山羊绒是高级动物纤维,被誉为“纤维钻石”和"软黄金"。山羊绒纤维表面是由很多的鳞片构成的,比较娇气,所以对洗涤过程的要求极高。如若方法不当,将会使得羊绒织物绒面毡化,破坏羊绒织物外观乃至缩短羊绒制品的使用寿命,因此,使用专业的“羊绒专用洗剂”至关重要!

本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种防过敏,洗涤彻底干净,加入植物香氛精华,给您带来持久的怡人芳香,洗后衣物蓬松、本色如常的羊毛羊绒敏感肌专用机洗液配制方法。
本发明的羊毛羊绒敏感肌专用机洗液技术方案是这样实现,它由透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、脂肪醇、茶皂素、神经酰胺、 芦芭油、砂仁油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚、矢车菊提取液、柠檬酸、海藻糖、双硬脂酸酯 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
a、配方(按重量百分比)
透明质酸粉0.7-0.8% 聚谷氨酸0.9-1% 脂肪醇 1.4-1.6%
茶皂素 0.5-1.1% 神经酰胺1.5-1.8% 芦芭油 1.4-1.5%
砂仁油1.3-1.6% 百合提取液 1.6-2% AES 5.3-7.5%
益生菌群 2.1-3.1% 丹皮酚1.5-1.7% 矢车菊提取液 1.6-1.7%
柠檬酸 1.1-1.6% 海藻糖1.6-1.8% 双硬脂酸酯 1.7-1.9%
多库酯钠0.3-0.5% 酵素 2.5-3.1% 醋酸 1.1-1.3%
香 1.3-1.6% 水62.8-70.6%
b、配制工艺:
本发明羊毛羊绒敏感肌专用机洗液是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成。其步骤:将具有除菌作用的透明质酸粉加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入聚谷氨酸、脂肪醇、茶皂素高速搅拌34.6分钟,并配以神经酰胺、 芦芭油、砂仁油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在33.8°C左右均质搅拌16.6小时后,将容器恒温在33.8°C左右密封发酵34.5小时,再加入矢车菊提取液、柠檬酸、海藻糖、双硬脂酸酯 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌16.5小时,防过敏,洗后衣物蓬松、本色如常,然后恒温在33.8°C左右容器内静置27.5小时即为成品。

具体实施方式
本发明的羊毛羊绒敏感肌专用机洗液主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,透明质酸粉0.7-0.8%、聚谷氨酸0.9-1%、脂肪醇 1.4-1.6%、茶皂素 0.5-1.1%、神经酰胺1.5-1.8%、芦芭油 1.4-1.5%、砂仁油1.3-1.6%、百合提取液 1.6-2%、AES 5.3-7.5%、益生菌群 2.1-3.1%、丹皮酚1.5-1.7%、矢车菊提取液 1.6-1.7%、柠檬酸 1.1-1.6%、海藻糖1.6-1.8%、双硬脂酸酯 1.7-1.9%、多库酯钠0.3-0.5%、酵素 2.5-3.1%、醋酸 1.1-1.3%、香 1.3-1.6%、水62.8-70.6%,将具有除菌作用的透明质酸粉加入水中搅拌均匀,再加入聚谷氨酸、脂肪醇、茶皂素高速搅拌34.6分钟,并配以神经酰胺、 芦芭油、砂仁油、百合提取液 、AES、 益生菌群、丹皮酚,加热恒温在33.8°C左右均质搅拌16.6小时后,将容器恒温在33.8°C左右密封发酵34.5小时,再加入矢车菊提取液、柠檬酸、海藻糖、双硬脂酸酯 、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香高速搅拌16.5小时,防过敏,洗后衣物蓬松、本色如常,然后恒温在33.8°C左右容器内静置27.5小时即为成品。

1.一种羊毛羊绒敏感肌专用机洗液的配制方法,是以透明质酸粉、聚谷氨酸、脂肪醇、茶皂素、神经酰胺、芦芭油、砂仁油、百合提取液、AES、益生菌群、丹皮酚、矢车菊提取液、柠檬酸、海藻糖、双硬脂酸酯、多库酯钠、酵素、醋酸、香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

透明质酸粉0.7-0.8% 聚谷氨酸0.9-1% 脂肪醇 1.4-1.6%
茶皂素 0.5-1.1% 神经酰胺1.5-1.8% 芦芭油 1.4-1.5%
