Background
In the existing current collector lifting device, the lifting device of the current collector disclosed in Chinese patent application numbers CN 201020636576 and CN201020636590 is used for locking the current collector or the current collector shoe to be separated from the third rail through sliding friction movement between a back control rod on the lifting device and a driven deflector rod of the current collector. The defects are that: firstly, the lifting device and the driven deflector rod of the current collector do sliding friction movement, the friction force is large, and an operator is laborious to operate; second, the length of the rollback control rod on the lifting device is fixed and not adjustable, so that the boot removing position of the current collector is fixed and not adjustable. In the actual production situation, under the processing error of each component of the current collector, the phenomenon that the actual boot removing position of the current collector cannot reach the designed boot removing position possibly occurs, and the boot removing position of the current collector is not adjustable and has a certain limitation.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a simple current collector lifting device, which has stronger operability, wider applicability and more labor-saving operation compared with the lifting devices of current collectors disclosed in Chinese patent application numbers CN 201020636576 and CN 201020636590.
The invention adopts the technical scheme that the simple current collector lifting device is characterized in that: the reset device 203 comprises a retraction control rod 301, a rolling device 303, a retraction pressing plate 304, a connecting pin 305 and a torsion spring 306; the retraction lever 301 and the retraction pressure plate 304 are connected through a connection pin 305, the rolling device 303 is connected with the retraction lever 301, and the torsion spring 306 is installed at the connection part of the retraction lever 301 and the retraction pressure plate 304. The rolling device 303 on the rollback control lever 301 and the current collector driven deflector 201 do rolling friction movement, so that the working force is reduced, and the operation is convenient.

The reset device of the invention forms a connecting rod transmission mechanism with the driven deflector rod 201 of the current collector through the rolling device 303 on the back control rod 301, and rolling friction movement is carried out between the back control rod 301 and the driven deflector rod 201 of the current collector, when the rolling device 303 on the back control rod 301 moves to a dead point position on the driven deflector rod 201, the current collector is separated from the third rail and is locked and not moved, and the state that the current collector is separated from and locked with the third rail can be released only by manually operating the rolling device on the back control rod to help the rolling device on the back control rod separate from the dead point position on the driven deflector rod.
When the actual boot-off position of the current collector does not reach the designed boot-off position of the current collector, the rolling device 303 can adjust the height of the rolling device on the retraction control rod 301 through the adjusting device 302 to realize the operation of enabling the actual boot-off position of the current collector to reach the designed boot-off position of the current collector. The assembly error caused by machining errors and other factors can be effectively compensated, and the installation precision between the actual boot-removing position of the current collector and the design boot-removing position of the current collector is ensured.
