Abstract

本发明提供了充电桩设施保护装置,包括停车区和设备区,所述停车区和设备区周圈设有护栏,所述停车区设有底座,所述底座铰接有升降杆,所述设备区内设有充电桩,所述充电桩连接有充电枪,所述充电桩上设有轻触开关,所述轻触开关用于控制升降杆升降。由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明能够有效保护充电桩设施,避免其收到损坏,自动化、智能化程度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩设施保护装置。
背景技术
电动汽车在未来大有替代传统燃油燃气汽车的趋势,因此作为电动汽车的动力来源——电能就显得尤为重要,充电桩是目前解决这一问题的重要办法,但是由于充电汽车充电过程中或是充完电后,有的电动汽车会启动开走,造成充电桩的充电接口人为损坏,严重浪费人力、物力和财力更重要的是浪费了其他充电人的等待时间,会严重损害其他充电人的利益。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服上述缺陷,提供一种方便、高效、智能并能提供有效保护的充电桩设施保护装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
充电桩设施保护装置,包括停车区和设备区,所述停车区和设备区周圈设有护栏,所述停车区设有底座,所述底座铰接有升降杆,所述设备区内设有充电桩,所述充电桩连接有充电枪,所述充电桩上设有轻触开关,所述轻触开关用于控制升降杆升降。
作为一种改进:所述升降杆上设有红外探测器。
作为一种改进:所述升降杆下部铰接有若干竖连杆,所述竖连杆下端铰接有下升降杆6。
作为一种改进:所述底座上设有导向装置和卷扬机,所述导向装置包括基板,所述基板上设有弧形挡板、弧形槽和端板,所述弧形槽侧面设有线槽,所述升降杆上设有滚轮轴,所述滚轮轴端部设置于弧形槽内,所述滚轮轴上设有滚轮,所述滚轮与弧形挡板配合设置,所述滚轮轴连接有拉绳,所述拉绳与卷扬机连接。
作为一种改进:所述导向装置的数量为两件,两件导向装置分别设置于升降杆两侧。
作为一种改进:所述拉绳与滚轮轴靠近线槽一侧连接。
作为一种改进:所述底座上设有控制电路。
作为一种改进:所述充电桩和控制电路之间设有蓝牙通信模块。
作为一种改进:所述充电桩设有充电枪槽,所述轻触开关设置于充电枪槽底部。
作为一种改进:所述升降杆为圆柱形。
作为一种改进:所述设备区位于停车区左侧。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明能够有效保护充电桩设施,避免其收到损坏,自动化、智能化程度高。

具体实施方式
实施例:
如图1、5所示,充电桩设施保护装置,包括停车区1和设备区2,所述停车区1和设备区2周圈设有护栏4,所述停车区1设有底座5,所述底座5铰接有升降杆6,所述设备区2内设有充电桩3,所述充电桩3连接有充电枪20,所述充电桩3上设有轻触开关21,所述轻触开关21用于控制升降杆6升降。
如图2所示,所述升降杆6上设有红外探测器7。
所述升降杆6下部铰接有若干竖连杆9,所述竖连杆9下端铰接有下升降杆68。
如图3、4所示,所述底座5上设有导向装置11和卷扬机10,所述导向装置11包括基板13,所述基板13上设有弧形挡板15、弧形槽12和端板14,所述弧形槽12侧面设有线槽19,所述升降杆6上设有滚轮轴17,所述滚轮轴17端部设置于弧形槽12内,所述滚轮轴17上设有橡胶滚轮16,所述滚轮16与弧形挡板15配合设置,所述滚轮轴17靠近线槽19一侧连接有拉绳18,所述拉绳18与卷扬机10连接。
所述导向装置11的数量为两件,两件导向装置11分别设置于升降杆6两侧,两件导向装置11对称设置。
所述底座5上设有控制电路。所述充电桩和控制电路之间设有蓝牙通信模块。
所述底座5为U形,所述控制电路设置于底座5底部,所述升降杆6设置于底座5上部,所述导向装置11下端与底座5底部连接,所述卷扬机10设置于底座5底部。
所述充电桩3设有充电枪槽,所述轻触开关21设置于充电枪槽底部。
所述升降杆6为圆柱形。
所述设备区2位于停车区1左侧。
平时的状态就是充电枪20的重量将轻触开关21压下,轻触开关21反馈低电平或高电平,升降杆6一直处于降下的状态。当有车辆来充电时,升降杆6上配有的红外探测器7检测到有车辆信号时,反馈信号低电平或高电平传给升降杆6的控制电路板,控制电路板的单片机进行处理,单片机发出指令使卷扬机10带动升降杆6升起。车辆进入停车位充电。
当车主把充电枪20拿起,轻触开关21反馈另一个电平信号,信号传递控制电路板的单片机处理,单片机发出指令使卷扬机10带动升降杆6落下,车辆开始充电。
充电完成后,必须把充电枪20放回充电桩3原处,挤压轻触开关21,以便使轻触开关21发出另一个信号,传给控制电路板,控制电路板上的单片机接到信号并发出指令,升降杆6才能再次升起。
具体的步骤是充电枪20必须放回原处,压力使轻触开关21把一个电平跃变信号交给控制电路板的单片机处理,升降杆6升起。升降杆6下方同样配有红外探测器7,用来检测车辆驶出后,升降杆6再次落下。
并且这个步骤可以手动抬起升降杆6,以防线路停电造成车辆无法驶出。

1.充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:包括停车区(1)和设备区(2),所述停车区(1)和设备区(2)周圈设有护栏(4),所述停车区(1)设有底座(5),所述底座(5)铰接有升降杆(6),所述设备区(2)内设有充电桩(3),所述充电桩(3)连接有充电枪(20),所述充电桩(3)上设有轻触开关(21),所述轻触开关(21)用于控制升降杆(6)升降。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述升降杆(6)上设有红外探测器(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述升降杆(6)下部铰接有若干竖连杆(9),所述竖连杆(9)下端铰接有下档杆(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述底座(5)上设有导向装置(11)和卷扬机(10),所述导向装置(11)包括基板(13),所述基板(13)上设有弧形挡板(15)、弧形槽(12)和端板(14),所述弧形槽(12)侧面设有线槽(19),所述升降杆(6)上设有滚轮轴(17),所述滚轮轴(17)端部设置于弧形槽(12)内,所述滚轮轴(17)上设有滚轮(16),所述滚轮(16)与弧形挡板(15)配合设置,所述滚轮轴(17)连接有拉绳(18),所述拉绳(18)与卷扬机(10)连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述导向装置(11)的数量为两件,两件导向装置(11)分别设置于升降杆(6)两侧。
6.根据权利要求4所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述拉绳(18)与滚轮轴(17)靠近线槽(19)一侧连接。
7.根据权利要求4所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述底座(5)上设有控制电路。
8.根据权利要求1到7其中之一所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述充电桩(3)设有充电枪槽,所述轻触开关(21)设置于充电枪槽底部。
9.根据权利要求1到7其中之一所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述升降杆(6)为圆柱形。
10.根据权利要求1到7其中之一所述的充电桩设施保护装置,其特征在于:所述设备区(2)位于停车区(1)左侧。
