技术领域
本实用发明属于纸板加工设备领域,具体涉及一种纸板加工设备。
背景技术
众所周知,蜂窝纸芯的生产过程中,裁剪蜂窝纸芯是必不可少的主要工序,剪切装置设计的好坏直接影响到蜂窝纸芯的生产效率和生产质量。
目前有中国专利授权公告号CN100586671C公开了一种蜂窝纸芯自动生产线用剪切机构,包括机架、剪切装置,上述机架上设有供蜂窝纸芯剪切用的机台,在上机台的上方设有弧形的导纸板,在上述机台下方设有可调节台面高度的升降机构。所述剪切装置包括固定切刀、移动切刀、驱动机构,其中:上述固定切刀与移动切刀呈上下相切的水平设置;上述固定切刀设置 于导纸板的下方,其刀背与机架相接;上述移动切刀与驱动机构相驱接。由 于在机台上方设置的弧形导纸板及下方设有的机台升降机构,可按所需加工 蜂窝纸芯规格厚度预先通过升降机构实施定位,生产时,经上工序复合的若干层纸件由弧形导纸板导入剪切区域,实施连续裁切、复合,为蜂窝纸芯的加工提供了一种新设备。
但是上述专利存在一个问题,需要被裁切的蜂窝纸芯均是通过自身的重量从导纸板上滑下来进行出料,纸板本来就容易弯折,出料不及时容易卡住设备,极大地限制了蜂窝纸芯的生产效率。另外,由于蜂窝纸芯通过自身重量进行出料,其在裁切的过程中不能被有效固定,容易在裁切过程中发生移位,降低了裁切平整度。
还存在一个问题,当前这些设备在剪切蜂窝纸板的时候,切刀的切割方向与纸芯的纹路方向不顺应,导致切割时,不容易切开,强行的剪切纸板,会导致纸板的切口错杂不堪,甚至坑坑洼洼,不便于切割后的纸板后面的组合或者加工,还需要人来重新修饰切口。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纸板加工设备,通过特殊的结构,机械带动纸板出料,提高切割效率;而且切口平整,利于后续的纸板间的组合,不需要人为修饰切割。
为达到上述目的,本发明的基础技术方案是提供一种纸板加工设备,包括用于引导纸板到切割位置的引料腔;引料腔的中部对称开有通孔,通孔上固定安装有切割腔,切割腔的倾斜角与纸芯的蜂窝纹路相同;切割腔中滑动连接有,刀片的顶部设有限位块,限位块与切割腔的上边缘通过弹簧连接;引料腔的出口的两侧设有可带动出料的圆辊,圆辊上通过连杆铰接有敲打部,敲打部被带动可周期性敲打限位块。
采用上述方案时,对于需要进行剪切或者切割的纸板,先人工将纸板的端部进行快速的修剪,保证其端部的切面是纸芯的交叉口处的横切面。此时将纸板放入引料腔,随后启动圆辊进行送料,圆辊转动送料的同时会带动敲打部敲打刀片上的限位块,刀片沿着切割腔冲向纸板,并且沿着纸板纸芯的纹路双向切割纸板,随后被弹簧复位到初始位置,等待凸轮的下一次敲打进行下一次的切割。被切割后的纸板被两个圆辊带走,此时完成一次切割动作。
本方案的优点在于:
一、切割腔的倾斜角和纸板的蜂窝纹路相同,切割腔引导刀片沿该纹路切割纸板,以保证切割后的切口平整光滑,有规则;便于后面的加工组合,而且不需要人为的再来对每个切口进行修整。
二、圆辊会带动纸板出料,两个圆辊可以限定和夹持纸板防止在裁切过程中发生移位,提高了切割的平整度和切割的效率;避免了出料不及时导致设备卡住。
对基础方案的改进得到的优选方案1,敲打部包括转动设置的凸轮,凸轮偏心一侧与连杆远离圆辊的一端铰接,凸轮上设有可敲打限位块的突起;凸轮与连杆铰接位置的距离小于圆辊与连杆铰接位置的距离,圆辊和凸轮形成了双曲柄机构,使得凸轮可在在圆辊带动下转动,可以周期性的敲打限位块;而且结构十分简单。
对基础方案的改进得到的优选方案2,敲打部包括安装在限位块上方的导轨,以及滑动连接在导轨中的滑块;滑块与连杆远离圆辊的一端铰接,导轨的长度大于滑块运动时的极限位置。圆辊和滑块构成了曲柄滑块机构,将圆辊周期的转动变成了滑块往返运动,实现了对限位块的敲打,本方案结构简单,便于安装,成本低。
对优选方案2改进得到的优选方案3,限位块中部被凸轮敲打的部位设有凹腔,凹腔表面设有一层橡胶膜;凹腔设有孔底部设有通管一直连通到刀片的刀尖处。凸轮敲打限位块的时候,会击打凹腔上的橡胶膜,在凸轮接触限位块短暂瞬间会挤压橡胶膜,从而对橡胶膜下凹腔中的空气进行挤压,瞬间的形变会产生极大的动量差,从而为这部分空气提高很高的压力和速度,这部分空气沿刀片中的通管,吹向刀尖的出口。随着刀片的下行对纸板进行切割的时候,这些具有压力和速度的空气会吹向切割的部位,将切割产生的碎屑吹离开切口;保证切口的平整和干净,便于以后纸板组合加工的时候切口对接的良好性,以提高整个纸板的性能。
对基础方案,优选方案1-3任一项的改进得到的优选方案4,圆辊的周长等于纸芯中两个交叉口的距离的整数倍,切刀每次切割的时候,都是在切割纸板相应的纹路。
对基础方案,优选方案1-3任一项的改进得到的优选方案5,引料腔出口两侧的圆辊的转速相同,转动方向相反,保证纸板出料时纸板两面不会出现相对位移。

下面通过具体实施方式和附图标记对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:引料腔1、切割腔2、限位块3、橡胶膜4、弹簧5、刀片6、凸轮7、连杆8、圆辊9、纸板10、导轨11、滑块12。
实施例1
实施例1基本如附图1所示:一种纸板加工设备,包括用于引导纸板到切割位置的引料腔1;引料腔1的中部对称开有通孔,通孔上固定安装有切割腔2,切割腔2的倾斜角与纸芯的蜂窝纹路相同;切割腔2中滑动连接有6,刀片6的顶部设有限位块3,限位块3与切割腔2的上边缘通过弹簧5连接。限位块3中部被凸轮7敲打的部位设有凹腔,凹腔表面设有一层橡胶膜4;凹腔的底部设有通管一直连通到刀片6的刀尖处。引料腔1的出口的两侧设有可带动出料的圆辊9,圆辊9的转速相同,圆辊9被外界电机带动,圆辊9的偏心位置上通过连杆8铰接有凸轮7,凸轮7被带动可敲打限位块3。凸轮7与连杆8铰接位置的距离小于圆辊9与连杆8铰接位置的距离。圆辊9的周长等于纸芯中两个交叉口的距离的整数倍。
实施原理:对于需要进行剪切或者切割的纸板,先人工的将纸板的端部进行快速的修剪,保证其端部的切面是纸芯的交叉口处的横切面。此时将纸板放入引料腔1,随后启动圆辊9进行送料,圆辊9转动送料的同时会带动凸轮敲打刀片上的限位块3,刀片6沿着切割腔2冲向纸板,并且沿着纸板纸芯的纹路双向切割纸板,随后被弹簧5复位到初始位置,等待凸轮7的下一次敲打进行下一次的切割。被切割后的纸板被两个圆辊9带走,此时完成一次切割动作。限位块3中部被凸轮7敲打的部位设有凹腔,凹腔表面设有一层橡胶膜4;凹腔设有孔底部设有通管一直连通到刀片6的刀尖处。凸轮7敲打限位块3的时候,会击打凹腔上的橡胶膜4,在凸轮7接触限位块3短暂瞬间会挤压橡胶膜4,从而对橡胶膜4下凹腔中的空气进行挤压,瞬间的形变会产生极大的动量差,从而为这部分空气提高很高的压力和速度,这部分空气沿刀片6中的通管,吹向刀尖的出口。随着刀片6的下行对纸板进行切割的时候,这些具有压力和速度的空气会吹向切割的部位,将切割产生的碎屑吹离开切口;保证切口的平整和干净,便于以后纸板组合加工的时候切口对接的良好性,以提高整个纸板的性能。切割腔2的倾斜角和纸板的蜂窝纹路相同,切割腔2引导刀片6沿该纹路切割纸板,以保证切割后的切口平整光滑,有规则;便于后面的加工组合,而且不需要人为的再来对每个切口进行修整。圆辊9会带动纸板出料,两个圆辊9可以限定和夹持纸板防止在裁切过程中发生移位,提高了切割的平整度和切割的效率;避免了出料不及时导致设备卡住。
圆辊9的周长等于纸芯中两个交叉口的距离,切刀每次切割的时候,都是在切割纸板相应的纹路。引料腔1出口两侧的圆辊9的转速相同,转动方向相反,保证纸板出料时纸板两面不会出现相对位移。圆辊9具有若干型号,这些型号的圆辊9的周长分别等于纸芯中两个交叉口的距离的相应的整数倍;能沿相应的纹路切割出不同长度的纸板。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于:敲打部为安装在限位块上方的导轨11,以及滑动连接在导轨11中的与圆辊偏心铰接的滑块12;导轨的长度大于所述滑块被带动时的上限位置。圆辊和滑块构成了曲柄滑块机构,将圆辊周期的转动变成了滑块12往返运动,实现了对限位块3的敲打。

1.一种纸板加工设备,其特征在于,包括用于引导纸板到切割位置的引料腔;所述引料腔的中部对称开有通孔,所述通孔上固定安装有切割腔,所述切割腔的倾斜角与纸芯的蜂窝纹路相同;所述切割腔中滑动连接有刀片,所述刀片的顶部设有限位块,所述限位块与切割腔的上边缘通过弹簧连接;所述引料腔的出口的两侧设有可带动出料的圆辊,所述圆辊的偏心位置通过连杆铰接有敲打部,所述敲打部被带动可周期性敲打限位块,所述圆辊的周长等于纸芯中两个交叉口的距离的整数倍,所述敲打部包括转动设置的凸轮,所述凸轮的偏心位置与连杆远离圆辊的一端铰接,所述凸轮上设有可敲打限位块的突起;所述凸轮与连杆铰接位置的距离小于圆辊与连杆铰接位置的距离,所述敲打部包括安装在限位块上方的导轨,以及滑动连接在导轨中的滑块;所述滑块与连杆远离圆辊的一端铰接,所述导轨的长度大于所述滑块运动时的极限位置,所述限位块中部被凸轮敲打的部位设有凹腔,所述凹腔表面设有一层橡胶膜;所述凹腔底部设有连通至刀片的刀刃处的通管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板加工设备,其特征在于,所述引料腔出口两侧的圆辊的转速相同,转动方向相反。
