本发明涉及一种羽绒服干洗液的配制方法,如果羽绒服被弄脏后清洗不得当,就会导致保暖性下降,也失去了原先的蓬松感,使羽绒失去原有的柔润、弹性和光泽,变得干燥、发硬、枯脆、老化,缩短羽绒服的使用寿命,清洗羽绒服最好选用专用的羽绒服清洗液。本发明是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、人参提取液、大蒜精油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,它洗液呈中性,可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏,且具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,能保持羽绒服面料的光泽与内部的蓬松。

一种羽绒服干洗液的配制方法
技术领域:
本发明属于生物洗衣液技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群、洗衣用的一种羽绒服干洗液配制方法。
背景技术
羽绒服成了许多市民御寒的保暖外衣,如果羽绒服被弄脏后清洗不得当,就会导致保暖性下降,也失去了原先的蓬松感,据专业的纤维检验所专业人士介绍,羽绒服内的禽类羽绒为蛋白质纤维。若使用肥皂和普通洗衣粉清洗(更不能使用加酶洗衣粉),它们的PH值在11左右,具有较强的碱性,易破坏纤维表面的脂肪保护膜,并会渗入纤维内部,使羽绒失去原有的柔润、弹性和光泽,变得干燥、发硬、枯脆、老化,缩短羽绒服的使用寿命,清洗羽绒服最好选用专用的羽绒服清洗液。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种洗液呈中性,可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏,且具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,洗后能保持羽绒服面料的光泽与内部的蓬松的使用寿命的羽绒服干洗液配制方法。
本发明的羽绒服干洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、 人参提取液 、大蒜精油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
茶树籽提取物1.6-1.7% 苦参提取物1.4-1.8% 野槐根提取物 1.2-1.3%
茶皂素 1.5-1.8% 当归提取液1.2-1.6% 人参提取液 1.3-1.5%
大蒜精油1.5-1.9% 百合提取液 1.3-1.4% AES 6-6.8%
益生菌群 2.5-3.9% 丹皮酚1.1-1.3% 芍药提取液 1.2-2.3%
柠檬酸 1-1.3% 氨基酸1-2.2% 聚乙二醇1-1.3%
氨基吡啶1-1.2% 酵素 2-2.9% 醋酸 2.5-2.9%
香1.9-2.7% 水58.2-67.8%
b、配制工艺:
本发明羽绒服干洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有消炎、抗渗透等药理镇作用的茶树籽提取物加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素高速搅拌23.1分钟,并配以当归提取液、 人参提取液 、大蒜精油、百合提取液 、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在27.1°C左右均质搅拌7.1小时后,将容器恒温在27.1°C左右密封发酵19.1小时,再加入芍药提取液 、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌7.1小时,洗后能保持羽绒服面料的光泽与内部的蓬松,然后恒温在29.1°C左右容器内静置19.1小时即为成品。
有益效果:
洗液呈中性,可减少对蛋白纤维的破坏,且具有优良的洗净力和保护调理作用,洗后能保持羽绒服面料的光泽与内部的蓬松。

本发明的羽绒服干洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,

1.一种羽绒服干洗液的配制方法,是以茶树籽提取物、苦参提取物、野槐根提取物、茶皂素、当归提取液、人参提取液、大蒜精油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、芍药提取液、柠檬酸、氨基酸、聚乙二醇、氨基吡啶、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

茶树籽提取物1.6-1.7% 苦参提取物1.4-1.8% 野槐根提取物 1.2-1.3%
