the elastic ring (2) comprises a plurality of strands of steel wires (5) which are wound into a whole, the elastic ring combined clamp (1) comprises an elastic ring combined clamp main clamp (3) and two elastic ring combined clamp sub-clamps (4) which are arranged on two sides of the elastic ring combined clamp main clamp (3), the middle parts of the two sides of the elastic ring combined clamp main clamp (3) are provided with pits, one side of the elastic ring combined clamp sub-clamp (4) is provided with a bulge which is matched with the pits, and the bulge is connected with the pits in a rotating way through pins; the elastic ring combined clamp main clamp (3) and the elastic ring combined clamp sub-clamp (4) are respectively provided with a plurality of elastic ring positioning round holes (6), and the elastic ring (2) is connected with the elastic ring combined clamp (1) in a positioning manner through the elastic ring positioning round holes (6).
