According to the material supply management system provided by the embodiment of the invention, when information exchange is carried out between the mobile terminal and the material system application server, mobility and socialization are realized, various information in the material supply management process is acquired in real time through the mobile terminal and fed back to the material system application server, and the real-time property of the information is greatly improved; and meanwhile, the material supply is discussed, inquired, bill processed and flow checked through the mobile terminal socialization platform, and the information recorded in the material system application server and the mobile terminal is directly called through the link in the mobile terminal socialization platform, so that the communication efficiency between the mobile terminal and the material system application server is greatly enhanced, the material supply management is realized in a socialization mode, the management efficiency is greatly improved, the communication cost is effectively reduced, and the accuracy of the service is improved.

It should be noted that: in the mobile social based material supply management system provided in the above embodiment, when implementing the mobile social based material supply management method, only the division of the above functional modules is used for illustration, in practical application, the above functional allocation may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the device is divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the functions described above. 1. A mobile social based material supply management method, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that information of an on-site examination project to be handled is sent to a mobile terminal through a material system application server;
collecting field inspection information of material supply according to the received field inspection project information to be handled, and feeding back the collected field inspection information to a material system application server through a mobile terminal;
the material supply is discussed, inquired, bill processed and flow checked through the mobile terminal socialization platform, and the information recorded in the material system application server and the mobile terminal is directly called through the link in the mobile terminal socialization platform;
in the interaction between the mobile terminal and the application server of the material system, both can establish a service group, and in the parts of discussion, inquiry, bill processing and flow auditing, the material management system and the mobile terminal can be invoked to interact data and interfaces by clicking links according to the authority of an operator;
the method for mutually synchronously calling the mobile terminal and the application server of the material system is adopted, a link of an information system is directly embedded in a QQ or other online communication tools, both communication sides can directly click the link, the information system is opened in the same window, data is directly input and processed, and synchronous working processing is completed;
the method and the system based on social network communication can enter the information management system by clicking a link to process business while communicating internally, and the two parties can complete normal communication and efficient communication and business processing without switching interfaces and systems.

The method of claim 1, wherein the field inspection to-do item information comprises: verification items, verification requirements, verification personnel, deadlines, vendor names, organization codes, material classes, material catalog codes, index classes, primary indexes, review items, index sub-sequence numbers, secondary indexes, review method descriptions, file review case descriptions, remarks.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to sending the field verification to-do item information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
sending a security verification request carrying a mobile phone number to a material system application server through a mobile terminal;
the received security verification request generates a corresponding verification code through the material system application server;
sending the verification code to the mobile terminal in a short message mode through a short message service provider;
and sending the verification information carrying the verification code and the mobile phone number to the material system application server so as to pass the security verification.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to sending the field verification to-do item information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
and the material system application server distributes corresponding rights and a data viewing range for the mobile terminal passing the security verification, so that a user can exchange in a social platform of the mobile terminal.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein prior to sending the field verification to-do item information to the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the material system application server establishes association between the mobile phone number of the mobile terminal passing the security verification and the allocated account so as to avoid the security verification operation when the mobile terminal logs in again.
6. A mobile social based material supply management system, the system comprising:
the material system application server (1) is used for sending field inspection project information to be handled;
the mobile terminal (2) is used for collecting the field inspection information of the material supply according to the received field inspection project information to be handled and feeding back the collected field inspection information to the material system application server (1);
the mobile terminal (2) is further used for carrying out discussion, inquiry, bill processing and flow auditing on the supply of materials through a preset mobile terminal socialization platform, and directly calling the information recorded in the material system application server (1) and the mobile terminal (2) through links in the mobile terminal socialization platform;
in the interaction between the mobile terminal and the application server of the material system, both can establish a service group, and in the parts of discussion, inquiry, bill processing and flow auditing, the material management system and the mobile terminal can be invoked to interact data and interfaces by clicking links according to the authority of an operator;
the method for mutually synchronously calling the mobile terminal and the application server of the material system is adopted, a link of an information system is directly embedded in a QQ or other online communication tools, both communication sides can directly click the link, the information system is opened in the same window, data is directly input and processed, and synchronous working processing is completed;

8. The system of claim 6, wherein prior to sending the field verification to-do item information to the mobile terminal,
the mobile terminal (2) is also used for sending a security verification request carrying a mobile phone number to the material system application server (1);
the material system application server (1) is also used for generating a corresponding verification code according to the received security verification request;
the material system application server (1) is also used for sending the verification code to the mobile terminal (2) in a short message mode through a short message service provider;
the mobile terminal (2) is further used for sending verification information carrying the verification code and the mobile phone number to the material system application server (1) so as to pass the security verification.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein prior to sending the field verification to-do item information to the mobile terminal,
the material system application server (1) is also used for distributing corresponding authority and data viewing range for the mobile terminal (2) passing the security verification, so that a user can carry out communication operation in the mobile terminal socialization platform.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein prior to sending the field verification to-do item information to the mobile terminal,
the material system application server (1) is also used for establishing association between the mobile phone number of the mobile terminal (2) passing the security verification and the allocated account so as to avoid the security verification operation when the mobile terminal (2) logs in again.
