本发明涉及家庭纺织用品技术领域,具体公开了一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,由沙发坯料两侧涂覆抗静电溶液制备而成,坯料由抗静电改性聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、苎麻纤维、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制备而成,抗静电改性聚酯纤维由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒、纳米白炭粉、纳米氧化镁、氮化硅纤维、羟甲基纤维素钠、三氧甲基硅烷、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂制备而成。本发明的沙发面料选择苎麻纤维、竹纤维作为原料纤维有助于避免沙发表面过于干燥,同时抗静电改性聚酯纤维显著提升沙发面料的抗静电能力。坯料两侧的抗静电层中的N‑烷基甜菜碱的良好吸湿性可削弱沙发面料表面的静电现象,同时氧化锌能吸收部分电荷,协同抗静电改性聚酯纤维的抗静电效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及家庭纺织用品技术领域,具体涉及一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料。
背景技术
沙发是家居生活中必备的坐具,沙发外部设有面料蒙皮,内部填充有软质聚氨酯泡沫、羽绒填充物或人造棉等,可供坐、倚、躺等,给人带来舒适的感觉。但是现有的沙发面料的抗静电效果一般且由于沙发表面较为干燥,使沙发表面容易产生静电并吸附空中的灰尘等,沙发容易变脏,而且沙发通常靠近插座等放置,静电严重时易发生火灾。中国专利CN204071363,专利名称一种法兰绒沙发套,申请日期2014年9月18日,公开了一种包括法兰绒柔软面料和表面涂覆有防静电层的底部护套的法兰绒沙发套,通过防静电层消除静电干扰,但是长久使用后防静电层可能会被磨损从而使法兰绒护套的抗静电能力下降。
发明内容
针对沙发面料抗静电性能不足导致沙发容易吸附灰尘变脏甚至发生火灾的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,可以避免沙发表面静电产生,提升沙发面料的抗静电能力。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,所述沙发面料的坯料由以下重量份的抗静电改性聚酯纤维100~120份、竹炭纤维25~35份、苎麻纤维50~70份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维15~20份经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有抗静电层。
作为本发明的一种改进,抗静电改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒100~120份、纳米白炭粉10~15份、纳米氧化镁6~8份、氮化硅纤维10~12份、羟甲基纤维素钠6~10份、三氧甲基硅烷1~2份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.8~1.2份。
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗静电改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,并进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂抗静电溶液,然后通风干燥形成抗静电层;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次,制成抗静电的沙发面料。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段130~145℃、二段145~160 ℃、三段160~170 ℃、四段170~180℃、五段180~185℃,六段温度185~190 ℃,模头温度为180~185 ℃。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(1)中湿法纺丝的溶剂为硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(3)中所述抗静电溶液由以下重量份组份制备而成:去离子水600~800份、氯化锌15~25份、N-烷基甜菜碱1~3份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂15~25份、紫胶20~30份。
作为本发明的一种改进,步骤(3)中的喷涂密度为3~5 mL/m3,通风速率为3~5m/s,干燥温度10~15℃。
本发明的抗静电性良好的沙发面料选择苎麻纤维、竹纤维作为原料纤维,苎麻纤维、竹纤维的透气性能好,吸湿快,有助于避免沙发表面过于干燥,提升沙发面料的抗静电能力。同时本发明的抗静电改性聚酯纤维经纳米白炭粉、纳米氧化镁、羟甲基纤维素钠和氮化硅纤维改性制得,具有良好的存储电荷能力,可以吸收沙发面料表面的正电荷,显著提升沙发面料的抗静电能力。同时本发明的沙发面料的两侧喷涂抗静电溶液形成抗静电层,并经高低温交变作用后牢固附着的沙发面料表层,抗静电层中的N-烷基甜菜碱有良好的吸湿性可以削弱沙发面料表面的静电现象,同时氧化锌能够吸收部分电荷,从而协同抗静电改性聚酯纤维的抗静电效果,有效提升沙发面料的抗静电能力。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的沙发面料选用吸湿和透气性能良好的原料纤维以协同抗静电改性聚酯纤维的抗静电能力,并经抗静电层进一步加强,使本发明的沙发面料避免表面静电产生,具有良好的抗静电能力。

下面就本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如无特别说明,本发明中所采用的原料均可从市场上购得或是本领域常用的,如无特别说明,下述实施例中的方法均为本领域的常规方法。
实施例1
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,沙发面料的坯料由抗静电改性聚酯纤维100 g、竹炭纤维25 g、苎麻纤维50 g、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维15g经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有抗静电层,耐磨改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒100 g、纳米白炭粉10 g、纳米氧化镁6 g、氮化硅纤维10 g、羟甲基纤维素钠6 g、三氧甲基硅烷1 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.8 g。
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗静电改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,其中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段130~145 ℃、二段145~160 ℃、三段160~170 ℃、四段170~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段温度185~190 ℃,模头温度为175~180 ℃,制得的母粒进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维,湿法纺丝的溶剂优选为质量分数为15%的硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂抗静电溶液,然后通风干燥形成抗静电层,抗静电溶液的喷涂密度为3 mL/m3,通风速率为3 m/s,干燥温度10 ℃,其中抗静电溶液由以下组份制备而成:去离子水600 g、氯化锌15 g、N-烷基甜菜碱1 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂15 g、紫胶20g;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3次,制成抗静电的沙发面料。
实施例2
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,沙发面料的坯料由抗静电改性聚酯纤维110 g、竹炭纤维30 g、苎麻纤维60 g、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维17.5 g经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有抗静电层,其中抗静电改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒110g、纳米白炭粉12.5 g、纳米氧化镁7 g、氮化硅纤维11 g、羟甲基纤维素钠8 g、三氧甲基硅烷1.5 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.0 g。
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗静电改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,其中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段130~145 ℃、二段145~160 ℃、三段160~170 ℃、四段170~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段温度185~190 ℃,模头温度为175~180 ℃,制得的母粒进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维,湿法纺丝的溶剂优选为质量分数为20%的硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂抗静电溶液,然后通风干燥形成抗静电层,抗静电溶液的喷涂密度为4 mL/m3,通风速率为4 m/s,干燥温度12 ℃,其中抗静电溶液由以下组份制备而成:去离子水700 g、氯化锌20 g、N-烷基甜菜碱2 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂20 g、紫胶25g;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置4次,制成抗静电的沙发面料。
实施例3
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,沙发面料的坯料由抗静电改性聚酯纤维120 g、竹炭纤维35 g、苎麻纤维70 g、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维20 g经纺织制备而成,在沙发面料的表面设有抗静电层,其中抗静电改性聚酯纤维由以下组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒120g、纳米白炭粉15 g、纳米氧化镁8 g、氮化硅纤维12 g、羟甲基纤维素钠10 g、三氧甲基硅烷2 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1.2 g。
一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗静电改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,其中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段130~145 ℃、二段145~160 ℃、三段160~170 ℃、四段170~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段温度185~190 ℃,模头温度为175~180 ℃,制得的母粒进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维,湿法纺丝的溶剂优选为质量分数为25%的硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂抗静电溶液,然后通风干燥形成抗静电层,抗静电溶液的喷涂密度为5 mL/m3,通风速率为5 m/s,干燥温度15℃,其中抗静电溶液由以下组份制备而成:去离子水800 g、氯化锌25 g、N-烷基甜菜碱3 g、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂25 g、紫胶30 g;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置5次,制成抗静电的沙发面料。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,其特征在于:所述沙发面料的坯料由以下重量份的抗静电改性聚酯纤维100~120份、竹炭纤维25~35份、苎麻纤维50~70份、聚氨基甲酸酯纤维15~20份经纺织制备而成,在坯料的表面设有抗静电层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料,其特征在于,抗静电改性聚酯纤维由以下重量份组份制备而成:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯母粒100~120份、纳米白炭粉10~15份、、纳米氧化镁6~8份、氮化硅纤维10~12份、羟甲基纤维素钠6~10份、三氧甲基硅烷1~2份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂0.8~1.2份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)抗静电改性聚酯纤维制备:将各原料组份充分混合后送入螺杆挤出机中挤出成粒,制得混合母粒,并进一步经湿法纺丝制得耐磨改性聚酯纤维;
(2)将改性聚酯纤维、竹炭纤维、苎麻纤维与聚氨基甲酸酯纤维经纺织制得沙发面料的坯料;
(3)向沙发面料的坯料两面喷涂抗静电溶液,然后通风干燥形成抗静电层;
(4)将坯料置于-10 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,再置于60 ℃环境中静置10 分钟,如此高低温交替静置3~5次,制成抗静电的沙发面料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中螺杆挤出机各段的温度分别为:一段130~145 ℃、二段145~160 ℃、三段160~170℃、四段170~180℃、五段180~185℃、六段温度185~190 ℃,模头温度为175~180 ℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中湿法纺丝的溶剂为硫氰酸钠水溶液,所得耐磨改性聚酯纤维的横截面呈椭圆形。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述抗静电溶液由以下重量份组份制备而成:去离子水600~800份、氯化锌15~25份、N-烷基甜菜碱1~3份、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂15~25份、紫胶20~30份。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种抗静电性良好的沙发面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中的喷涂密度为3~5 mL/m3,通风速率为3~5 m/s,干燥温度10~15℃。
