本发明提供一种食品生产车间生物消毒剂,其含有以重量份计的下述组分:二氯异氰尿酸0.5‑1份;吐温‑20 5‑10份;乙二胺四乙酸1‑5份;复合磷酸盐1‑10份;乙醇5‑10份;蒸馏水100份,甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯5‑10份。本发明杀菌特异性强、作用条件温和、作用速度较快、不易产生耐药菌株、易溶于水、对物品无刺激性、使用安全等优点。尤其是不会产生在食品中残留的有害物质,制备方法简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及生物消毒剂领域,尤其涉及一种食品生产车间生物消毒剂。
背景技术
随着国际、国内对食品安全的需求日益迫切,对食品车间的要求日愈渐长,新型绿色消毒剂开始受到广泛的关注,展现了令人瞩目的前景。对于食品生产行业而言,生产车间是非常重要的基础设施之一,生产车间所有的可接触表面包括地板,空气等以及在操作人员的手部皮肤都要经过多种消毒剂进行常规消毒,保持操作车间的真实洁净无异于一场战斗,对保证产品质量极为重要,决定用哪种消毒方法最合适于某个生产操作室,显得尤为重要。食品企业为了能够满足食品安全的要求,经常涉及清洗与消毒。清洗就是把工厂和加工设备的污物去掉。消毒是在清洗之后,用消毒剂破坏微生物的繁殖体,进而减少微生物的数量。清洗是为了更好地消毒。消毒对保障食品安全至关重要。
溶菌酶本身是一种无毒、无害、安全性很高的高盐基蛋白,它能选择性地分解病原微生物的细胞壁,该酶对革兰氏阳性菌,如枯草杆菌、耐辐射微球菌有强力分解作用,对大肠杆菌、普通变形菌和副溶血弧菌等革兰氏阴性菌也有一定的溶解作用。生物消毒剂是指用于杀灭或消除病原微生物的天然的或应用基因工程方法获得的生物酶,噬菌体,蛭弧菌,ENP,抗菌肽等。与传统的化学消毒剂相比,它们具有杀菌特异性强、作用条件温和、作用速度较快、不易产生耐药菌株、易溶于水、对物品无刺激性、无臭、无味、毒副作用低、对皮肤粘膜无刺激、不残留有害物质、不易燃烧、使用安全等优点。生物消毒剂是一种新型消毒剂,其应用研究尚处于起步阶段。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂,其杀菌效果好,消毒速度快,作用时间长,价格低,不会人体产生毒副作用。
同时,本发明还提供了一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种食品领域生物消毒剂,它含有以重量份计的下述组分:二氯异氰尿酸钠0.5-1 份;吐温 -205-10 份;乙二胺四乙酸 1-5 份;复合磷酸盐 1-10 份;乙醇 5-10 份;蒸馏水100 份,甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯 5-10 份;消毒剂中还含有一定量的生物酶。在本消毒剂中,二氯异氰尿酸在消毒剂中占的重量分数低,不但规避了像纯化学消毒剂那样的缺点,同时它和生物酶协同作用,大大提高了消毒剂的消毒效果。
作为优选,生物酶选择为溶菌酶,重量百分数为:0.01% -0.1% 复合磷酸盐为焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠中的一种。消毒剂用于食品生产车间,包含食品加工、食品设备、食品加工环境的消毒和卫生清洁。
本发明的有益效果是:杀菌特异性强、作用条件温和、作用速度较快、不易产生耐药菌株、易溶于水、对物品无刺激性、使用安全等优点。尤其是不会产生在食品中残留的有害物质,制备方法简单。与现有技术相比,本发明通过把抗菌酶负载到经表面活性剂处理过的载体上,制备生物消毒剂。其价格低,杀菌效果好、作用速度快、对游泳池中的细菌、病毒有极强的杀灭能力,投撒后48小时内可净化完车间中的细菌。本发明易溶于水、无刺激性、无臭、无味、毒副作用低、对皮肤粘膜无刺激、不残留有害物质,对于车间环境的改善、保证车间环境卫生有着重要意义。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂各个组分的重量份如下:
二氯异氰尿酸钠 0.6份
吐温 -20 6份
乙二胺四乙酸 1份
乙醇 6份
甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯 6份
溶菌酶 0.01%
蒸馏水 100份
一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂的制备方法:
将100g蒸馏水加入反应釜中,匀速搅拌,加入1g的乙二胺四乙酸,溶解后,加入0.6g二氯异氰尿酸钠、6g吐温-20、6g 甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯,充分溶解,搅拌至混匀。降温至 25℃,再加入溶菌酶,使其质量百分数为 0.01%,混匀,调节 pH8,所制的的液体即为本发明所述的消毒剂。
实施例2
一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂各个组分的重量份如下:
二氯异氰尿酸钠 0.8份
吐温 -20 8份
乙二胺四乙酸 3份
乙醇 8份
甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯 8份
溶菌酶 0.05%
蒸馏水 100份
甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯能与二氯异氰尿酸钠和吐温-20产生协同效应,起到增效杀菌消毒的效果。一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂的制备方法如下:
将100g蒸馏水加入反应釜中,匀速搅拌,加入3g乙二胺四乙酸,溶解后,加入0.8g二氯异氰尿酸钠、8g吐温 -20、8g 甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯,充分溶解,搅拌至混匀。降温至 25℃,再加入溶菌酶,使其质量百分数为 0.05%,混匀,调节 pH8,所制的的液体,即为本发明所述的消毒剂。
实施例3
一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂各个组分的重量份如下:
二氯异氰尿酸钠 1份
吐温 -20 10份
乙二胺四乙酸 5份
乙醇 10份
甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯 10份
溶菌酶 0.1%
蒸馏水 100份
一种食品车间用高效生物消毒剂的制备方法如下:
将100g蒸馏水加入反应釜中,匀速搅拌,加入5g乙二胺四乙酸,溶解后,加入1g二氯异氰尿酸钠、10g吐温 -20、10g 甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯,充分溶解,搅拌至混匀。降温至 25℃,再加入溶菌酶,使其质量百分数为 0.1%,混匀,调节 pH8,干燥,所制的的液体即为本发明所述的消毒剂。

1.一种食品生产车间生物消毒剂,其特征在于:其含有以重量份计的下述组分:二氯异氰尿酸0.5-1份;吐温-20 5-10份;乙二胺四乙酸1-5份;复合磷酸盐1-10份;乙醇5-10份;蒸馏水100份,甘油聚甲基丙烯酸酯5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消毒剂,其特征在于:还含有溶菌酶。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述生物酶在消毒剂中所占的的重量分数为:0.01%-0.1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的消毒剂,其特征在于:所述复合磷酸盐为焦磷酸纳、三聚磷酸纳和六偏磷酸纳中的一种。
5.权利要求1所述的消毒剂可以用于食品生产车间,包含食品加工、食品设备、食品加工环境的消毒和卫生清洁。
