本发明涉及一种水基润滑液,属于润滑材料技术领域。
背景技术
为提高金属材料加工工艺的效率,改善产品质量,减少工具磨损,降低摩擦阻力,节省动力能源等,要选用适当的润滑剂。除特殊情况下使用少量固体润滑剂外,大都使用液体润滑剂,根据形态把金属加工油剂分为油基型和水基型两大类。
油基型润滑剂是以矿物油、合成烃、动植物油或它们的混合物为基础油加入各种添加剂形成的。油基型润滑剂有良好的润滑效果,但冷却效果稍差,还存在易燃和污染环境的缺点。水基型润滑剂包括可溶性液、半合成液和合成液三种。可溶性油(又称乳化液)是由矿物油(或植物油)、水、乳化剂、添加剂组成的。它既具有油基型润滑剂润滑性好的优点,又具有水冷却性能良好的优点,同时也减少润滑剂使用过程中着火的危险。不足之处是容易被微生物污染而变质、腐败,影响其使用寿命;可溶性油通常配成浓缩液形式,使用时通常用水稀释成1%~5%的水包油型稀乳化液。

三乙醇胺硼酸酯8份,油酸三乙醇胺9份,癸二酸三乙醇胺0.1份,有机硅消泡剂0.3份,纳米金刚石15份,P103为1.5份,氯化锌1份,聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷4份,十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠4份,水80份。
