本发明公开了一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料20~30份,蔗渣浆料20~30份,复合填料40~60份,糖粉3~5份,助剂1~5份;其中复合填料包含填料组分、纤维组分和助留剂;本发明还公开了一种高强高填料纸张的制备方法。本发明将填料组分、纤维组分、助留剂配合使用作为浆料复合填料,并在湿纸表面通过糖溶液渗透形成纤维素‑糖复合物,增强了纸张的强度,降低了生产成本,制备方法简单,有利于产业化生产。

一种高强高填料纸张及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纸张制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强高填料纸张及其制备方法。
背景技术
造纸工业在国民经济中占据很重要的地位,进入21世纪,我国造纸业将是一个持续、稳定发展的行业,但是我国是一个森林资源严重短缺的国家,目前,森林面积仅约1.75亿公顷,森林覆盖率大约只有18.2%。短期内,我国不可能向造纸工业提供足够的林产资源用于制浆造纸。随着我国经济的高速发展和环保节能意识的增强,通常采用二次纤维、造纸填料等来代替木材纤维进行造纸,而其中造纸填料更是广泛地使用。纸张加填不但在一定程度上提高了纸张的不透明度、白度和印刷适性等成纸性能,而且纤维的价格普遍较高,填料的价格较便宜。
高填料纸因加入过高的填料含量也带来了一些无法避免的缺陷,如由于加入过高的填料,使纤维间和纤维与填料间的结合力降低,导致纸张强度性能下降,因此,研制一种高强度、高填料纸有利于纸张制造业的可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明提出了高强高填料纸张及其制备方法,将填料组分、纤维组分、助留剂配合使用作为浆料复合填料,并在湿纸表面通过糖溶液渗透形成纤维素-糖复合物,增强了纸张的强度,降低了生产成本,制备方法简单,有利于产业化生产。
本发明提出的一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料20~30份,蔗渣浆料20~30份,复合填料40~60份,糖粉3~5份,助剂1~5份;其中复合填料包含填料组分、纤维组分和助留剂。
优选地,针叶木浆料的打浆度为30~35°SR,蔗渣浆料的打浆度为32~35°SR。
优选地,针叶木浆料的打浆度为32°SR,蔗渣浆料的打浆度为33°SR。
优选地,复合填料中填料组分为高岭土、碳酸钙或滑石粉。
优选地,复合调料为滑石粉。
优选地,复合填料中纤维组分为打浆浆料。
优选地,打浆浆料的打浆度为83~90°SR。
优选地,打浆浆料由废纸板制得。
优选地,助留剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰、膨润土、阳离子淀粉或胶体硅中一种或两种以上混合物。
优选地,助留剂为阳离子聚丙烯酰。
优选地,填料组分和纤维组分的重量比为1:1。
优选地,助留剂在复合填料中含量为0.4~0.8wt%。
优选地,针叶木浆料、蔗糖浆料总重量与复合填料的重量比为1:1。
优选地,糖粉为葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖、乳糖、棉籽糖中的一种或两种以上混合物;优选地,糖粉为棉籽糖。

本发明提出的一种高强高填料纸张的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将针叶木浆料、蔗渣浆料混合均匀,用100~200目的筛网过滤,加入复合填料及助剂得到纸浆;
S2、将糖粉加水配制成糖浓度为10-20wt%的糖溶液;
S3、将纸浆进行抄纸,湿纸幅成形后,将孔径2.0×1.0的网放置湿纸幅上,然后把栅板正面朝下放在网上,将糖溶液均匀分布在光栅孔中,使溶液透过栅板渗透到栅板下的湿纸幅纤维上,去除残存糖溶液,干燥得到高强高填料纸张。
本发明采用填料组分、纤维组分、助留剂配合使用作为浆料复合填料,利用高打浆度的浆料代替细小纤维与填料滑石粉,大幅度提高纸张光学性能,同时,配合使用阳离子聚丙烯酰作为助留剂,阳离子聚丙烯酰与负电荷的纤维和填料形成絮聚,在一定剪切力的作用下,絮聚体被裂解成大量小碎块,阴离子膨润土将细小碎块重新交联、桥联起来,形成较初始絮聚体尺寸更小、结构更致密的结构,从而提高其助留、助滤效果,显著提高了填料留着率和纸张的抗张强度;控制合理针叶木浆料和蔗渣浆料的打浆度与复合填料互配,增强了纤维之间的结合力,进一步提高纸张强度;湿纸表面通过糖溶液渗透,形成纤维素-糖复合物,一方面取代部分纸浆纤维,降低纸张的生产成本,另一方面棉籽糖有3个连续吡喃糖分子,作为中间连接体,在纸浆体系中形成紧密的纤维素-糖复合物,提高了纸纤维之间的结合力,从而提高率高填料纸张的抗张强度。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料20份,蔗渣浆料30份,复合填料40份,糖粉3份,助剂1份;其中复合填料包含填料组分、纤维组分和助留剂。
实施例2
一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料30份,蔗渣浆料20份,复合填料40份,葡萄糖5份,助剂5份;其中复合填料包含高岭土、打浆浆料和阳离子聚丙烯酰。
实施例3
一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料25份,蔗渣浆料25份,复合填料60份,果糖2份、蔗糖2份,助剂3份;其中,针叶木浆料的打浆度为30°SR,蔗渣浆料的打浆度为32°SR,复合填料包含碳酸钙、打浆度为83°SR的浆料、阳离子聚丙烯酰和膨润土;碳酸钙和打浆度为83°SR的浆料的重量比为1:1,阳离子聚丙烯酰和膨润土在复合填料中的总含量为0.4wt%。
实施例4
一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料20份,蔗渣浆料30份,复合填料50份,果糖2份,蔗糖2份,乳糖1份,助剂3份;其中,针叶木浆料的打浆度为35°SR,蔗渣浆料的打浆度为35°SR,复合填料包含滑石粉、打浆度为90°SR的废纸板浆料、阳离子聚丙烯酰、膨润土和阳离子淀粉;滑石粉和打浆度为90°SR的废纸浆料的重量比为1:1,阳离子聚丙烯酰、膨润土和阳离子淀粉在复合填料中的总含量为0.8wt%。

S1、将针叶木浆料、蔗渣浆料混合均匀,用200目的筛网过滤,加入复合填料及助剂得到纸浆;
S2、将糖粉加水配制成糖浓度为20wt%的糖溶液;
S3、将纸浆进行抄纸,湿纸幅成形后,将孔径2.0×1.0的网放置湿纸幅上,然后把栅板正面朝下放在网上,将糖溶液均匀分布在光栅孔中,使溶液透过栅板渗透到栅板下的湿纸幅纤维上,去除残存糖溶液,干燥得到高强高填料纸张。

一种高强高填料纸张,其原料按重量份包括:针叶木浆料25份,蔗渣浆料25份,复合填料50份,棉籽糖4份,助剂3份;其中,针叶木浆料的打浆度为32°SR,蔗渣浆料的打浆度为33°SR,复合填料包含滑石粉、打浆度为85°SR的废纸板浆料、阳离子聚丙烯酰;滑石粉和打浆度为85°SR的废纸浆料的重量比为1:1,阳离子聚丙烯酰在复合填料中的总含量为0.6wt%。
高强高填料纸张由如下方法制得:
S1、将针叶木浆料、蔗渣浆料混合均匀,用150目的筛网过滤,加入复合填料及助剂得到纸浆;
S2、将糖粉加水配制成糖浓度为15wt%的糖溶液;
S3、将纸浆进行抄纸,湿纸幅成形后,将孔径2.0×1.0的网放置湿纸幅上,然后把栅板正面朝下放在网上,将糖溶液均匀分布在光栅孔中,使溶液透过栅板渗透到栅板下的湿纸幅纤维上,去除残存糖溶液,干燥得到高强高填料纸。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高强高填料纸张,其特征在于,复合填料中填料组分为高岭土、碳酸钙或滑石粉;优选地,复合调料为滑石粉。
