Abstract
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体地说是一种开式齿轮油及其制备方法。一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:由如下原料按重量配比构成:合成基础油为50.0~70.0%;增粘剂为20.0~30.0%;极压剂为5.0~15.0%;抗磨剂为3.0~8.0%;抗氧剂为2.0~5.0%;防锈剂为3.0~8.0%。同现有技术相比,该开式齿轮油不属于沥青基,所以避免了环境污染及设备维护的麻烦;该开式齿轮油低温流动性及高温抗氧化性好,可满足低温下的泵送或喷射要求,又很宽的使用温度;该开式齿轮油润滑性好,和抗剪切强的增粘剂一起作用,保证了较强的油膜厚度;该开式齿轮油内聚力及粘度性强的增粘剂,保证了润滑油较强的粘附性,避免齿轮工作中被甩出。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,具体地说是一种开式齿轮油及其制备方法。
背景技术
开式齿轮传动在水泥、冶金、电力及矿业等行业中是一种应用极为普遍的的传动设备,如金属采矿、水泥、石灰石生产及糖厂的回转窑、球磨机及干燥机等。开式齿轮油主要应用在低速重载荷的特大型旋转设备上,传动齿轮齿面的单位面积负荷高,齿面呈线接触,容易产生噪音和振动,因此不仅要求油品具有较高的承载能力,而且还要求降低摩擦副的摩擦系数。
传统的开式齿轮油是以沥青基为主,但该类型齿轮油低温流动性差、低温容易裂开且不能较稳定的形成油膜导致了其适用的局限性;在此基础上产生的加入溶剂改善低温性能的另外一大类开始齿轮油,容易随着溶剂的挥发而堵塞喷嘴,造成设备维护上的麻烦,而且加上近年来润滑行业对环保的要求,开发一种替代传统型开式齿轮油、综合性能好的润滑油成为必然趋势。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种开式齿轮油组合物及其制备方法,制备的开式齿轮油粘附性好,低温性能佳且抗水性优异,制备方法简单,易于生产。
为实现上述目的,设计一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:由如下原料按重量配比构成:合成基础油为50.0~70.0%;增粘剂为20.0~30.0%;极压剂为5.0~15.0%;抗磨剂为3.0~8.0%;抗氧剂为2.0~5.0%;防锈剂为3.0~8.0%。
所述的合成基础油为硅油、合成烃油、烷基苯、油溶性聚醚、合成酯类油中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丁烯、聚苯乙烯-丁二烯中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的抗磨剂为硼酸酯、有机硫磷化合物、巯基噻二唑的烷基聚羧酸酯衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的极压剂为氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸盐、烷基硫代磷酸盐中的一种及几种的混合物。
所述的抗氧剂为苯胺、萘胺及苯酚、硫醚酚类抗氧剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述的防锈剂为噻唑类、烷基磺酸盐及烯基酸类防锈剂中的一种及几种的混合物。
一种开式齿轮油的制备方法,制备方法如下:
(1)加入40%~50%合成基础油于反应釜内,搅拌30min,升温至110~130℃;
(2)将全部增粘剂倒入容器内,将加热到110~130℃的合成基础油倒入增粘剂中,搅拌20min~30min后,将搅拌的混合物加入反应釜内;再将釜内的热油倒入增粘剂容器内,搅拌10min后,倒入反应釜内,如此重复三次,将所有的增粘剂全部加入反应釜内;
(3)在110~130℃的温度下搅拌60min后,加入剩余的合成基础油倒入反应釜内,持续搅拌,再将反应釜内混合油降温至60~70℃;
(4)保持60~70℃,加入极压剂和抗磨剂,搅拌40min后,再将抗氧剂及防锈剂加入,继续搅拌40min后,循环搅拌3~4小时;
(5)出料前进行脱气即得成品。
本发明同现有技术相比,该开式齿轮油不属于沥青基,所以避免了环境污染及设备维护的麻烦;该开式齿轮油低温流动性及高温抗氧化性好,可满足低温下的泵送或喷射要求,又很宽的使用温度;该开式齿轮油润滑性好,和抗剪切强的增粘剂一起作用,保证了较强的油膜厚度;该开式齿轮油内聚力及粘度性强的增粘剂,保证了润滑油较强的粘附性,避免齿轮工作中被甩出。
具体实施方式
一种开式齿轮油,由如下原料按重量配比构成:合成基础油为50.0~70.0%;增粘剂为20.0~30.0%;极压剂为5.0~15.0%;抗磨剂为3.0~8.0%;抗氧剂为2.0~5.0%;防锈剂为3.0~8.0%。
合成基础油为硅油、合成烃油、烷基苯、油溶性聚醚及合成酯类油中的一种或几种的混合物。
增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丁烯及聚苯乙烯-丁二烯中的一种或几种的混合物。
抗磨剂为硼酸酯、有机硫磷化合物、巯基噻二唑的烷基聚羧酸酯衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物。
极压剂为氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸盐、烷基硫代磷酸盐中的一种及几种的混合物。
抗氧剂为苯胺、萘胺及苯酚、硫醚酚类抗氧剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
防锈剂为噻唑类、烷基磺酸盐及烯基酸类防锈剂中的一种及几种的混合物。
一种开式齿轮油的制备方法,制备方法如下:

实施例1:
由如下原料按重量配比构成:三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯:10.0%;偏苯酸酯:5.0%;PAO40:50.0%;PB2400:13.0%;PB1300:4.0%;噻唑类衍生物防锈剂:0.1%;烷基苯磺酸盐:5.0%;辛基苯胺抗氧剂:2.3%;硫化烯烃极压剂:6.3%;二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑抗磨剂:4.3%。
工艺如下:
(1)加入三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯、偏苯酸酯和20%PAO40于反应釜内,搅拌约30min,升温至110~130℃;
(2)将PB2400和PB1300倒入容器内,将加热到110~130℃的部分合成基础油倒入PB2400和PB1300混合物中,搅拌约20min~30min后,将搅拌的混合物加入反应釜内;再将釜内热油倒入增粘剂容器内,搅拌10min左右后,倒入反应釜内,如此重复三次,将所有的PB2400和PB1300全部加入反应釜内;
(3)在110~130℃的温度下搅拌60min后,将剩余的PAO40倒入反应釜内,持续搅拌,再将反应釜内混合油降温至60~70℃;
(4)保持60~70℃,加入硫化烯烃和二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锑,搅拌约40min后,再将噻唑类衍生物、烷基苯磺酸盐和辛基苯胺加入,继续搅拌约40min后,循环搅拌3~4小时;
(5)出料前进行脱气即得成品。
结果如表1所示,表1为实施列1的检测结果。

实施例2:
由如下原料按重量配比构成:双季戊四醇酯:8.0%;聚酯:16.0%;PAO 100:34.0%;PB 2400:4.5%;PB 1300:6.0%;聚甲基苯烯酸甲酯:12.0%;噻唑类衍生物防锈剂:0.1%;石油磺酸钙:4.0%;烯基丁二酸防锈剂:3.5%;萘胺类抗氧剂:1.8%;酚酯型抗氧剂:2.0%;二烃基五硫化物:5.8%;烷基硫代磷酸盐抗磨剂:2.3%。
实施例2的生产工艺同实施例1。

Claims (8)
1.一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:由如下原料按重量配比构成:合成基础油为50.0~70.0%;增粘剂为20.0~30.0%;极压剂为5.0~15.0%;抗磨剂为3.0~8.0%;抗氧剂为2.0~5.0%;防锈剂为3.0~8.0%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:所述的合成基础油为硅油、合成烃油、烷基苯、油溶性聚醚、合成酯类油中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:所述的增粘剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丁烯、聚苯乙烯-丁二烯中的一种或几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:所述的抗磨剂为硼酸酯、有机硫磷化合物、巯基噻二唑的烷基聚羧酸酯衍生物中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:所述的极压剂为氯化石蜡、硫化烯烃、硫化猪油、磷酸盐、烷基硫代磷酸盐中的一种及几种的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为苯胺、萘胺及苯酚、硫醚酚类抗氧剂中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种开式齿轮油,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为噻唑类、烷基磺酸盐及烯基酸类防锈剂中的一种及几种的混合物。
8.一种开式齿轮油的制备方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)加入40%~50%合成基础油于反应釜内,搅拌30min,升温至110~130oC;
(2)将全部增粘剂倒入容器内,将加热到110~130oC的合成基础油倒入增粘剂中,搅拌20min~30min后,将搅拌的混合物加入反应釜内;再将釜内的热油倒入增粘剂容器内,搅拌10min后,倒入反应釜内,如此重复三次,将所有的增粘剂全部加入反应釜内;
(3)在110~130oC的温度下搅拌60min后,加入剩余的合成基础油倒入反应釜内,持续搅拌,再将反应釜内混合油降温至60~70oC;
(4)保持60~70℃,加入极压剂和抗磨剂,搅拌40min后,再将抗氧剂及防锈剂加入,继续搅拌40min后,循环搅拌3~4小时;
(5)出料前进行脱气即得成品。
