本发明公开了一种不易起折皱的纺织材料,包括纱线和线芯,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:10‑30份;锦纶:30‑60份;腈纶:10‑30份;涤棉混合物,所述涤棉混合物采用65%‑67%涤纶和33%‑35%的棉花混纱线织成,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:20份;锦纶:50份;腈纶:25份,所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计(10‑50):(20‑40),所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计1:1.5,所述锦纶的纤度为1‑2旦,强力为2‑3g/旦,所述腈纶的纤度为2‑3旦,强力为1‑2g/旦,其中用到的涤棉混合物,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都比较好,尺寸稳定,具有挺拔不易折皱、易洗、快干的特点,市场前景良好。

本发明涉及一种不易起折皱的纺织材料。
背景技术
纤维(Fiber):一般是指细而长的材料,纤维具有弹性模量大,塑性形变小,强度高等特点,有很高的结晶能力,分子量小,一般为几万。纤维经常用于纺织领域,一种常见的纺织材料。现在的纺织面料已高度体现出产品的新颖性、复杂性、多样化和功能化的特点,市场对高性能、高附加值、特殊功能的服装、服饰及家纺面料产生巨大需求,但是一般的纺织品非常容易起折皱。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种不易起折皱的纺织材料,从而解决上述问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供了一种不易起折皱的纺织材料,其特征在于,包括纱线和线芯,其特征在于,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:10-30份;锦纶:30-60份;腈纶:10-30份;涤棉混合物,所述涤棉混合物采用65%-67%涤纶和33%-35%的棉花混纱线织成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:20份;锦纶:50份;腈纶:25份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计(10-50):(20-40)。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计1:1.5。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述锦纶的纤度为1-2旦,强力为2-3g/旦。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述腈纶的纤度为2-3旦,强力为1-2g/旦。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明提供的一种不易起折皱的纺织材料,其中用到的涤棉混合物,在干、湿情况下弹性和耐磨性都比较好,尺寸稳定,具有挺拔不易折皱、易洗、快干的特点,市场前景良好。

本发明提供一种不易起折皱的纺织材料,其特征在于,包括纱线和线芯,其特征在于,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:10-30份;锦纶:30-60份;腈纶:10-30份;涤棉混合物,所述涤棉混合物采用65%-67%涤纶和33%-35%的棉花混纱线织成。
所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:20份;锦纶:50份;腈纶:25份,所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计(10-50):(20-40),所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计1:1.5,所述锦纶的纤度为1-2旦,强力为2-3g/旦,所述腈纶的纤度为2-3旦,强力为1-2g/旦。
实施例2:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计45kg:15kg。
实施例3:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计50kg:30kg。
实施例4:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计35kg:55kg。
实施例5:基本实施方式与实施例1相同,不同之处在于;锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计30kg:30kg。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气性好的纺织材料,其特征在于,所述纱线按重量份数由如下组分组成:维纶:20份;锦纶:50份;腈纶:25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气性好的纺织材料,其特征在于,所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计(10-50):(20-40)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种柔软透气性好的纺织材料,其特征在于,所述锦纶与腈纶的混合比例为按照重量份计1:1.5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软透气性好的纺织材料,其特征在于,所述锦纶的纤度为1-2旦,强力为2-3g/旦。
