一种水分散型环氧固化剂,由以下重量份数组分组成:三乙烯四胺5‑10份;环氧树脂20‑30份;壬基酚5‑10份;双缩水甘油醚10‑20份;丙二醇甲醚10‑20份;去离子水60‑100份。其具有优秀的相容性和储存稳定性,可改善漆膜机械性能,使漆膜具有优秀的附着力、柔韧性、抗冲击能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种水分散型环氧固化剂。
背景技术
随着现代社会的发展,人类生活水平的提高,节能环保意识的逐步觉醒,以及高分子科学的高速发展对于环保的要求也越来越严格。
随着广东省地方标准《集装箱制造业挥发性有机物排放标准》的制定,和国家税务部门对高VOC含量的油漆产品征收消费税;集装箱涂料的全面水性化越来越紧迫。
可以预见未来很长时期内,发展环境友好型水性涂料必将成为我国涂料研究领域的重点、热点,为顺应时代发展要求、实现我司集装箱涂料的全面更新换代与绿色环保目标,我公司开发了集装箱用水性环氧系列油漆。因此拟开展相应原材料——水分散型环氧固化剂的研发。
目前,市售的水性环氧树脂,品种繁多,良莠不齐,相比发展成熟的油性环氧固化剂普遍存在的问题有:亲水的环氧固化剂与疏水的环氧树脂相容性差,造成成膜不良、耐蚀性下降、光泽差、适用期短。针对以上问题,为解决我公司开发的集装箱用水性环氧系列油漆的原料急需,研发水分散型环氧固化剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种疏水性环氧固化剂,具有优秀的相容性和储存稳定性,可改善漆膜机械性能,使漆膜具有优秀的附着力、柔韧性、抗冲击能力。
本发明所要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种水分散型环氧固化剂,由以下重量份数组分组成:
三乙烯四胺5-10份;
环氧树脂20-30份;
壬基酚5-10份;
双缩水甘油醚10-20份;
丙二醇甲醚10-20份;
去离子水60-100份。
进一步的,所述的环氧树脂为E51。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
采用壬基酚、双缩水甘油醚、丙二醇甲醚相互搭配,与疏水的环氧树脂相容性好,固化后的漆膜具有优秀的附着力、柔韧性、抗冲击能力。

一种水分散型环氧固化剂,由以下重量份数组分组成:
三乙烯四胺5份;
E51环氧树脂30份;
壬基酚5份;
双缩水甘油醚20份;
丙二醇甲醚20份;
去离子水100份。
实施例2
一种水分散型环氧固化剂,由以下重量份数组分组成:
三乙烯四胺10份;
E51环氧树脂20份;
壬基酚8份;
双缩水甘油醚12份;
丙二醇甲醚10份;
去离子水75份。
实施例3
一种水分散型环氧固化剂,由以下重量份数组分组成:
三乙烯四胺8份;
E51环氧树脂23份;
壬基酚10份;
双缩水甘油醚11份;
丙二醇甲醚15份;
去离子水60份。

环氧树脂20-30份;
壬基酚5-10份;
