本发明涉及一种改良的RH喷补料,由以下原料组成:重烧镁砂颗粒、中档镁砂颗粒、中档镁砂细粉、CA‑50水泥、膨润土、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸二氢铝、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、高温沥青粉和氧化锆粉;其制备过程为1)重烧镁砂、中档镁砂防水化预处理;2)重烧镁砂、中档镁砂破碎、筛分;3)配料混炼;本发明通过对重烧镁砂和中档镁砂进行防水化预处理,使其颗粒表面产生覆膜效果,能够在提高喷补料各项性能指标的基础上,有效防止水化现象发生,保证喷补料的使用效果。

Description

一种改良的RH喷补料
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种改良的RH喷补料。
背景技术
喷补技术是采用机械方法将耐火材料喷补在冶金炉体内衬表面以防止内补快速蚀损的方法,喷补的料层经受冶炼时的热负荷,保护炉衬免受熔渣、钢液、气体作用,是保护炉衬的一个十分有效的技术措施。喷补料的喷补性能(附着性、烧结性等)和抗侵蚀性能(抗渣性、耐磨性等)取决于原料的组成、粒度分布以及结合剂的性能。
通过实践证明,喷补料损毁的主要原因是剥落而不是蚀损,采用高纯原料时更是如此,而喷补料层与母材之间界面的粘结强度不够是导致喷补料层剥落的主要原因。对于炼钢冶炼操作而言,选用重烧镁砂作为原料能够降低熔渣的熔损速度,提高耐蚀性能。喷补料的结合剂常采用磷酸盐,其耐碱性能和粘性都优于硅酸盐,高温强度和抗热震性也较好,研究和实验应用结果表明,磷酸盐结合剂可与耐火骨料形成耐高温胶凝材料,是喷补料中较为理想的结合***。
但是采用重烧镁砂原料与磷酸盐结合剂生产喷补料时,当重烧镁砂中CaO/SiO2>2或重烧镁砂中CaO含量较高时,容易发生水化作用导致厚的喷补料层产生剥落;此时,采用表面覆膜技术能够有效防止水化现象的发生。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种改良的RH喷补料,通过对重烧镁砂和中档镁砂进行防水化预处理,使其颗粒表面产生覆膜效果,能够在提高喷补料各项性能指标的基础上,有效防止水化现象发生,保证喷补料的使用效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种改良的RH喷补料,RH喷补料由以下原料按重量份比例组成:1mm<粒度≤3mm的重烧镁砂颗粒35~45份;2mm<粒度≤3mm的中档镁砂颗粒5~10份,1mm<粒度≤2mm的中档镁砂颗粒10~15份,0mm<粒度≤1mm的中档镁砂细粉10~20份,200目的中档镁砂细粉10~20份;CA-50水泥0.5~5份;膨润土0.5~3份;六偏磷酸钠1~4份;磷酸二氢铝1~8份;硅酸钠1~8份;羧甲基纤维素0.05~0.1份;高温沥青粉1~3份;氧化锆粉1~3份;
RH喷补料的制备过程如下:
1)重烧镁砂、中档镁砂防水化预处理;
将重烧镁砂和中档镁砂分别放入密闭容器中,加入防水化剂浸渍2~4小时,同时外加0.1~0.3MPa的压力进行加压渗透;防水化剂为有机硅与乙酰丙酮、硅酸酯的混合溶液;各组分按重量份比例为:有机硅85~95份;乙酰丙酮4~8份;硅酸酯3~6份;浸渍结束后将烧结镁砂和中档镁砂取出并烘干;
2)重烧镁砂、中档镁砂破碎、筛分;
将防水化预处理后的重烧镁砂破碎,筛分出1mm<粒度≤3mm的重烧镁砂颗粒备用;
将防水化预处理后的中档镁砂破碎,筛分出2mm<粒度≤3mm、1mm<粒度≤2mm和0mm<粒度≤1mm的中档镁砂细粉,以及200目的中档镁砂细粉;
3)配料混炼;
原料按配比依次投入混合机中混炼,先加入1mm<粒度≤3mm的重烧镁砂颗粒、2mm<粒度≤3mm的中档镁砂颗粒和1mm<粒度≤2mm的中档镁砂颗粒,混炼5~10分钟;再加入CA-50水泥、膨润土、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸二氢铝、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、高温沥青粉和氧化锆粉,混炼10~15分钟;最后加入0mm<粒度≤1mm的中档镁砂细粉和200目的中档镁砂细粉,混炼10~15分钟;出料;
4)RH喷补料成品理化指标:MgO≥95;SiO2+Al2O3≤1.0;1500℃×3h条件下,抗折强度≥7.0MPa,耐压强度≥30MPa,重烧镁砂<1%;110℃×8h条件下,抗折强度≥2.5MPa,耐压强度≥10MPa;体积密度≥2.8g/cm3;显气孔率≤20%;附着率≥95%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)以重烧镁砂和中档镁砂作为原料,优化粒度等级分布,提高喷补料的耐用性;使其对高温、钢液及溶渣作用具有足够的抵抗性,且具有良好的结合性、机械强度、热震稳定性;
2)六偏磷酸钠、磷酸二氢铝、硅酸钠同时作为结合剂和减水剂,能够起到减水增强的效果;高温沥青粉和氧化锆粉能够防止喷补料在高温状态下过烧结形成裂纹;膨润土早期粘接性好,能够提高混合料的可塑性;羧甲基纤维素能够提高附着性;CA-50水泥具有快硬、早强、耐腐蚀、耐高温的特性,能够提高喷补料的耐火强度;
3)重烧镁砂和中档镁砂进行防水化预处理,使其颗粒表面产生覆膜效果,能够在提高喷补料各项性能指标的基础上,有效防止水化现象发生。
具体实施方式
本发明所述一种改良的RH喷补料,RH喷补料由以下原料按重量份比例组成:1mm<粒度≤3mm的重烧镁砂颗粒35~45份;2mm<粒度≤3mm的中档镁砂颗粒5~10份,1mm<粒度≤2mm的中档镁砂颗粒10~15份,0mm<粒度≤1mm的中档镁砂细粉10~20份,200目的中档镁砂细粉10~20份;CA-50水泥0.5~5份;膨润土0.5~3份;六偏磷酸钠1~4份;磷酸二氢铝1~8份;硅酸钠1~8份;羧甲基纤维素0.05~0.1份;高温沥青粉1~3份;氧化锆粉1~3份;

4)RH喷补料成品理化指标:MgO≥95;SiO2+Al2O3≤1.0;1500℃×3h条件下,抗折强度≥7.0MPa,耐压强度≥30MPa,重烧镁砂<1%;110℃×8h条件下,抗折强度≥2.5MPa,耐压强度≥10MPa;体积密度≥2.8g/cm3;显气孔率≤20%;附着率≥95%。

将重烧镁砂和中档镁砂分别放入密闭容器中,加入防水化剂浸渍3小时,同时外加0.2MPa的压力进行加压渗透;防水化剂为有机硅与乙酰丙酮、硅酸酯的混合溶液;各组分按重量份比例为:有机硅85份;乙酰丙酮4份;硅酸酯6份;浸渍结束后将烧结镁砂和中档镁砂取出并烘干;
2)重烧镁砂、中档镁砂破碎、筛分;
将防水化预处理后的重烧镁砂破碎,筛分出1mm<粒度≤3mm的重烧镁砂颗粒备用;
将防水化预处理后的中档镁砂破碎,筛分出2mm<粒度≤3mm、1mm<粒度≤2mm和0mm<粒度≤1mm的中档镁砂细粉,以及200目的中档镁砂细粉;
3)配料混炼;
原料按配比依次投入混合机中混炼,先加入1mm<粒度≤3mm的重烧镁砂颗粒、2mm<粒度≤3mm的中档镁砂颗粒和1mm<粒度≤2mm的中档镁砂颗粒,混炼7分钟;再加入CA-50水泥、膨润土、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸二氢铝、硅酸钠、羧甲基纤维素、高温沥青粉和氧化锆粉,混炼15分钟;最后加入0mm<粒度≤1mm的中档镁砂细粉和200目的中档镁砂细粉,混炼10分钟;出料;
4)RH喷补料成品理化指标如下表所示:

RH喷补料的制备过程如下:
