本发明公开了一种大角度led,包括基板、晶元、环氧树脂胶和凹透镜,其特征在于:所述的晶元在基板上、所述的环氧树脂胶在基板上,所述的晶元包裹在环氧树脂内,所述的凹透镜在环氧树脂上。本发明公开的大角度led具有发光角度大优势,能够达到160度。

技术领域
本发明涉及发光二级管领域,尤其是一种大角度led。
背景技术
发光二极管具有节能、亮度高的优势,被应用在各个照明领域,但是由于发光角度一般只有120度,在一些特殊的领域受到限制,不能满足需求。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明公开了一种大角度led,通过在普通的led上加了一个凹透镜,将从晶元发出的光经过凹透镜发生偏转,从而扩大了最终发出光的角度发生改变,能够达到160度,比普通的120度发光角度大40度范围。本发明公开的一种大角度led,既能够满足普通的照明需求,又能够满足大角度的特殊需求,使得光学应用设计简单化。
本发明公开的一种大角度led,包括基板、晶元、环氧树脂胶和凹透镜,其特征在于:所述的晶元在基板上、所述的环氧树脂胶在基板上,所述的晶元包裹在环氧树脂内,所述的凹透镜在环氧树脂上。
本发明公开的一种大角度led,所述的凹透镜为透明塑料材料。
本发明公开的一种大角度led,所述的凹透镜为透明玻璃材料。
本发明公开的一种大角度led,所述的环氧树脂胶掺有纳米导光粒子。

图2是晶元发出的光透过凹透镜发生偏转的示意图,正是由于凹透镜的存在增加了发光的角度,提高了led的应用范围。
作为一种优选,所述的凹透镜为透明塑料材料。
作为一种优选,所述的凹透镜为透明玻璃材料。
作为一种优选,所述的环氧树脂胶掺有纳米导光粒子。
