Abstract

本发明提供了一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物及其制备方法,涉及精细化工领域,所述含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:植物油80份‑100份,分散剂3份‑5份,增粘剂2份‑3份,抗凝剂2份‑3份,纳米二氧化硅0.5份‑0.7份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2份‑0.8份。本发明以零污染的植物油作为基础油,添加纳米二氧化硅,大幅度提高润滑耐磨性,明显减少润滑油造成的环境污染,与现有润滑油相比,原料简单,润滑耐磨效果明显,润滑油使用寿命长,并且环保节能,工艺可行。

一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及精细化工领域,尤其涉及一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是用在汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦、保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
植物油具有较好的黏温特性以及优良的润滑性能, 可再生, 不污染环境, 以植物油为润滑油基础油, 具有减少矿物润滑油对环境造成的污染和有效应对石油资源枯竭的双重意义。
纳米二氧化硅用途广泛,能提高其他材料抗老化、强度和耐化学性能。作为添加剂增加到润滑油中,可明显增加润滑油的耐磨性,稳定安全,无任何聚合危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物及其制备方法,这种润滑油组合物以零污染的植物油作为基础油,添加纳米二氧化硅,具有润滑耐磨性能好,无环境污染的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:植物油80份-100份,分散剂3份-5份,增粘剂2份-3份,抗凝剂2份-3份,纳米二氧化硅0.5份-0.7份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2份-0.8份。
进一步的,所述植物油是椰子油,大豆油,棕榈油中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺或硼化聚双异丁烯基亚胺。
进一步的,所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
进一步的,所述抗凝剂是羟基硬脂精。
进一步的,所述抗氧抗腐剂是硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为植物油80份,分散剂5份,增粘剂2份,抗凝剂2份,纳米二氧化硅0.5份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2份。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为植物油88份,分散剂6份,增粘剂2.5份,纳米二氧化硅0.6份,抗氧抗腐剂0.4份。
进一步的,所述原料的重量份数为植物油100份,分散剂8份,增粘剂3份,抗凝剂3份,抗氧抗腐剂0.8份。
本发明还提供了一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物的制备方法,包括:
S1、将植物油88份和抗凝剂2.5份混合,加热至40-50度,搅拌15-30分钟,得到基底油;
S2、将分散剂6份,增粘剂2.5份,纳米二氧化硅0.6份和抗氧抗腐剂0.4份混合,加入所述基地油,搅拌 5-10 分钟,得到混合液;
S3、搅拌所述混合液15-30分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得所述一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
(1)植物油基底对环境无污染;(2)纳米二氧化硅使得润滑耐磨性能强。

实施例1
一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:椰子油80份,聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺5份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯2份,羟基硬脂精2份,纳米二氧化硅0.5份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.2份。
实施例2
一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:椰子油88份,聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺6份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯2.5份,羟基硬脂精2.5份,纳米二氧化硅0.6份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.4份。
实施例3
一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物本实施例润滑油由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:椰子油100份,聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺8份,聚甲基丙烯酸酯3份,羟基硬脂精3份,纳米二氧化硅0.7份,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯0.8份。
一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物制备方法为:
S1、将椰子油和羟基硬脂精加入反应釜中,升温至45℃,匀速搅拌25分钟;
S2、混合聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺,聚甲基丙烯酸酯,纳米二氧化硅,硫代二丙酸二月桂酯,匀速搅拌15 分钟;
S3、将步骤2的混合物加入到步骤1的混合物中,温度保持45℃,匀速搅拌30 分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物。

Claims (8)

1.一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:植物油80-100份,分散剂5份-8份,增粘剂2份-3份,抗凝剂2份-3份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.7份,抗氧抗腐剂0.2份-0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:植物油88份,分散剂6份,增粘剂2.5份,抗凝剂2.5份,纳米二氧化硅0.6份,抗氧抗腐剂0.4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述植物油是椰子油,大豆油,棕榈油中的一种多或混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂是聚异丁烯基丁二酰亚胺或硼化聚双异丁烯基亚胺。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述增粘剂是聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯、无规聚丙烯、乙丙共聚物中的一种或混合物。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗凝剂是羟基硬脂精。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧抗腐剂是硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、叔丁基羟基茴香醚、二丁基羟基甲苯中的一种。
8.一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,
S1、将植物油88份和抗凝剂2.5份混合,加热至40-50度,搅拌15-30分钟,得到基底油;
S2、将分散剂6份,增粘剂2.5份,纳米二氧化硅0.6份和抗氧抗腐剂0.4份混合,加入所述基地油,搅拌5-10分钟,得到混合液;
S3、搅拌所述混合液15-30分钟,冷却至室温,过滤即得所述一种含纳米二氧化硅的润滑油组合物。
