本发明涉及纺织材料领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌透气的人造棉面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,人们对贴近生活的功能性纺织材料以及适用于各种复杂、危险的工作环境的功能性纺织材料的要求越来越高,特别是抗菌性、环保性、舒适性和透气性等具有多种防护功能的纺织材料需求更加迫切。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种抗菌透气的人造棉面料,穿着舒适,防水透气,同时兼备抗菌抑菌、防辐射、抗静电和保健的功效。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗菌透气的人造棉面料,包括由内到外依次排布的基层、网眼布和聚氨酯膜,所述基层和网眼布之间、网眼布和聚氨酯膜之间均通过呈矩阵分布的点状的热熔胶粘接,基层由经纱和纬纱垂直交织而成,所述经纱为人造棉,所述纬纱包括复合纱和银纤维,所述银纤维为等间隔分布,银纤维和复合纱的数量比为1:42,所述复合纱包括亚麻纤维纱和交捻缠绕在亚麻纤维纱***的竹纤维,所述网眼布上贯穿设有椭圆形的网孔。
作为优选,奇数行的网孔和偶数行的网孔错开分布,每行的相邻两个网孔之间的距离b与网孔的长轴长度相等,相邻两行网孔之间的垂直间隔距离a与网孔的长轴长度相等。
作为优选,所述网孔的长轴长度为短轴长度的2倍。
本发明的有益效果是:人造棉面料穿着舒适,配合聚氨酯膜有防水透气的功效,同时加上银纤维、亚麻纤维和竹纤维天然的抗菌抑菌作用,具有良好的保健功能。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1~图4所示,一种抗菌透气的人造棉面料,包括由内到外依次排布的基层1、网眼布2和聚氨酯膜3,聚氨酯膜3弹性好,能防止水滴进入但能使水蒸气通过。
所述基层1和网眼布2之间、网眼布2和聚氨酯膜3之间均通过呈矩阵分布的点状的热熔胶4粘接,热熔胶4是纺织品尤其是服装加工中用得最多的一类胶粘剂,有较好的粘接强度、优异的柔软性、耐水洗和干洗,通过热熔胶4粘接使得各层之间保持了较好的透气性。
基层1由经纱和纬纱垂直交织而成,所述经纱为人造棉5,人造棉5的可染性好、鲜艳度和牢度度高、穿着舒适,手感光滑。
所述纬纱包括复合纱6和银纤维7,所述银纤维7为等间隔分布,银纤维7和复合纱6的数量比为1:42,即排列42根复合纱6后***1根银纤维7,银纤维7具有防辐射、抗静电、除臭抗菌和医疗保健的作用。
所述复合纱6包括亚麻纤维纱8和交捻缠绕在亚麻纤维纱8***的竹纤维9,交捻后形成的纱线结合度更好,强度也更高,亚麻纤维纱8具有吸湿散热,保健抑菌,防污抗静电,防紫外线的效果,且阻燃效果好;竹纤维9具有良好的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,具有天然抗菌抑菌、除螨防臭和抗紫外线功能。
所述网眼布2上贯穿设有椭圆形的网孔10,所述网孔10的长轴长度为短轴长度的2倍。奇数行的网孔10和偶数行的网孔10错开分布,每行的相邻两个网孔10之间的距离b与网孔10的长轴长度相等,相邻两行网孔10之间的垂直间隔距离a与网孔10的长轴长度相等,同时,任意一行的网孔10在与其相邻的一行网孔上的投影正好位于两个网孔10之间,网眼布2为采用涤纶为原料的经编网眼布,整个网眼布2的网孔10设计合理,在保证结构强度的前提下加强了透气性。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种抗菌透气的人造棉面料,其特征在于:奇数行的网孔(10)和偶数行的网孔(10)错开分布,每行的相邻两个网孔(10)之间的距离b与网孔(10)的长轴长度相等,相邻两行网孔(10)之间的垂直间隔距离a与网孔(10)的长轴长度相等。
