With the development of economy and society, the requirements of power users on power supply reliability are higher and higher, and live working can effectively reduce the power outage range and shorten the power outage time. Live wire bonding (also known as live wire bonding) work is a relatively conventional live work with the objective of connecting an uncharged wire to a live primary wire, the two being connected by a wire clamp, in some work environments it is necessary to clamp the wire clamp with a clamping device to connect the primary wire to the wire, and to secure the connected wire clamp with a wire connection device. At present, the clamping and unlocking operations of the clamping devices of most wire clamps are complex, and some clamping devices need to be manually unlocked at a short distance, so that the insulating distance is short, and the clamping devices have great potential safety hazards.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clamp for wiring and a wiring device, which are convenient and simple to operate for clamping and unlocking a wire clamp, and do not need to be unlocked in a short distance.

a control lever 5, the middle part of the control lever 5 is hinged with the end part of the supporting arm 4;
a link 6, a first end of the link 6 being hinged to the clamping arm 3, a second end of the link 6 being hinged to a first end of the lever 5, and a second end of the lever 5 being an operating end. The operating lever 5 and the connecting rod 6 form a crank-link mechanism, by which the movement of the operating lever 5 can be used to guide the movement of the clamping arm 3.
In the crank-link mechanism, when the crank and the link are positioned on the same straight line, the force transmitted from the link to the crank cannot generate a moment for turning the crank, no matter how large the force is, it is the dead point of the crank-link mechanism. According to this principle, the operating lever 5 is turned in the present invention, and when the end of the support arm 4, the first end and the second end of the link 6 are positioned on the same line, the clamp arm 3 is in the clamped position and is not in the unclamped state by the force of the wire clamp. Accordingly, when the end of the support arm 4, the first end and the second end of the connecting rod 6 are not in the same line, the clamping arm 3 is in the release position and the clamp is not clamped.
The clamp further includes a release member for transitioning the clamp arm from the clamped position to the released position. The release member comprises a pull wire 7, which pull wire 7 is sleeved on the hinge shaft of the second end of the connecting rod 6 and the first end of the operating lever 5. The release member comprises a handle 8, and both ends of the traction wire 7 are fixedly connected to the handle 8. the driving piece is connected to the other end of the poking rod and used for adjusting the axial position of the poking rod.
The toggle mechanism is used for adjusting the opening of the wire clamp to the main wire, so that the main wire can enter the wire clamp more easily.
The driving piece includes:
a stop block 11, wherein the stop block 11 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the toggle rod 10;
a slider 12, the slider 12 being slidably disposed on the tap lever 10 and provided with a threaded through hole;
the spring 13 is arranged between the stop block 11 and the sliding block 12 and sleeved on the toggle rod 10;
a driving wrench 14, wherein the driving wrench 14 is connected with the sliding block 12 through threads and penetrates out of the sliding block 12;
a stopper 15, the stopper 15 for stopping the screwing of the driving wrench 14.
When the driving spanner 14 is pushed against the stop piece 15, the driving spanner 14 is continuously rotated, at the moment, the driving spanner 14 acts on the sliding block 12 to enable the sliding block 12 to move far away from the stop piece 15, the sliding block 12 presses the spring 13 and the stop piece 11 to drive the poking rod 10 to move, and the poking block 10 on the poking rod 9 moves along with the poking rod to press the wire clamp, so that the opening to the main wire is enlarged.
The purpose of the spring 13 is here to: when tightening the wire clamp, the whole wire clamp can rise, the wire clamp can be clamped by the poking block 10, the spring 13 can provide flexible abdication, and the wire clamp can rise smoothly under the swing of external force.
The fixing arm 2 is provided with a guide groove 16 extending in the direction of the clamp arm 3, and the guide groove 16 is used for placing and supporting the lead.
The clamp comprises a stop arm 17 provided to the fixed arm 2 and protruding outwards, which stop arm 17 is rotatable and can be releasably fixed in a certain rotational position. The limiting arm 17 is used for limiting the position of the main wire, so that the fastening of the wire clamp is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3A, the limiting arm 17 is provided with a fixing member including a connecting member 18 and a locking member 19, the connecting member 18 penetrates through the fixing arm 2, one end is fixedly connected with the limiting arm 17, the other end is connected with the locking member 19, and the locking member 19 can lock the limiting arm 17 by pulling the connecting member 18.
As shown in fig. 3B, in the preferred embodiment, the locking member 19 includes a circular handle, the connecting member 18 has a through slot at an end, and a certain eccentric position on the circular handle of the locking member 19 is connected with the through slot of the connecting member 18 through a bayonet lock, when the locking member 19 rotates around the bayonet lock as an axis, due to different eccentricities, the connecting member 18 will be pulled and drive the limiting arm 16 to move, and when the limiting arm 16 is tightly attached to the fixed arm 2, the limiting arm 16 will be fixed under the action of friction force. Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the clamping surface of the fixed arm 2 is provided with a space for letting the limiting arm 16 out of position, so that the limiting arm 16 does not exceed the clamping surface of the fixed arm 2 when being tightly attached to the fixed arm 2.
The invention also provides a wiring device comprising:
an insulating rod having a torque transmitting mechanism, the structure of which is shown in FIG. 4;
the base is arranged at one end of the insulating rod and has a structure shown in fig. 5;
the clamp is used for wiring, namely the clamp provided by the invention, and is arranged on the machine base;
the wire clamp is used for fixing the lead and the main lead, can be clamped by the clamp in an attachable mode and comprises a first part and a second part, the first part and the second part are connected through bolts, the structure is shown in fig. 6, the left side is the first part, and the right side is the second part;
the torque transmitting mechanism is connected to a nut that mates with the wire clamp bolt through the housing.
The structure of the wiring device is shown in fig. 7, the lead is usually inserted into the wire clamp through the guide groove 16, the wire clamp is put into the clamp described above, the fastening nut of the wire clamp is put into the nut sleeve of the torque transmission mechanism, then the operating rod 5 of the clamp is rotated to enable the end part of the supporting arm 4, the first end and the second end of the connecting rod 6 to be positioned on the same straight line, at this time, the wire clamp is clamped (as shown in fig. 8), if necessary, the opening of the wire clamp to the main wire is enlarged through the toggle mechanism on the clamp, the whole wiring device is lifted, the opening is opposite to the main wire and hung on the main wire, the crank on the insulating rod is rotated, the fastening nut on the wire clamp is screwed through the torque transmission mechanism, and finally the handle 8 on the clamp is pulled to unlock the wire clamp, and at this time, the work of electrically connecting the lead is completed as shown in fig. 9.
