Express delivery enterprises need to use packing materials such as cartons, plastic packaging bags and internal fillers in a large quantity to protect the express in the express delivery process. For express enterprises, the packaging materials are indispensable, are important components of express cost, and can directly influence the economic benefits of the enterprises; for consumers, the packaging materials have no great use value, most consumers can choose to directly discard the express packages as household garbage after receiving the express packages, and only a small number of people can reserve the packages for reuse. In other words, a great amount of waste express packages and household garbage are finally landfilled, but most of the packaging materials are difficult to naturally degrade after being landfilled. Except for the problem of environmental pollution, the disposable use of express packaging is also a serious waste to natural resources, especially paper packing boxes, and after the disposable use, most packing boxes are still good in quality, can be recycled originally, but are directly discarded as garbage. Although a part of the discarded paper packing boxes is also reused as a raw material of recycled paper, the economic efficiency is obviously reduced by a lot compared with direct reuse.

The structural defects of the existing paper packing box also cause difficulty in secondary utilization, so that a packing box capable of secondary utilization is needed to be designed.
