具有保健作用,且能使皮肤美白、细嫩;秋葵同时富含类不萝卜素和β-胡萝卜素,可以保护皮肤,减少自由基损伤。

麦芽糊精也称水溶性糊精或酶法糊精。它是以各类淀粉作原料,经酶法工艺低程度控制水解转化,提纯,干燥而成,它是经控制水解DE值在20%以下的产品。具有甜度低,无异味,易消化,低热,溶解性好,发酵性小,填充效果好,不易吸潮,增稠性强,载体性好,稳定性好,难以变质的特性。麦芽糊精含有大量的多糖类,另外还含有钙、铁等对人体有益的微量元素及矿物质,并能促进人体正常的物质代谢。

本发明将秋葵粉、人参粉、玛咖粉按一定比例有机的组合在一起所制成的保健品,三年来,通过对近500例受试者的使用表明:具有补气安神、强肾补虚,具有抗疲劳、抗氧化、增强人体免疫力、强身健体、辅助抗癌、平衡荷尔蒙、提升性能力、改善性功能、调节内分泌、预防糖尿病等功效,同时还能治疗更年期综合症,保护胃黏膜,促进胃肠蠕动,有益于助消化,益肠胃,防肠癌,对胃炎和胃溃疡、护肠胃具有较好的治疗效果,有效促进胃液分泌,提高食欲,改善消化不良等症。

具体实施例1:
将新鲜的秋葵、人参、玛咖冻干,粉碎后,过200目筛,制得粉末。称取秋葵粉30千克、人参粉15千克、玛咖粉15千克、玉米淀粉10千克、麦芽糊精5千克、硬脂酸镁4千克,混合均匀后,装入胶囊即可。

将新鲜的秋葵、人参、玛咖冻干,粉碎后,过200目筛,制得粉末。称取秋葵粉35千克、人参粉20千克、玛咖粉20千克、玉米淀粉15千克、麦芽糊精10千克、硬脂酸镁8千克,混合均匀后,装入胶囊即可。

将新鲜的秋葵、人参、玛咖冻干,粉碎后,过200目筛,制得粉末。称取秋葵粉33千克、人参粉18千克、玛咖粉18千克、玉米淀粉12千克、麦芽糊精8千克、硬脂酸镁5千克,混合均匀后,装入胶囊即可。
本发明的服用方法为:每日5-10粒,早、晚服用,也可根据自身身体状况,自行加减。
Claims (2)
1.一种秋葵胶囊,其特征是由下列重量配比的原料制成的:
秋葵粉30-35份、人参粉15-20份、玛咖粉15-20份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的秋葵胶囊,其特征为加入辅料:玉米淀粉10-15份、麦芽糊精5-10份、硬脂酸镁4-8份。
