The invention comprises a top waterproof system, a middle waterproof system and a bottom waterproof system, wherein the top one-stage waterproof system consists of a tripod head, a top shielding cap, a lifting barrel and a supporting table shell, so that rainwater flowing down from the tripod head falls to the middle part of the supporting table shell along the lower edge of the top shielding cap and cannot flow down into a waterproof ring along the outer wall of the lifting barrel, and the first-stage waterproof system blocks a large amount of rainwater rushing to the joint of the lifting barrel and a robot supporting table; the middle secondary waterproof system consists of a waterproof ring, a lifting barrel and a supporting table shell, wherein the lifting barrel penetrates through the waterproof ring, water flowing down from the surface of the lifting barrel flows out along the top of the waterproof ring, possibly leaks slightly into the waterproof ring, the silica gel waterproof ring is embedded into a space between the lifting barrel and the top of the supporting table shell, the lifting barrel is made of carbon fiber materials, the outer wall of the lifting barrel is smooth, the waterproof ring is airtight, and meanwhile, a small friction coefficient exists between the lifting barrel and the lifting table shell, so that the lifting barrel can move flexibly up and down; the water-proof system at the bottom is composed of a water guide groove, a water-proof rubber tube, an outer wall of the water guide groove, a water guide groove at the bottom of the lifting barrel and a water guide tube at the bottom of the lifting barrel, wherein one half of the water-proof rubber tube is filled in the water guide groove, the other half of the water-proof rubber tube is above the water guide groove, and is tightly matched with the outer wall of the water guide groove and the supporting table shell together, water flowing down from the supporting table shell is guided by the guide surface of the water-proof rubber tube and flows to the ground from the robot shell, and little water leakage is collected into the water guide groove and then is discharged from a water outlet at the front end of the robot; the water guide groove at the bottom of the lifting barrel is arranged on the outer diameter of the bottom of the lifting barrel, one end of the water guide pipe at the bottom of the lifting barrel is connected to the water guide groove at the bottom of the lifting barrel, and the other end extends out of the machine bottom plate; very little water leakage possibly flowing down from the outer wall of the robot lifting barrel is collected into the water guide groove at the bottom of the lifting barrel and is discharged from the water guide pipe at the bottom of the lifting barrel, so that a third-stage water reflecting effect is formed. The three-level waterproof system works together to effectively block rainwater from all aspects, so that the safety of electrical equipment is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the upper end of the top sunshade cap 2 is tightly clamped on the bottom surface of the cradle head 1, and the diameter of the lower end of the top sunshade cap 2 is larger than that of the upper end. The diameter of the upper end of the top sunhat 2 is larger than the outer diameter of the waterproof ring 5. The upper plane of the truncated cone-shaped top shielding cap is tightly clamped between the bottom surface of the cradle head and the top surface of the lifting barrel, the diameter of the lower end of the shielding cap is larger than the outer diameter of the waterproof ring, the top sunshade cap is ensured to effectively prevent rainwater from falling between the clearance between the lifting barrel and the supporting table shell, most of the rainwater blocked by the top shielding cap falls to the middle part of the supporting table shell after flowing down along the periphery of the top sunshade cap, and then flows to the bottom waterproof system along the supporting table shell and is discharged.
