According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the alarm device comprises a high-pressure oil pipe 1, a pressure reducing valve 2, an electromagnetic directional valve 3, a one-way valve 4, an oil return pipe 5, a hydraulic gauge 6 and a clamping oil cylinder 7, and is used for providing hydraulic pressure for the operation of a rotary workbench. The high-pressure oil pipe sequentially passes through the pressure reducing valve, the electromagnetic reversing valve and the one-way valve and is communicated with the clamping oil cylinder, and hydraulic pressure provided by the rotary workbench motor pump set is transmitted to the clamping oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe, so that the clamping oil cylinder can execute a clamping command when the rotary workbench operates, and the angle of the rotary workbench can not deviate during operation. Furthermore, the hydraulic pressure gauge is arranged on the high-pressure oil pipe between the pressure reducing valve and the electromagnetic directional valve and used for indicating the pressure of the oil body in the high-pressure oil pipe after the pressure reducing valve reduces the pressure, so that the hydraulic pressure control device is beneficial to assisting the pressure reducing valve in carrying out more accurate control on the hydraulic pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe. The oil return pipe is arranged on the electromagnetic reversing valve, when a clamping oil cylinder of the rotary worktable is in a non-clamping state, the rotary worktable generates angular deviation to cause abnormal work, usually caused by faults of an oil pump motor set, oil leakage of an oil pipe, a hydraulic control one-way valve and the like, and oil in the high-pressure oil pipe flows to the oil return pipe through the electromagnetic reversing valve.
(2) When the pressure relay detects that the hydraulic pressure of the clamping oil cylinder is greater than the set value of the pressure relay, the pressure relay converts a pressure signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the normally closed contact of the intermediate relay to enable the coil of the intermediate relay to be electrified, the normally closed contact of the contactor is disconnected, at the moment, the pressure of the clamping oil cylinder is normal, the rotating workbench is in a clamping state, the rotating workbench works normally, the circuit of the alarm system is in a disconnection state, and the alarm lamp does not work.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the pressure relay is communicated with the contactor normally closed contact through the intermediate relay normally closed contact, and is used for detecting whether the pressure transmitted to the clamping oil cylinder through the high-pressure oil pipe exceeds the set value of the pressure relay or not, and then controlling the on-off of the contactor normally closed contact. When the rotary workbench works normally, the rotary workbench is in a clamping state, the pressure relay detects that the hydraulic pressure of the clamping oil cylinder is greater than a set value of the pressure relay, the normally closed contact coil of the intermediate relay is electrified, and the normally closed contact of the contactor is disconnected; when the rotary worktable can not normally work due to faults of an oil pump motor set, oil leakage of an oil pipe, a hydraulic control one-way valve and the like, the rotary worktable is in a non-clamping state, the pressure relay detects that the hydraulic pressure of the clamping oil cylinder is lower than a set value of the pressure relay, the normally closed contact coil of the intermediate relay is powered off, and the normally closed contact of the contactor is closed.
According to the specific embodiment of the invention, the alarm device comprises a contactor normally-open contact 10, a contactor normally-closed contact 11 and an alarm lamp 12 which are connected in series to form an alarm main circuit, and the on-off state of the alarm lamp is controlled through the on-off state of the contactor normally-open contact and the contactor normally-closed contact. And the contactor normally closed contact is used for detecting the clamping state of the clamping oil cylinder so as to represent whether the rotary worktable works normally or not. When the rotary worktable works normally, the rotary worktable is in a clamping state, and the normally closed contact of the contactor is disconnected; when the rotary worktable can not work normally due to faults of an oil pump motor set, oil leakage of an oil pipe, a hydraulic control one-way valve and the like, the rotary worktable is in a non-clamping state, and the normally closed contact of the contactor is closed. The alarm lamp is used for indicating whether the rotary worktable is in a clamping state or not, and further representing the change of the angle of the rotary table caused by the insufficient clamping pressure of the clamping oil cylinder of the rotary worktable. When the rotary workbench works normally, the rotary workbench is in a clamping state, the normally closed contact of the contactor is in a disconnecting state, the alarm main circuit formed by the series connection is in an open circuit state, the alarm lamp does not work, and at the moment, the rotary workbench cannot generate angle deviation due to sufficient clamping pressure of the clamping oil cylinder; when the swivel work head can not normally work, the swivel work head is in non-clamping state, and contactor normally open contact and contactor normally closed contact are in the closure state simultaneously, the warning main line that the series connection formed is in the access state, and the alarm lamp begins work, begins to pipe the scintillation and reports to the police, and at this moment, swivel work head leads to its emergence angular deflection because of the not enough clamping pressure who presss from both sides tight hydro-cylinder.

(1) When the rotary workbench is opened, a rotary workbench motor-pump set is started, a high-pressure oil pipe is adopted to supply oil to the clamping oil cylinder through a pressure reducing valve, an electromagnetic directional change valve and a one-way valve, meanwhile, a pressure relay converts a pressure signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to a normally open contact of an intermediate relay to electrify a coil of the intermediate relay, and the normally open contact of a contactor is closed;
(2) When the pressure relay detects that the hydraulic pressure of the clamping oil cylinder is greater than the set value of the pressure relay, the pressure relay converts a pressure signal into an electric signal and transmits the electric signal to the normally closed contact of the intermediate relay to electrify the coil of the intermediate relay, the normally closed contact of the contactor is disconnected, at the moment, the pressure of the clamping oil cylinder is normal, the rotary workbench is in a clamping state, the rotary workbench works normally, the circuit of the alarm system is in a disconnection state, and the alarm lamp does not work;
