Abstract

本发明公开了轮胎气密层胶料组合物,该胶料组合物包含溴化丁基胶、1742丁基胶、炭黑N660、硅藻土、氧化镁、硬脂酸、4m2氧化锌、2树脂、乙醇、促进剂DM、7020硫磺。在气密层胶料组合物中添加硅藻土,克服了原有气密层压延时容易断料,成型贴合时粘性差的缺陷,粘性有了大幅度的提高,成型时气密层与子口胶料之间的粘性明显改善。

本发明涉及一种轮胎气密层胶料,具体涉及轮胎气密层胶料组合物。
背景技术
随着国家经济实力的不断增强,汽车产业得到迅猛的发展,汽车已经成为人们生活必不可少的重要交通工具,汽车业得发展直接推动了轮胎行业的技术创新和进步。近来,由于社会对汽车低油耗的强烈需求,设计了一种低发热量且重量较轻的轮胎,并且在轮胎部件中,也应用了位于轮胎内部的具有较轻重量的气密层,其具有较少空气由充气轮胎内部向外部泄露的量的功能,改善了气密性,主要通过在气密层使用包含丁基橡胶和二烯橡胶的橡胶组合物改善气密性,但是目前的气密层橡胶组合物压延时容易断料,成型贴合时粘性差。
硅藻土是一种硅质岩石,是一种生物成因的硅质沉积岩,它主要由古代硅藻的遗骸所组成。其化学成分以SiO2为主,具有大量微孔,非晶体结构。在欧洲,硅藻土作为矿物资源使用已经有一百多年的历史了,最初用于吸收消化甘油,20世纪后,由于工业技术的发展,产品已经遍及环境、建筑、农业、工业、冶金、食品、化工、电子等各个领域。硅藻土因其多孔,且含有粘土质矿物,具有较强的可塑性、粘结性、烧结性,经加工后有一定的强度和硬度,作为填料可以提高简介里,改善力学性能。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供轮胎气密层胶料组合物。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案实现:

本发明的有益效果:采用气密性优异的溴化丁基胶为主,并用加工性能良好的1742丁基胶,用炭黑N660作为补强填料,改善胶料的物理机械性能,使用7020硫磺作为硫化剂使溴化丁基胶和1742丁基胶,让两者很好的粘合;在此基础上使用硅藻土,改善了成型时气密层与子口胶料之间的粘性,提高了胶料的拉伸和撕裂强力。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做详细说明。
实施例
轮胎气密层胶料组合物,所述胶料组合物的组分及其含量的重量份数为:
胶料制造分为二段混炼生产,一段胶料配方加入溴化丁基胶、1742丁基胶、炭黑N660、硅藻土、氧化镁、硬脂酸、4m2氧化锌、2树脂,其余配合剂在二段胶料配方中加入。两段胶料分别在密炼机内混炼制造后再压片机上捣炼后出片冷却停放。
