Abstract

一种铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,所述的门窗至少包括门窗框或门窗扇框,所述的门窗框或门窗扇框由相邻的型材框条通过相邻接端面上的组角器加圆榫棒相连接而成,所述相邻的两条型材框条连接端面分别被制成相对正常型材框条端平面呈0~60°截面并相互连接成垂直框边,在所述两条型材框条的相接端面上分别加工有对称的组角器定位U型槽口及圆榫棒孔,圆榫棒孔中***有定位用的圆榫棒;在相邻的型材框条相互拼接后,在拼接处形成一个容纳装配式组角器的空间;所述装配式组角器由两半组角器组合而成,两半组角器各用螺钉固定在相对的型材框条定位U型槽口中,两半组角器之间通过配对啮合的锥形齿轮副机构机械拉紧,将两根相邻的型材框条紧密固定连接;它具有能增加角部连接强度和组角后的密封性,能增加组框的便利性,提高生产效率等特点。

一种铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种铝木复合木框扇的组框结构,属于建筑门窗技术领域。
背景技术
传统铝木复合门窗扇的组框方式角部采用45°组角时,采用圆榫棒和燕尾榫的组角工艺,在木材上铣燕尾榫槽口,敲入塑料燕尾榫,用圆榫棒定位,表面涂胶,但由于燕尾榫为采用尼龙材质,且其本身的结构原因,组角后的整体强度不高,并且会存在部分连接处随着时间推移,会出现密封处密封不严密等现象,从而产生渗水、发霉等现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种能增加角部连接强度和组角后的密封性,能增加组框的便利性,提高生产效率的铝木复合木框扇的组框结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,所述的门窗至少包括门窗框或门窗扇框,所述的门窗框或门窗扇框由相邻的型材框条通过相邻接端面上的组角器加圆榫棒相连接而成,所述相邻的两条型材框条连接端面分别被制成相对正常型材框条端平面呈0~60°截面并相互连接成垂直框边,在所述两条型材框条的相接端面上分别加工有对称的组角器定位U型槽口及圆榫棒孔,圆榫棒孔中***有定位用的圆榫棒;在相邻的型材框条相互拼接后,在拼接处形成一个容纳装配式组角器的空间;所述装配式组角器由两半组角器组合而成,两半组角器各用螺钉固定在相对的型材框条定位U型槽口中,两半组角器之间通过配对啮合的锥形齿轮副机构机械拉紧,将两根相邻的型材框条紧密固定连接。
作为优选:所述的组角器由两半组角器、定位销、盖板和组角器锥齿轮副组合而成,所述的两半组角器为带有两个固定孔和一个齿轮孔的固定基板,其中一半组角器的侧面还设置有一个齿轮孔及连体的盖板;所述的定位销为一空心的圆柱体固定件,其两端分别连接在两半组角器相对端面上开设的固定孔中;所述组角器锥齿轮副由一位于两根定位销之间带有螺杆锥齿轮和垂直置于齿轮孔中、带有旋转头部的垂直锥齿轮相互啮合组成。
作为优选:所述两条型材框条的U型槽口中分别制有一层单组份胶,所述的U型槽口底部设置有两个预钻孔,两半组角器分别通过螺钉从预钻孔中钉入后固定在U型槽口中;所述两条型材框条的连接端面分别被制成45°截面,且所述U型槽口位于45°截面的中间端面上。
本发明用圆榫棒及组角器自带的定位销定位,使用锥形齿轮拉紧,能有效确保角部连接的强度和组角后的密封性,平整度也得到了保证,具有能增加角部连接强度和组角后的密封性,能增加组框的便利性,提高生产效率等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1-3所示,本发明所述的一种铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,所述的门窗至少包括门窗框或门窗扇框,所述的门窗框或门窗扇框由相邻的型材框条1通过相邻接端面上的组角器2加圆榫棒3相连接而成,所述相邻的两条型材框条1连接端面分别被制成相对正常型材框条端平面呈0~60°截面并相互连接成垂直框边,在所述两条型材框条1的相接端面上分别加工有对称的组角器定位U型槽口4及圆榫棒孔5,圆榫棒孔5中***有定位用的圆榫棒3;在相邻的型材框条1相互拼接后,在拼接处形成一个容纳装配式组角器2的空间;所述装配式组角器2由两半组角器21组合而成,两半组角器21各用螺钉22固定在相对的型材框条定位U型槽口4中,两半组角器21之间通过配对啮合的锥形齿轮副机构机械拉紧,将两根相邻的型材框条1紧密固定连接。
图中所示,所述的组角器2由两半组角器21、定位销23、盖板24和组角器锥齿轮副机构25组合而成,所述的两半组角器21为带有两个固定孔26和一个齿轮孔27的固定基板,其中一半组角器21的侧面还设置有一个齿轮孔道28及连体的盖板24;所述的定位销23为一空心的圆柱体固定件,其两端分别连接在两半组角器21相对端面上开设的固定孔26中;所述组角器锥齿轮副机构25由一位于两根定位销23之间、带有螺杆的锥齿轮29和垂直置于齿轮孔道28中、带有旋转头部的垂直锥齿轮30相互啮合组成。
本发明所述两条型材框条1的U型槽口4中分别制有一层单组份胶,所述的U型槽口4底部设置有两个预钻孔,两半组角器21分别通过螺钉22从预钻孔中钉入后固定在U型槽口4中;所述两条型材框条1的连接端面分别被制成45°截面为最佳,且所述U型槽口4位于45°截面的中间端面上。

1.一种铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,所述的门窗至少包括门窗框或门窗扇框,其特征在于所述的门窗框或门窗扇框由相邻的型材框条通过相邻接端面上的组角器加圆榫棒相连接而成,所述相邻的两条型材框条连接端面分别被制成相对正常型材框条端平面呈0~60°截面并相互连接成垂直框边,在所述两条型材框条的相接端面上分别加工有对称的组角器定位U型槽口及圆榫棒孔,圆榫棒孔中***有定位用的圆榫棒;在相邻的型材框条相互拼接后,在拼接处形成一个容纳装配式组角器的空间;所述装配式组角器由两半组角器组合而成,两半组角器各用螺钉固定在相对的型材框条定位U型槽口中,两半组角器之间通过配对啮合的锥形齿轮副机构机械拉紧,将两根相邻的型材框条紧密固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,其特征在于所述的组角器由两半组角器、定位销、盖板和组角器锥齿轮副组合而成,所述的两半组角器为带有两个固定孔和一个齿轮孔的固定基板,其中一半组角器的侧面还设置有一个齿轮孔及连体的盖板;所述的定位销为一空心的圆柱体固定件,其两端分别连接在两半组角器相对端面上开设的固定孔中;所述组角器锥齿轮副由一位于两根定位销之间带有螺杆锥齿轮和垂直置于齿轮孔中、带有旋转头部的垂直锥齿轮相互啮合组成。
