Abstract
本发明公开了一种铁炻器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)坯体原料的选择;(2)备料;(3)坯料制备;(4)成型;(5)烧成。本发明是利用当地的蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥作为原料,原料分布广泛,储量丰富,开采方便,价格低廉,同时为了降低成本,选用了工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;通过本发明制作出的产品胎质坚硬,色泽深沉含蓄,质地古朴,视觉和触觉感受比较硬,具有朴实、浑厚、直率的美;另外制品不需施釉,使得具有一定的透气性,能保持食物味道鲜美,泡茶或煮茶也不易变味的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于窑器领域,尤其涉及一种铁炻器的制作工艺。
背景技术
“炻器(stone ware)”二字,一般来说是八十年代初从国外引进的一个外来语名词,我国清代以前文献中尚未见到。概念上指,胎不透明,质地比较坚硬,釉有时带色的窑器。它比瓷器相对要粗,比陶器要细,是介于陶器与瓷器中间的一种窑器。铁炻器是把含着色氧化物,铁、钛、锰,比较多的泥料制成胎体,呈现深褐色。不施外釉。有的仅在制品内面施釉,其技术成就和艺术效果很好。这类既有较高的机械强度,同时胎体又含有较多的着色氧化物,制品外面可抛光,又不施釉,内面可施釉的炻器制品属于铁炻器范畴。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的是提供一种铁炻器的制作工艺,该工艺简单,原材料成本低,另外所得制品不需施釉,使得制品有一定的透气性,具有保持食物味道鲜美,泡茶煮茶也不易变味的作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种铁炻器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯体原料的选择:选用氧化铁含量为7-8%的蠕虫状红土、氧化铁含量为18-19%的砖红色颗粒状红土、氧化铝含量为21-22%的底土、氧化钾含量为4-5%和氧化钠含量为1-2%的益阳泥、工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;
(2)备料:坯体原料按照质量百分数为蠕虫状红土5-15%、砖红色颗粒状红土20-40%、底土10-30%、益阳泥10-30%、铬矿渣2-8%和锰矿粉0.2-0.8%;
(3)坯料制备:坯料可制备成可塑性成型坯料和注浆性成型坯料;
a.可塑性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机球磨,然后加入水制得泥浆,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶1,细度控制为万孔筛筛余0.4-0.8%,泥浆出球磨过100目筛,继之除铁再依次经过160目筛、压、滤成泥饼后经真空练泥机粗炼一次,即得泥料,再送泥料库陈腐6-15天,待用时再精炼一次,成型时泥料水分控制为21-24%,即得可塑性成型坯料;
b.注浆性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机后,加入水玻璃和腐植酸钠各0.3-0.8%进行球磨,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶0.6;一次性注浆料球磨,细度控制为了孔筛,筛余0.4-0.6%,泥浆水分控制在39-41%,泥浆浓度63°-66°;
(4)成型:成型分为可塑成型和注浆成型,可塑成型是将可塑性成型坯料依次进行拉坯、提塑、压制,即成型;注浆成型是将注浆性成型坯料进行空心和实心注浆成型,成型后进行干燥,至水分小于2%方能入窑进行烧制;
(5)烧成:将成型后坯料放入窑内进行烧制,烧制完即得成品,烧成温度范围为1180℃-1210℃,同时控制烧成气氛为氧化气氛。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明是利用当地的蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥作为原料,原料分布广泛,储量丰富,开采方便,价格低廉,同时为了降低成本,选用了工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;通过本发明制作出的产品胎质坚硬,色泽深沉含蓄,质地古朴,视觉和触觉感受比较硬,具有朴实、浑厚、直率的美;另外制品不需施釉,使得具有一定的透气性,能保持食物味道鲜美,泡茶或煮茶也不易变味的特点,在功能方面适合制作餐具、酒器、咖啡器、茶器等各类生活容器产品,从颜色和质感上适合制作仿青铜器、花瓶、花扦等各类铁炻器材质的工艺美术品,艺术效果好,原材料成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种铁炻器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯体原料的选择:选用氧化铁含量为7%的蠕虫状红土、氧化铁含量为18%的砖红色颗粒状红土、氧化铝含量为21%的底土、氧化钾含量为4%和氧化钠含量为1%的益阳泥、工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;
(2)备料:坯体原料按照质量百分数为蠕虫状红土5%、砖红色颗粒状红土40%、底土20%、益阳泥30%、铬矿渣4.2%和锰矿粉0.8%;
(3)坯料制备:坯料可制备成可塑性成型坯料和注浆性成型坯制;
a.可塑性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机球磨,然后加入水制得泥浆,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶1,细度控制为万孔筛筛余0.4%,泥浆出球磨过100目筛,继之除铁再依次经过160目筛、压、滤成泥饼后经真空练泥机粗炼一次,即得泥料,再送泥料库陈腐6天,待用时再精炼一次,成型时泥料水分控制为21%,即得可塑性成型坯料;

一种铁炻器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯体原料的选择:选用氧化铁含量为8%的蠕虫状红土、氧化铁含量为19%的砖红色颗粒状红土、氧化铝含量为22%的底土、氧化钾含量为5%和氧化钠含量为2%的益阳泥、工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;
(2)备料:坯体原料按照质量百分数为蠕虫状红土12%、砖红色颗粒状红土20%、底土30%、益阳泥30%、铬矿渣7.8%和锰矿粉0.2%;
(3)坯料制备:坯料可制备成可塑性成型坯料和注浆性成型坯料;
a.可塑性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机球磨,然后加入水制得泥浆,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶1,细度控制为万孔筛筛余0.8%,泥浆出球磨过100目筛,继之除铁再依次经过160目筛、压、滤成泥饼后经真空练泥机粗炼一次,即得泥料,再送泥料库陈腐15天,待用时再精炼一次,成型时泥料水分控制为24%,即得可塑性成型坯料;
b.注浆性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机后,加入水玻璃和腐植酸钠各0.8%进行球磨,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶0.6;一次性注浆料球磨,细度控制为了孔筛,筛余0.6%,泥浆水分控制在41%,泥浆浓度66°;
(4)成型:成型分为可塑成型和注浆成型,可塑成型是将可塑性成型坯料依次进行拉坯、提塑、压制,即成型;注浆成型是将注浆性成型坯料进行空心和实心注浆成型,成型后进行干燥,至水分小于2%方能入窑进行烧制;
(5)烧成:将成型后坯料放入窑内进行烧制,烧制完即得成品,烧成温度范围为1210℃,同时控制烧成气氛为氧化气氛。
实施例3
一种铁炻器的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯体原料的选择:选用氧化铁含量为7.87%的蠕虫状红土、氧化铁含量为18.44%的砖红色颗粒状红土、氧化铝含量为21.16%的底土、氧化钾含量为4.61%和氧化钠含量为1.21%的益阳泥、工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;
(2)备料:坯体原料按照质量百分数为蠕虫状红土14%、砖红色颗粒状红土30%、底土25%、益阳泥25%、铬矿渣5.4%和锰矿粉0.6%;
(3)坯料制备:坯料可制备成可塑性成型坯料和注浆性成型坯料;
a.可塑性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机球磨,然后加入水制得泥浆,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶1,细度控制为万孔筛筛余0.4-0.8%,泥浆出球磨过100目筛,继之除铁再依次经过160目筛、压、滤成泥饼后经真空练泥机粗炼一次,即得泥料,再送泥料库陈腐6-15天,待用时再精炼一次,成型时泥料水分控制为21-24%,即得可塑性成型坯料;
b.注浆性成型坯料:将蠕虫状红土、砖红色颗粒状红土、底土、益阳泥、锰矿粉、铬矿粉按备料比例准确称量入球磨机后,加入水玻璃和腐植酸钠各0.5%进行球磨,其中坯料、球和水的比例为1∶1.7∶0.6;一次性注浆料球磨,细度控制为了孔筛,筛余0.5%,泥浆水分控制在40%,泥浆浓度65°;
(4)成型:成型分为可塑成型和注浆成型,可塑成型是将可塑性成型坯料依次进行拉坯、提塑、压制,即成型;注浆成型是将注浆性成型坯料进行空心和实心注浆成型,成型后进行干燥,至水分小于2%方能入窑进行烧制;
(5)烧成:将成型后坯料放入窑内进行烧制,烧制完即得成品,烧成温度范围为1200℃,同时控制烧成气氛为氧化气氛。
因为坯料中含有较多的铁铬锰等着色氧化物,在烧制过程中,如窑内有还原气氛,会使这些着色氧化物呈灰黑色或其他不正常的颜色,为了保证胎体具有一致的黑褐色调,必须严格控制烧成气氛为氧化气氛,同时烧成温度不要过高,如烧成温度超过1210℃上限时,由于Fe2O3分解(Fe2O3在氧化气氛1230℃开始分解,放出氧气,而引起坯体发泡膨胀,严重时胎体断面呈蜂窝状。同时遇到还原气氛,Fe2O3还原呈FeO,由于FeO易与SiO2形成低熔点硅酸盐,从而使坯体产生过烧膨胀,总之为保证制品质量必须严格控制烧成气氛和烧成温度。

1.一种铁炻器的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)坯体原料的选择:选用氧化铁含量为7-8%的蠕虫状红土、氧化铁含量为18-19%的砖红色颗粒状红土、氧化铝含量为21-22%的底土、氧化钾含量为4-5%和氧化钠含量为1-2%的益阳泥、工业矿物废渣铬矿渣和锰矿粉;
(2)备料:坯体原料按照质量百分数为蠕虫状红土5-15%、砖红色颗粒状红土20-40%、底土10-30%、益阳泥10-30%、铬矿渣2-8%和锰矿粉0.2-0.8%;
(3)坯料制备:坯料可制备成可塑性成型坯料和注浆性成型坯料;
