Abstract

本发明涉及一种金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,属于陶瓷粉料制备技术领域。其通过球磨、造粒、筛选和匀化制得产品金属化陶瓷原料。本发明操作简单;原料中添加氧化锆,可降低陶瓷原料在成型过程中的摩擦力,进一步提高陶瓷胚体的密度和密度均匀性;粉末状的原料流动性好,便于储存。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,属于陶瓷粉料制备技术领域。
背景技术
现有的生产方法主要将三氧化二铝、碳酸钙、氧化硅、高岭土和滑石粉等原料按一定比例混合研磨后得到的粉末与石蜡搅拌抽真空制成浆料。此种方法制备的浆料受温度的影响较大,极易结块,使用时需要保温,且浆料内容易残留空气、粒径分布广,一致性较差,制作出的陶瓷胚体密度低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,此种方法能有效的提高粉料粒径的一致性。
本发明的技术方案,金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)球磨:将54~58份氧化铝、1~3份氧化硅、1~2份碳酸钙、0.5~1.5份高岭土、1.5~2.5份氧化锆、0.5~2份氧化镁、1~2.5份滑石、27~30份水、9~10份粘结剂、0.3~0.6份分散剂、1~2份离型和0.03~0.06份的消泡剂倒入球磨机;原料与球磨机中球石的质量比为16~18:1,球磨时间为8~10h,球磨机转速30~33r/min;
再将9~10份粘结剂、0.3~0.6份分散剂、1~2份离型剂和0.03~0.06份的消泡剂倒入球磨机,球磨8~10小时,球磨机转速30~33r/min,得到粒径为2.8~3.5μm的浆料;
(2)造粒:将步骤(1)所得球磨后的浆料加入离心喷雾机入口,喷雾机喷头以16~18 Hz/RPM的频率旋转,得到粒径为95~250μm的粉料;
(3)筛选:将步骤(2)所得造粒后的粉料首先经过80~90目的筛子,再经过115~130目的筛子进行筛选,得到粒径大小为120~180μm的粉料;
(4)匀化:将步骤(3)所得筛选后的粉料放入匀化机搅拌25~35min,匀化机转速12~15r/min,即得产品金属化陶瓷原料。
步骤(1)所述粘结剂为聚乙烯醇。
步骤(1)所述分散剂为聚羧酸铵盐。
步骤(1)所述离型剂为硬脂酸。
步骤(1)所述消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂。
步骤(4)中匀化机的进料口与出料口设置有永久性磁棒,用于清理粉料中的铁及铁的氧化物等杂质。
本发明的有益效果:本发明操作简单;原料中添加氧化锆,可降低陶瓷原料在成型过程中的摩擦力,进一步提高陶瓷胚体的密度和密度均匀性;粉末状的原料流动性好,便于储存。

具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)球磨:将54重量份氧化铝、2重量份氧化硅、1重量份碳酸钙、1重量份高岭土、2.5重量份氧化锆、1.5重量份的氧化镁、1重量份滑石、27重量份水、10重量份粘结剂聚乙烯醇、0.6重量份分散剂聚羧酸铵盐、1重量份离型剂硬脂酸、0.03重量份的聚醚消泡剂倒入球磨机,原料与球磨机中球石的质量比为16:1,球磨8小时,球磨机转速30r/min;
再次将9重量份粘结剂聚乙烯醇、0.3重量份分散剂聚羧酸铵盐、1重量份离型剂硬脂酸、0.05重量份的消泡剂聚醚倒入球磨机,球磨9小时,球磨机转速30r/min,得到的浆料粒径2.8~3.5μm;
(2)造粒:将浆料加入离心喷雾机入口,喷雾机喷头以17 Hz/RPM的频率旋转,得到的粉料粒径95~230μm;
(3)筛选:造粒后的粉料首先经过80目的筛子然后再经过115目的筛子筛选,得到的粉料粒径大小为120~180μm,匀化机的进料口与出料口设置有永久性磁棒能够清理粉料中的铁及铁的氧化物等杂质;
(4)匀化:将筛选后的粉料放入匀化机搅拌25min,匀化机转速13r/min,即得产品金属化陶瓷原料。
实施例2
(1)球磨:将58重量份氧化铝、1重量份氧化硅、2重量份碳酸钙、0.5重量份高岭土、1.5重量份氧化锆、0.5重量份的氧化镁、2.5重量份滑石、30重量份水、9重量份粘结剂聚乙烯醇、0.3重量份分散剂聚羧酸铵盐、2重量份离型剂硬脂酸、0.06重量份的消泡剂聚醚倒入球磨机,原料与球磨机中球石的质量比为18:1,球磨10小时,球磨机转速33r/min;
再次将10重量份粘结剂聚乙烯醇、0.6重量份分散剂聚羧酸铵盐、2重量份离型剂硬脂酸、0.03重量份的消泡剂聚醚倒入球磨机,球磨8小时,球磨机转速30r/min,得到的浆料粒径2.85~3.5μm;
(2)造粒:浆料加入离心喷雾机入口,喷雾机喷头以16 Hz/RPM的频率旋转,得到的粉料粒径100~200μm;
(3)筛选:造粒后的粉料首先经过90目的筛子然后再经过115目的筛子筛选,得到的粉料粒径大小为125~160μm,匀化机的进料口与出料口设置有永久性磁棒能够清理粉料中的铁及铁的氧化物等杂质;
(4)匀化:将筛选后的粉料放入匀化机搅拌30min,匀化机转速12r/min。
实施例3
(1)球磨:将56重量份氧化铝、3重量份氧化硅、1.2重量份碳酸钙、1.5重量份高岭土、1.8重量份氧化锆、2重量份的氧化镁、2重量份滑石、29重量份水、9.2重量份粘结剂聚乙烯醇、0.5重量份分散剂聚羧酸铵盐、1.35重量份离型剂硬脂酸、0.05重量份的聚醚消泡剂倒入球磨机,原料与球磨机中球石的质量比为17.5:1,球磨9.5小时,球磨机转速32r/min;
再次将9.3重量份粘结剂聚乙烯醇、0.35重量份分散剂聚羧酸铵盐、1.8重量份离型剂硬脂酸、0.03重量份的消泡剂聚醚倒入球磨机,球磨10小时,球磨机转速33r/min,得到的浆料粒径3~3.5μm;
(2)造粒:浆料加入离心喷雾机入口,喷雾机喷头以18 Hz/RPM的频率旋转,得到的粉料粒径95~210μm;
(3)筛选:造粒后的粉料首先经过80目的筛子然后再经过120目的筛子筛选,得到的粉料粒径大小为120~180μm,匀化机的进料口与出料口设置有永久性磁棒能够清理粉料中的铁及铁的氧化物等杂质;
(4)匀化:将筛选后的粉料放入匀化机搅拌35min,匀化机转速15r/min。

Claims (6)

1.金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,其特征是按重量份计步骤如下:
(1)球磨:将54~58份氧化铝、1~3份氧化硅、1~2份碳酸钙、0.5~1.5份高岭土、1.5~2.5份氧化锆、0.5~2份氧化镁、1~2.5份滑石、27~30份水、9~10份粘结剂、0.3~0.6份分散剂、1~2份离型剂和0.03~0.06份的消泡剂倒入球磨机;原料与球磨机中球石的质量比为16~18:1,球磨时间为8~10h,球磨机转速30~33r/min;
再将9~10份粘结剂、0.3~0.6份分散剂、1~2份离型剂和0.03~0.06份的消泡剂倒入球磨机,球磨8~10小时,球磨机转速30~33r/min,得到粒径为2.8~3.5μm的浆料;
(2)造粒:将步骤(1)所得球磨后的浆料加入离心喷雾机入口,喷雾机喷头以16~18 Hz/RPM的频率旋转,得到粒径为95~250μm的粉料;
(3)筛选:将步骤(2)所得造粒后的粉料首先经过80~90目的筛子,再经过115~130目的筛子进行筛选,得到粒径大小为120~180μm的粉料;
(4)匀化:将步骤(3)所得筛选后的粉料放入匀化机搅拌25~35min,匀化机转速12~15r/min,即得产品金属化陶瓷原料。
2.如权利要求1所述金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)所述粘结剂为聚乙烯醇。
3.如权利要求1所述金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)所述分散剂为聚羧酸铵盐。
4.如权利要求1所述金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)所述离型剂为硬脂酸。
5.如权利要求1所述金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(1)所述消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂。
6.如权利要求1所述金属化陶瓷原料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(4)中匀化机的进料口与出料口设置有永久性磁棒,用于清理粉料中的铁及铁的氧化物等杂质。
