Abstract
本发明公开了一种医用抗菌复合敷料,包括第一抗菌层、第二抗菌层和吸液层,第一抗菌层与第二抗菌层之间通过胶黏剂层粘接,第一抗菌层表面设有无纺布层,吸液层设置在第二抗菌层表面,本发明结构简单,具有抗菌抑菌、透气、柔软性好的优点,且吸液效率高,有效的缩短的医务人员的处置时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用敷料技术领域,具体为一种医用抗菌复合敷料。
背景技术
医用敷料,是包伤的用品,用以覆盖疮、伤口或其他损害的医用材料;随着对创面愈合过程的病理生理的深入研究,人们对创面愈合过程的理解也越来越深刻,从而导致了医用创面敷料的不断改进与发展。今天,新型的创面护理用敷料相对于早期而言,已经发生了革命性的变化,而且多种不同性能的医用敷料可供临床护理人员选用。
现有技术中的医用敷料虽然具有吸附和一定的抗菌作用,但是其吸液效果差,抗菌抑菌效果差,还有待完善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种医用抗菌复合敷料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种医用抗菌复合敷料, 包括第一抗菌层、第二抗菌层和吸液层,所述第一抗菌层与第二抗菌层之间通过胶黏剂层粘接,所述第一抗菌层表面设有无纺布层,所述吸液层设置在第二抗菌层表面。
优选的,所述吸液层包括海藻酸纤维膜、活性炭纤维毡和活性炭纤维布,所述活性炭纤维毡设置在海藻酸纤维膜与活性炭纤维布之间。
优选的,所述第一抗菌层由细旦抗菌纤维层和弹力螺旋纤维层复合而成。
优选的,所述第二抗菌层采用纳米银抗菌棉纤维层。
优选的,所述无纺布层表面涂有二氧化钛涂层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,具有抗菌抑菌、透气、柔软性好的优点,且吸液效率高,有效的缩短的医务人员的处置时间;其中采用的吸液层吸附容量大,同时还具有良好的生物相容性和止血抗菌性能;采用的第一抗菌层具有抗压、透气、抗菌的功效;采用的第二抗菌层抗菌性好,可有效减少抗生素的使用;另外在无纺布层表面涂有二氧化钛涂层能够进一步提高了敷料的抗菌和抑菌性能。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种医用抗菌复合敷料, 包括第一抗菌层1、第二抗菌层2和吸液层3,所述第一抗菌层1与第二抗菌层2之间通过胶黏剂层4粘接,所述第一抗菌层1表面设有无纺布层5,所述吸液层3设置在第二抗菌层2表面;无纺布层5表面涂有二氧化钛涂层9。
本发明中,吸液层3包括海藻酸纤维膜6、活性炭纤维毡7和活性炭纤维布8,所述活性炭纤维毡7设置在海藻酸纤维膜6与活性炭纤维布8之间。
本发明中,第一抗菌层1由细旦抗菌纤维层和弹力螺旋纤维层复合而成;第二抗菌层2采用纳米银抗菌棉纤维层。
本发明结构简单,具有抗菌抑菌、透气、柔软性好的优点,且吸液效率高,有效的缩短的医务人员的处置时间;其中采用的吸液层吸附容量大,同时还具有良好的生物相容性和止血抗菌性能;采用的第一抗菌层具有抗压、透气、抗菌的功效;采用的第二抗菌层抗菌性好,可有效减少抗生素的使用;另外在无纺布层表面涂有二氧化钛涂层能够进一步提高了敷料的抗菌和抑菌性能。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种医用抗菌复合敷料, 包括第一抗菌层(1)、第二抗菌层(2)和吸液层(3),其特征在于:所述第一抗菌层(1)与第二抗菌层(2)之间通过胶黏剂层(4)粘接,所述第一抗菌层(1)表面设有无纺布层(5),所述吸液层(3)设置在第二抗菌层(2)表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌复合敷料,其特征在于:所述吸液层(3)包括海藻酸纤维膜(6)、活性炭纤维毡(7)和活性炭纤维布(8),所述活性炭纤维毡(7)设置在海藻酸纤维膜(6)与活性炭纤维布(8)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌复合敷料,其特征在于:所述第一抗菌层(1)由细旦抗菌纤维层和弹力螺旋纤维层复合而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌复合敷料,其特征在于:所述第二抗菌层(2)采用纳米银抗菌棉纤维层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用抗菌复合敷料,其特征在于:所述无纺布层(5)表面涂有二氧化钛涂层(9)。
