Abstract

本发明公开了带前桥差速锁及两轴式分动箱装置的组合变速箱,在变速器总成的前轮驱动装置的边减处设置有差速锁,所述差速锁包括滑动接合套和固定接合套,滑动接合套安装在右半轴上,右半轴与滑动接合套采用花键连接,固定接合套安装在左半轴上,左半轴与固定接合套采用刚性连接,滑动接合套由差速锁操纵杆控制;在变速器总成的后驱动力输出端连接有一个两轴式的分动箱,分动箱输入轴与变速器输出轴末端采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴与分动箱输出轴齿轮采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴齿轮与分动箱输入轴齿轮的啮合由挂档摇臂控制。本发明变速箱既能实现前轮驱动差速锁功能,又能实现前轮驱动或者前后轮全驱动,操作灵活,结构简单,制造成本低。

带前桥差速锁及两轴式分动箱装置的组合变速箱
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农用机械传动***,特别涉及带前桥差速锁及两轴式分动箱装置的组合变速箱。
背景技术
目前,国内采用带前桥变速器和分动箱的组合结构的变速箱,其前轮驱动装置一般不带差速锁,后轮驱动装置一般为三轴或四轴式动力传动,其缺点是前桥无差速锁功能,满足不了沼泽、泥泞、凹坑不平、坡度大等恶劣路况的使用需求,而且结构复杂,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带前桥差速锁及两轴式分动箱装置的组合变速箱,既能实现前轮差速锁功能,也能实现前轮驱动或者前后轮全驱动功能。克服传统组合变速箱无上述功能所存在的不足。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:带前桥差速锁及两轴式分动箱装置的组合变速箱,包括变速器总成以及由变速器控制的右半轴和左半轴,在变速器总成的前轮驱动装置的边减处设置有差速锁,所述差速锁包括滑动接合套和固定接合套,滑动接合套安装在右半轴上,右半轴与滑动接合套采用花键连接,固定接合套安装在左半轴上,左半轴与固定接合套采用刚性连接,滑动接合套由差速锁操纵杆控制;在变速器总成的后驱动力输出端连接有一个两轴式的分动箱,分动箱输入轴与变速器输出轴末端采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴与分动箱输出轴齿轮采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴齿轮与分动箱输入轴齿轮的啮合由挂档摇臂控制。
采取上述措施的本发明,变速箱既能实现前轮驱动差速锁功能,同时,又能实现前轮驱动或者前后轮全驱动,操作灵活,结构简单,制造成本低。能满足沼泽、泥泞、凹坑不平、坡度大等恶劣路况的行驶要求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与实施方式对本发明进一步说明。如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明包括变速箱总成1及右半轴9和左半轴12。变速器总成1的内部结构如图2所示,与传统变速器相似分别设置有主动伞齿轮13、右半轴主动齿轮14、差速器15、左半轴主动齿轮16、右半轴被动齿轮17、左半轴被动齿轮18和变速器输出轴3,它们的连接方式与现有技术相同。如图2所示在变速器总成1的前轮驱动装置的边减处设置有差速锁,所述差速锁包括滑动接合套10和固定接合套11,滑动接合套10安装在右半轴9上,右半轴9与滑动接合套10采用花键连接,固定接合套11安装在左半轴12上,左半轴12与固定接合套11采用刚性连接,滑动接合套10由差速锁操纵杆2控制;当需要差速锁功能时,差速锁操纵杆2控制滑动接合套10和固定接合套11的接合齿连接,使左半轴12和右半轴9刚性连接起来;当不需要差速锁功能时,差速锁操纵杆2控制滑动接合套10和固定接合套11的接合齿分开,左半轴12和右半轴9具有差速功能。如图1所示在变速器总成1的后驱动力输出端连接有一个两轴式的分动箱总成8,分动箱输入轴4与变速器输出轴3末端采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴6与分动箱输出轴齿轮7采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴齿轮7与分动箱输入轴齿轮5的啮合由挂档摇臂19控制如图3所示。
本发明是这样使用的:当机器需要使用前轮驱动装置差速锁时,差速锁操纵杆2向前拨动,滑动接合套10与固定接合套11的接合齿连接,使左半轴12和右半轴9刚性连接起来,动力通过主动伞齿轮13传递相同的动力到左半轴主动齿轮16、左半轴被动齿轮18、右半轴主动齿轮14 、右半轴被动齿轮17,使左半轴12和右半轴9得到相同的动力,实现差速锁功能,当机器不需要使用前轮差速锁时,差速锁操纵杆2向后拨动,滑动接合套10与固定接合套11的接合齿分离,解除差速锁。当机器需要使用后轮驱动装置传动动力时,挂挡摇臂19向后拨动,分动箱输出轴齿轮7与分动箱输入轴齿轮5的接合齿连接,动力通过分动箱两根轴上的齿轮,以1:1传动比传动到后驱传动装置,实现前后轮全驱动,当机器不需要后驱动装置传动动力时,挂挡摇臂19向前拨,分动箱输出轴齿轮7与分动箱输入轴齿轮5的接合齿分离,切断机器动力传动到后驱传动装置,实现前轮驱动。

Claims (1)

1.带前桥差速锁及两轴式分动箱装置的组合变速箱,包括变速器总成(1)以及由变速器总成(1)控制的右半轴(9)和左半轴(12),其特征是在变速器总成(1)的前轮驱动装置的边减处设置有差速锁,所述差速锁包括滑动接合套(10)和固定接合套(11),滑动接合套(10)安装在右半轴(9)上,右半轴(9)与滑动接合套(10)采用花键连接,固定接合套(11)安装在左半轴(12)上,左半轴(12)与固定接合套(11)采用刚性连接,滑动接合套(10)由差速锁操纵杆(2)控制;在变速器总成(1)的后驱动力输出端连接有一个两轴式的分动箱总成(8),分动箱输入轴(4)与变速器输出轴(3)末端采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴(6)与分动箱输出轴齿轮(7)采用花键连接,分动箱输出轴齿轮(7)与分动箱输入轴齿轮(5)的啮合由挂档摇臂(19)控制。
