Abstract

本发明公开了一种四向钻孔钻机,包括主机架(1),主机平台(1‑1),法兰式液压缸(2),直线轴承(3),液压活塞杆(4),导向杆(4‑1),螺母A(5),上压板(6),钻套A(7),螺母B(8),单体钻机A(9),上支撑板(10),定位挡块(11),可调底座组件(12),左侧支撑板(13),钻套B(14),右侧支撑板(15)等。本发明能减少装夹时间,夹持、推动合理紧凑,提高生产效率。实现对左、右、上、下四向都有孔的汽车壳体机加装夹要求。

一种四向钻孔钻机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻机,具体地说是一种四向钻孔钻机。
背景技术
实际生产中,某汽车壳体或阀体零件有四个方向都有孔需加工,通常的钻床只能进行一个方向加工,这样就会浪费很多装夹时间,造成装夹效率低,成为影响生产效率的因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种四向钻孔自动化***钻机。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种四向钻孔钻机,由主机架,主机平台,法兰式液压缸,直线轴承, 液压活塞杆,导向杆,螺母A,上压板,钻套A,螺母B,单体钻机A,上支撑板,定位挡块,可调底座组件,左侧支撑板,钻套B,右侧支撑板,钻套C,钻套D,支撑板A,单体钻机B,定位法兰液压缸,滑动定位拖盘,推板,支撑板B,液压缸,轨道组成。
主机架设置于可调底座组件上,主机平台-设置于主机架上,左侧支撑板、右侧支撑板设置于四向钻机主机平台上,轨道置于四向钻机主机平台上,定位挡块置于滑动定位拖盘上。法兰式液压缸连接于四向钻机主机平台下,同时直线轴承置于四向钻机主机架中。液压缸活塞杆连接上压板,并穿过直线轴承,导向杆连接上压板,并穿过直线轴承中。钻套A置于上压板中。钻套B置于左侧支撑板中, 钻套C置于右侧支撑板中。上支撑板置于上压板上。钻套D置于滑动定位拖盘中,钻套D置于四向钻机主机平台中,单体钻机A置于上支撑板上,单体钻机B置于四向钻机主机平台下的支撑板A上,单体钻机A、单体钻机B钻头同时进给对加工工件进行四向钻孔。两个定位法兰液压缸分别置于左侧支撑板、右侧支撑板上,滑动定位拖盘置于四向钻机主机平台-上,液压缸和推板推动滑动定位拖盘前行。定位法兰液压缸活塞杆***滑动定位拖盘,活塞杆左右各有一个定位窝,将滑动定位拖盘定位。根轨道置于主机平台上。
实际使用时,将加工件放置于滑动定位拖盘上的定位挡块中, 通过液压缸活塞杆连接的推板推动滑动定位拖盘前行,定位法兰液压缸的活塞杆伸出进入滑动定位拖盘,定位窝将滑动定位拖盘定位,也就是上压板置于上位。法兰式液压缸的液压缸活塞杆向下拉,两个导向杆也随着下行。单体钻机A、四面单体钻机B上钻头同时进给,分别通过钻套A、钻套B、钻套C、钻套D导向作用数控钻削加工加工件左、右、上、下四面的孔。定位法兰液压缸的活塞杆收缩脱出滑动定位拖盘定位窝,液压缸和推板推动滑动定位拖盘在轨道上前行,后一个滑动定位拖盘推动加工完成的加工件的前一个滑动定位拖盘,实现自动化不断工作加工循环过程。
与现有钻床相比,本发明能减少装夹时间,夹持、推动合理紧凑,提高生产效率。实现对左、右、上、下四向都有孔的汽车壳体机加装夹要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明依据本发明提出的具体装置的细节和工作情况。
一种四向钻孔钻机,包括主机架1,主机平台1-1,法兰式液压缸2,直线轴承3, 液压活塞杆4,导向杆4-1,螺母A5,上压板6,钻套A7,螺母B8,单体钻机A9,上支撑板10,定位挡块11,可调底座组件12,左侧支撑板13,钻套B14,右侧支撑板15,钻套C16,钻套D17,支撑板A18,单体钻机B19,定位法兰液压缸20,滑动定位拖盘21,推板22,支撑板B23,液压缸24,轨道25。
主机架1设置于可调底座组件12上,主机平台1-1设置于主机架1上,左侧支撑板13、右侧支撑板15设置于四向钻机主机平台1-1上,轨道25置于四向钻机主机平台1-1上,定位挡块11置于滑动定位拖盘21上。法兰式液压缸2连接于四向钻机主机平台1-1下,同时直线轴承3置于四向钻机主机架1中。液压缸活塞杆4连接上压板6,并穿过直线轴承3,导向杆4-1连接上压板6,并穿过直线轴承3中。钻套A7置于上压板6中。钻套B14置于左侧支撑板13中, 钻套C16置于右侧支撑板15中。上支撑板10置于上压板6上。钻套D17置于滑动定位拖盘21中,钻套D17置于四向钻机主机平台1-1中,单体钻机A9置于上支撑板10上,单体钻机B19置于四向钻机主机平台1-1下的支撑板A18上,单体钻机A9、单体钻机B19钻头同时进给对加工工件进行四向钻孔。两个定位法兰液压缸20分别置于左侧支撑板13、右侧支撑板15上。滑动定位拖盘21置于四向钻机主机平台1-1上,液压缸24和推板22推动滑动定位拖盘21前行。定位法兰液压缸20活塞杆***滑动定位拖盘21,活塞杆左右各有一个定位窝,将滑动定位拖盘21定位。2根轨道25置于主机平台1-1上。
实际使用时,将加工件放置于滑动定位拖盘21上的定位挡块11中, 通过液压缸24活塞杆连接的推板22推动滑动定位拖盘21前行,定位法兰液压缸20的活塞杆伸出进入滑动定位拖盘21,定位窝将滑动定位拖盘21定位,也就是上压板6置于上位。法兰式液压缸2的液压缸活塞杆4向下拉,两个导向杆4-1也随着下行。单体钻机A9、四面单体钻机B19上钻头同时进给,分别通过钻套A7、钻套B11、钻套C12、钻套D17导向作用数控钻削加工加工件左、右、上、下四面的孔。定位法兰液压缸20的活塞杆收缩脱出滑动定位拖盘21定位窝,液压缸24和推板22推动滑动定位拖盘21在轨道25上前行,后一个滑动定位拖盘21推动加工完成的加工件的前一个滑动定位拖盘21,实现自动化不断工作加工循环过程。

1.一种四向钻孔钻机,包括主机架,主机平台,法兰式液压缸,直线轴承, 液压活塞杆,导向杆,螺母A,上压板,钻套A,螺母B,单体钻机A,上支撑板,定位挡块,可调底座组件,左侧支撑板,钻套B,右侧支撑板,钻套C,钻套D,支撑板A,单体钻机B,定位法兰液压缸,滑动定位拖盘,推板,支撑板B,液压缸,轨道,其特征在于:
主机架设置于可调底座组件上,主机平台设置于主机架上,左侧支撑板、右侧支撑板设置于四向钻机主机平台上,轨道置于四向钻机主机平台上,定位挡块置于滑动定位拖盘上;法兰式液压缸连接于四向钻机主机平台下,同时直线轴承置于四向钻机主机架中;液压缸活塞杆连接上压板,并穿过直线轴承,导向杆连接上压板,并穿过直线轴承;钻套A置于上压板中;钻套B置于左侧支撑板中, 钻套C置于右侧支撑板中;上支撑板置于上压板上;钻套D置于滑动定位拖盘中,钻套D置于四向钻机主机平台中,单体钻机A置于上支撑板上,单体钻机B置于四向钻机主机平台下的支撑板A上,单体钻机A、单体钻机B钻头同时进给对加工工件进行四向钻孔;两个定位法兰液压缸分别置于左侧支撑板、右侧支撑板上;滑动定位拖盘置于四向钻机主机平台上,液压缸和推板推动滑动定位拖盘前行;定位法兰液压缸活塞杆***滑动定位拖盘,活塞杆左右各有一个定位窝,将滑动定位拖盘定位;2根轨道置于主机平台上。
