本发明公开了一种可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油80~150份、石墨20~60份、氢氧化钙5~10份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐8~12份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌5~10份、磷酸氢二钾60~105份、硫酸铵30~50份、石蜡4~6份、二硫化钼3~5份、抗磨剂30~60份、抗氧化剂20~40份、苯三甲酸酯4~6份、聚油酸酯类4~6份;采用上述技术方案的可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其可通过润滑油中多种物质的配合使用,以使得润滑油在实际使用过程中可对于链条进行良好的润滑处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,尤其是一种可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油可在自行车链条运作过程中对其进行良好的润滑以及保护处理。现有的润滑油在工作过程中,其一方面润滑效果难以满足自行车在高强度工作下的润滑需求,另一方面,现有的润滑油在使用过程中仅能残留部分时间,进而使得其润滑时间以及润滑效果均难以得到保障。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种自行车链条用润滑油,其可使得其在润滑的过程中保持良好的润滑性能,同时可使得润滑油在链条上进行长时间的附着。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明涉及一种可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油80~150份、石墨20~60份、氢氧化钙5~10份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐8~12份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌5~10份、磷酸氢二钾60~105份、硫酸铵30~50份、石蜡4~6份、二硫化钼3~5份、抗磨剂30~60份、抗氧化剂20~40份、苯三甲酸酯4~6份、聚油酸酯类4~6份。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油100~115份、石墨30~45份、氢氧化钙7~8份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐9~10份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌6~7份、磷酸氢二钾90~95份、硫酸铵42~45份、石蜡4~6份、二硫化钼3~5份、抗磨剂38~45份、抗氧化剂32~35份、苯三甲酸酯5份、聚油酸酯类6份。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述抗磨剂采用金属极压抗磨剂。
采用上述技术方案的可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其可通过润滑油中多种物质的配合使用,以使得润滑油在实际使用过程中可对于链条进行良好的润滑处理;与此同时,本申请中的链条润滑油在使用过程中可保持良好的附着性能,以使得链条可长时间得以润滑处理,进而在进一步改善链条的润滑性能的同时,有效减少了润滑油的使用量。

实施例1
一种可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油150份、石墨60份、氢氧化钙10份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐12份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌10份、磷酸氢二钾60份、硫酸铵30份、石蜡4份、二硫化钼3份、抗磨剂30份、抗氧化剂20份、苯三甲酸酯6份、聚油酸酯类6份。
采用上述技术方案的可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其可通过润滑油中多种物质的配合使用,以使得润滑油在实际使用过程中可对于链条进行良好的润滑处理;与此同时,本申请中的链条润滑油在使用过程中可保持良好的附着性能,以使得链条可长时间得以润滑处理,进而在进一步改善链条的润滑性能的同时,有效减少了润滑油的使用量。

一种可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油80份、石墨20份、氢氧化钙5份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐8份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌5份、磷酸氢二钾105份、硫酸铵50份、石蜡6份、二硫化钼5份、抗磨剂60份、抗氧化剂40份、苯三甲酸酯4份、聚油酸酯类4份。

作为本发明的一种改进,所述可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油100份、石墨30份、氢氧化钙7份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐9份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌6份、磷酸氢二钾95份、硫酸铵45份、石蜡4份、二硫化钼3份、抗磨剂38份、抗氧化剂32份、苯三甲酸酯5份、聚油酸酯类6份。
本实施例其余特征与优点均与实施例1相同。
实施例4
作为本发明的一种改进,所述可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油115份、石墨45份、氢氧化钙8份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐10份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌7份、磷酸氢二钾90份、硫酸铵42份、石蜡6份、二硫化钼5份、抗磨剂45份、抗氧化剂35份、苯三甲酸酯5份、聚油酸酯类6份。
本实施例其余特征与优点均与实施例1相同。

作为本发明的一种改进,所述抗磨剂采用金属极压抗磨剂。

2.按照权利要求1所述的可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油,其特征在于,所述可改善润滑性能的链条润滑油由以下物质按照重量百分比构成:矿物油100~115份、石墨30~45份、氢氧化钙7~8份、硫磷伯仲烷基锌盐9~10份、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌6~7份、磷酸氢二钾90~95份、硫酸铵42~45份、石蜡4~6份、二硫化钼3~5份、抗磨剂38~45份、抗氧化剂32~35份、苯三甲酸酯5份、聚油酸酯类6份。
