本发明公开了一种混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人,其特点是,包括由底端行走底盘(15)和前驾驶室(12)及后驾驶室(9)组成的搅拌车车体(14),行走底盘(15)的前端上方设前驾驶室(12),后端上方设后驾驶室(9),驾驶室下方设前驱动(3)、前转向(2)、后驱动(5)和后转向(6);后驾驶室(9)内设无线遥控接收器(10);前驾驶室(12)侧面设动力***(13);行走底盘(15)中部设混凝土搅拌装置(4)和水***(11),后端设混凝土输送装置(8),三者相通连接;较好的解决了施工人员安全性差、生产效率低、施工周期长等诸多问题,提高了隧道施工机械化配套技术及装备水平,促进施工进度,缩短工期,保证施工质量和安全。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及混凝土施工技术领域,具体地讲是混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人;用于地下工程、岩土工程、市政工程等领域的施工。
背景技术:
混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人是目前广泛流行的矿山巷道、各类隧道、地下建筑和高层建筑基坑等施工中常备施工配套设备。
近年来湿喷混凝土配混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人成为铁路、公路及水工隧道成主流施工工艺。但现有混凝土输送设备普遍存在结构不合理、自动化水平低、可靠性和适应性差、操作手安全系数低等问题。现有混凝土输送设备是普通车辆改装,无法在空间狭小、多弯道且是小弯道的巷道、隧道内快捷通过。
为了保证矿山巷道、各类隧道、地下建筑和高层建筑基坑等施工的安全、高效、高质量,在狭小空间混凝土物料的安全、快捷、质量稳定的输送成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服上述已有技术的不足,而提供一种混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人;主要解决现有混凝土输送设备存在结构不合理、自动化水平低、可靠性和适应性差、价格高及维修配件困难等问题。
本发明的技术方案是:混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人,其特殊之处在于,包括由底端安装前轮胎和后轮胎的行走底盘和前驾驶室及后驾驶室组成的搅拌车车体,行走底盘的前端上方设前驾驶室,前驾驶室下方为前驱动、前转向,行走底盘的后端上方设后驾驶室,后驾驶室下方为后驱动与后转向,前驱动和后驱动形成四轮液压驱动***,前转向和后转向形成四轮转向结构;后驾驶室内设无线遥控接收器;前驾驶室侧面设动力***;行走底盘中部设混凝土搅拌装置和水***,行走底盘后端设混凝土输送装置,水***和混凝土搅拌装置与混凝土输送装置相通连接。
进一步的,所述的搅拌车车体的动力***为柴油动力***。
本发明所述的混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人与已有技术相比具有突出的实质性特点和显著进步:
1、灵活性:采用四轮驱动、四轮转向、双驾驶室操作,在隧道等狭小空间可实现顺畅移动、通过;
2、安全性:该机器人在工作过程中,操作手通过无线遥控器(控制距离为100m)操作,可以避免施工工作面由于围岩较差而掉落石块伤人等事故,同时可减少操作人员吸入大量粉尘而危害身体,具有较好的安全性。

具体实施方式:
为了更好地理解与实施,下面结合附图给出具体实施例详细说明本发明;所举实施例仅用于解释本发明,并非用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1,参见图1,根据设计需要选择合适的行走底盘15、前驾驶室12和后驾驶室9,行走底盘15底端安装前轮胎1和后轮胎7,由行走底盘15、前驾驶室12和后驾驶室9组成搅拌车车体14;在行走底盘15的前端上方安装前驾驶室12,前驾驶室12下方为前驱动3和前转向2,行走底盘15的后端上方安装后驾驶室9,后驾驶室9下方为后驱动5和后转向6;前驱动3和后驱动5形成四轮液压驱动***,前转向2和后转向6形成四轮转向结构;后驾驶室9内安装无线遥控接收器10,控制搅拌运输机器人按要求工作;在前驾驶室12侧面安装动力***13,动力***13为柴油动力***;在行走底盘15中部固定安装混凝土搅拌装置4和水***11,行走底盘15后端安装混凝土输送装置8,水***11和混凝土搅拌装置4与混凝土输送装置8相通连接。
本发明的混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人,工艺流程为:机器人进入料场,将粗细骨料(沙石)、水泥和添加剂按要求的比例依次加入到混凝土搅拌装置中,机器人离开料场开赴施工现场,行进途中,在混凝土搅拌装置中加入来自水***输出的水,边行进边搅拌,在混凝土搅拌装置将混凝土搅拌均匀后,通过混凝土输送装置输送出来,完成工程用混凝土的供给。

1.混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人,其特征在于,包括由底端安装前轮胎(1)和后轮胎(7)的行走底盘(15)和前驾驶室(12)及后驾驶室(9)组成的搅拌车车体(14),行走底盘(15)的前端上方设前驾驶室(12),前驾驶室(12)下方为前驱动(3)、前转向(2),行走底盘(15)的后端上方设后驾驶室(9),后驾驶室(9)下方为后驱动(5)与后转向(6),前驱动(3)和后驱动(5)形成四轮液压驱动***,前转向(2)和后转向(6)形成四轮转向结构;后驾驶室(9)内设无线遥控接收器(10);前驾驶室(12)侧面设动力***(13);行走底盘(15)中部设混凝土搅拌装置(4)和水***(11),行走底盘(15)后端设混凝土输送装置(8),水***(11)和混凝土搅拌装置(4)与混凝土输送装置(8)相通连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混凝土自行走搅拌运输机器人,其特征在于,所述的搅拌车车体(14)的动力***(13)为柴油动力***。
