一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布
技术领域
本发明涉及弹性无纺布材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布。
背景技术
由于生产工艺的不同,某些弹性无纺布材料是平面360°各方向可拉伸回弹的,即弹性无纺布可在布面的任意方向上产生弹性形变。而然基于实际应用需要,在某些情况下需要限制弹性无纺布的可拉伸方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可实现单一方向可拉伸回弹的单向拉伸弹性无纺布。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布,包括依次层叠的第一弹性面料、丝/纱/线铺放层以及第二弹性面料,其中所述的丝/纱/线铺放层包括多根丝/纱/线,各所述丝/纱/线平行排列铺放并等间隔布置,每一根所述的丝/纱/线均夹在弹性纤维网/弹性无纺布层与弹性纤维网/弹性无纺布层之间。
进一步,丝/纱/线的由聚丙烯、涤纶、尼龙、粘胶、棉、聚丙烯、涤纶、尼龙中的一种或多种混合构成,丝/纱/线的直径为10μm ~ 60μm。
进一步,丝/纱/线铺放层内相邻两根丝/纱/线之间的间隔为2mm ~ 45mm。
进一步,第一弹性面料、丝/纱/线铺放层以及第二弹性面料之间通过热轧或超声波焊接工艺复合。
进一步,所述的第一弹性面料以及第二弹性面料均为弹性纤维网或弹性无纺布层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的单向拉伸弹性无纺布由第一弹性面料、丝/纱/线铺放层以及第二弹性面料构成,其中,除了丝/纱/线铺放层外,第一弹性面料以及第二弹性面料均具有较强的弹性,并且其弹性拉伸方向不定,平面360°各方向可拉伸回弹。而丝/纱/线铺放层的丝/纱/线平行排列铺放并等间隔布置,由于这些丝/纱/线平行排列、没有回弹性,铺放成层夹在弹性纤维网/弹性无纺布层之间后,使产品在丝/纱/线方向的抗张强度较高,不容易发生变形;而产品的横向由于没有丝/纱/线交错,基本保持了弹性材料本身的特性,比较容易在外力的作用下拉伸延展,同时具有很好的回弹性,从而使原来可各向拉伸回弹的弹性无纺布实现了单向拉伸回弹。

具体实施方式
现结合附图和具体实施例对本发明所要求保护的技术方案作进一步详细说明。
参见附图1所示,本实施例中的单向拉伸弹性无纺布,包括第一弹性面料1、丝/纱/线铺放层2以及第二弹性面料3。在本实施例中,第一弹性面料布层1、丝/纱/线铺放层2以及第二弹性面料3之间通过热轧或超声波工艺复合。第一弹性面料1以及第二弹性面料3均为弹性纤维网或弹性无纺布层。
参见附图2所示,丝/纱/线铺放层2包括多根丝/纱/线21,各所述丝/纱/线21平行排列铺放并等间隔布置,每一所述丝/纱/线21均与第一弹性面料1以及二弹性面料3连接。在本实施例中,丝/纱/线21的材质与结构可选,丝/纱/线21的由聚丙烯、涤纶、尼龙、粘胶、棉、聚丙烯、涤纶、尼龙中的一种或多种混合构成,其结构可以为粘胶等短纤维或者丝的纯纺纱或混纺纱,或这些纱构成的线。丝/纱/线的直径为10μm ~ 60μm,相邻两根丝/纱/线之间的间隔为2mm ~ 45mm。技术人员可根据实际需要为丝/纱/线21选择合适的材质、结构以及粗细,并对相邻两根丝/纱/线21之间的间隔进行调整。在本实施例中,利用上述的方式使丝/纱/线铺放层2内的丝/纱/线21密度保持在合适水平,保证了丝/纱/线铺放层2在丝/纱/线21拉伸方向上的抗张强度,避免丝/纱/线21容易发生断裂的现象。此外考虑到加工的难度的问题,本实施例中丝/纱/线铺放层2中仅具有一层丝/纱/线21,即所有的丝/纱/线21均在同一平面内排列。
本实施例中的单向拉伸弹性无纺布具有第一弹性面料1、丝/纱/线铺放层2以及第二弹性面料3,其中第一弹性面料1和第二弹性面料3具有较强的拉伸弹性,并且其弹性拉伸方向不定,平面360°各方向可拉伸回弹,而丝/纱/线铺放层2的丝/纱/线21平行排列铺放并等间隔布置,由于这些丝/纱/线21平行排列、没有回弹性,形成丝/纱/线铺放层2夹在第一弹性面料1与第二弹性面料3之间后,使产品在丝/纱/线21拉伸方向上的耐抗张强度较高,不容易发生变形;而产品的横向由于没有丝/纱/线21交错,基本保持了第一弹性面料1与第二弹性面料3的本身特性,比较容易在外力的作用下拉伸延展,同时具有很好的回弹性,从而使原来可各向拉伸回弹的弹性无纺布实现了单向拉伸回弹。

1.一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布,其特征在于:包括依次层叠的第一弹性面料(1)、丝/纱/线铺放层(2)以及第二弹性面料(3),其中所述的丝/纱/线铺放层(2)包括多根丝/纱/线(21),各所述丝/纱/线(21)平行排列铺放并等间隔布置,每一根所述的丝/纱/线(21)均夹在弹性纤维网/弹性无纺布层(1)与弹性纤维网/弹性无纺布层(3)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布,其特征在于:丝/纱/线(21)的由聚丙烯、涤纶、尼龙、粘胶、棉、聚丙烯、涤纶、尼龙中的一种或多种混合构成,丝/纱/线(21)的直径为10μm ~ 60μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布,其特征在于:丝/纱/线铺放层(2)内相邻两根丝/纱/线(21)之间的间隔为2mm ~ 45mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布,其特征在于:第一弹性面料(1)、丝/纱/线铺放层(2)以及第二弹性面料(3)之间通过热轧或超声波焊接工艺复合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种单向拉伸弹性无纺布,其特征在于:所述的第一弹性面料以及第二弹性面料均为弹性纤维网或弹性无纺布层。
