Abstract

一种热针电化学肿瘤装置,它主要由二组、每组至少有一根电热针以及三个直流电源组成,其中二个直流电源为加热电源,它们分别与二组电热针相接,使电热针能通电发热,另一直流电源为电化学电源,它们的二极分别与二组电热针的加热电源相应电极相接,加热电源可使电热针能实现电热治疗,而电化学电源则可使二根电热针之间实现电化学治疗,从而使本发明具有结构简单,使用方便可靠,治疗效果好,整机成本较低等特点。

Description

热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置
本发明涉及的是一种以电热针为电极兼具电热和电化学***的装置,属于一种医疗器械。
电热针和电化学技术分别用于肿瘤治疗已有十几年的历史了,它们均利用电源接通后产生的电流,一是作用于电热针中空体内的发热体,使之产生热量并对***的肿瘤灶体组织起热疗作用;二是作用于两***在肿瘤灶体上的正负电极,使阴、阳两极间产生电极反应和电极付反应,在两极间分别产生强酸和强碱性杀伤区,达到电化疗的效果。但由于这两种肿瘤的治疗技术均分别不同应用在临床上,因此,单独的电热针***病灶,其治疗的温度较难得到控制,特别是对较大直经的肿瘤组织升温不能均匀。同时单独的电化学治疗虽也能杀伤肿瘤细胞,但它也存在不均匀,甚至不能同步等问题。
本发明的目的在于克服上述存在的不足,而提供一种旨在利用电热针和电化学治疗技术在物理学、化学和生理学作用机制上的协同性、互补性和增效性等特点,将两者有效结合为一体从而构成的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,它至少由二组、每组至少有一根内设置有发热体的电热针、三个直流电源组成,其中两个直流电源为加热电源,它们分别与两组电热针内的发热体相连;另一个直流电源为电化学电源,其二极分别与二个加热电源的相应电极相接。
本发明所述的电热针包括一组至少由一根电热针组成的中心电热针和一组至少由二根电热针组成的周边电热针,中心电热针的加热电源一电极(如正极)接有电化学电源相同电极(如正极)上,而周边电热针的加热电源另一对应电极(如负极)接着电化学电源另一相同电极(如负极)上。
所述的加热电源和电化学电源均为浮空的直流恒流可调电源,其中电化学电流的量值由电化学电源调节,电热针的加热温度由加热电源调节。
本发明所述的电热针为不锈钢空心针体,其内设置有镍铬丝发热体,且所述的中心电热针的外周包复有铂金。
本发明还配套设置有测温针,该测温针是将测温热传感器装入于空心不锈钢针体内并与之绝缘构成,与测温热传感器相连接出有温度指示器。

下面将通过附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明的电热针结构包括一不锈钢空心针体1,针体1的前端部有一尖的针头部2,一由镍铬丝组成的发热体3,其一端固连在尖的针头部2上,另一端接着电源的一极端,而电源的另一极端接于针体1上,使之形成一电流回路,电流流过发热体3后即会产生热量。由于上述电热针的结构已作为公知技术在中国专利公报上已有公开,故在此不再作详细的介绍。图2所示,本实施例主要由五根内设置有发热体3的电热针4、及三个彼此独立浮空的直流恒流可调电源5组成。电热针4分为两组,一组由一根电热针组成中心电热针41,另一组由四根电热针组成周边电热针42;电源5中的两个电源为加热电源51,其中一个加热电源511的两极接于中心电热针41上,另一个加热电源512的两极则并接在四根周边电热针42上;电源5中的另一个电源为电化学电源52,它的正极接于加热电源511的正极上,而它的负极则接于加热电极512的负极上。本发明在其它实施例中,上述电化学电源的正负极连接则可与上述相反,即其正极接于加热电源512的正极上,负极接于加热电源511的负极上。在以上所述的电源5回路中,还各设置有开关K和电流调节器6,通过调节加热电流可控制电热针的温度,而电化学电流I的量值也可用电流调节器6调节获得。使用时,接通加热电源51,可以使中心电热针41和周边电热针42产生热量,并对肿瘤产生热效应。当单独接通电化学电源52,这时,中心电热针41和周边电热针42之间产生电流,也即电热针4之间产生电化疗效应,它使肿瘤组织起化学变化,即电热针的一端与电热针的另一端产生强酸与强碱区域。而同时接通加热电源51和电化学电源52,这时两者所发生的电热疗效应和电化疗效应同时作用于肿瘤组织,并且它们能加强对肿瘤组织的杀伤作用。
本发明所述的中心电热针41结构大致与周边电热针42相似,但为了避免电化学过程中的腐蚀作用,在其外周包以铂金7。
本发明还配套设置有测温针8,该测温针8是将测温传感器装入于空心不锈钢针体内并与之绝缘构成,与该测温热传感器相连接出有温度指示器9。
本发明所述的中心电热针41也可用电极针代替,这种电极针可用铂金丝制作而成。
本发明的另外实施例还包括由二根或多根电热针4组成的中心电热针41以及由三根或多根电热针4组成的周边电热针42。所述的电源5也可由几个加热电源51组成加热电源组,或由几个电化学电源52组成电化学电源组。本发明主要是利用电热针4内的发热体3通电发热使之产生电热疗效应,利用两根电热针4作为电源的正负两极,使之产生电流,从而在肿瘤组织中产生电化疗效应。
本发明由于以一组内热的电热针为一电极,从肿瘤灶的******肿瘤组织中,一根包以铂金的电热针为另一电极***肿瘤灶的中心。当每根通以一定的恒流电流时各电热针分别发热而起热疗作用;当中心电极和周边电极通以直流电流时,则在以电极为轴心的阴、阳两极间产生电极反应和电极付反应,在两极间分别产生强酸和强碱性杀伤区。这些杀伤物质在热的作用下使杀伤作用增强。根据化学动力学定律,化学反应***的温度每增高10℃,其反应速度增加2-3倍,因此可使疗效大为增加。加之阳极区内形成的酸(HCL PH2-3)和阴极区形成的碱(为NaOH PH12-13)的增溶作用可使细胞间间隙和沟道扩大和增加,这些作用都能使电热针的电极处产生的热和杀伤物质迅速从其附近扩散开去,从而可大大改善电化疗和电热针二者分别应用时发生的治疗不均匀性。另外二者联合后,电化疗对细胞的杀伤作用及对血液的血凝作用和对血管的收缩作用有所加强,还可以减少由于热的作用而导致的组织体积膨涨,细胞连接变松,血管扩张,血流加快而导致肿瘤细胞转移的可能性。最后,治疗剂量比二者单独应用时减小,疗程缩短,患者痛苦也大为减轻。本发明将两种治疗功能集于一身,且其功能可分可合,可先可后,整机的治疗效果大大增加,而整机成本却并未增加。

Claims (5)

1、一种热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置,其特征在于它至少由二组、每组至少有一根内设置有发热体(3)的电热针(4)和三个直流电源(5)组成,其中两个直流电源为加热电源(51),一个加热电源(511)的两极接于一组电热针(41)上,另一加热电源(512)的两极接在另一组电热针(42)上,而另一个直流电源为电化学电源(52),其正极接于一加热电源(511)的正极上,其负极则接于另一加热电源(512)的负极上。
2、如权利要求1所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置,其特征在于所述的电热针包括一组至少由一根电热针(4)组成的中心电热针(41)和一组至少由二根电热针(4)组成的周边电热针(42),中心电热针(41)的加热电源(511)的一电极接着电化学电源(52)相同电极上,而周边电热针(42)的加热电源(512)另一对应电极接着电化学电源(52)另一相同电极上。
3、如权利要求2所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置,其特征在于所述的加热电源(51)和电化学电源(52)均为浮空的直流恒流可调电源,其中电化学电源的回路中串接有开关K和电流调节器(6),而在加热电源的回路中也各自串接有开关K和电流调节器(6)。
4、如权利要求1或2或3所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置,其特征在于所述电热针(4)为不锈钢空心针体,其内设置有镍铬丝发热体(3),且所述的中心电热针(41)的外周包复有铂金(7)。
5、如权利要求4所述的热针电化学肿瘤治疗装置,其特征在于所述的与电热针(4)配套有测温针(8),该测温针(8)是将测温热传感器装入于空心不锈钢针体内并与之绝缘构成,与测温传感器相连接出有温度指示器(9)。
