第一步骤，将藏红花10克，人参20克，山药20克，甘草25克，当归30克，熟地20克，鹿茸20克，杜仲30克，白芷25克，细辛30克，花椒30克，荆芥30克，葱白50克，牡丹皮30克，黄连20克，青蒿30克，高良姜200克，枳实20克，陈皮25克，独活30克，五加皮20克，砂仁30克，苍术20克，姜黄20克，丹参30克，益母草20克混合均匀置于一级发酵罐中，添加纯净水8350克；
第二步骤，进行加热灭菌，灭菌温度90℃左右，时间1.5小时，自然冷却降温至室温；
第三步骤，一级发酵操作，将含量≥100亿cfu/克的双歧杆菌250克加入到灭菌的中草药药液中，搅拌均匀，温度32℃，发酵时间12小时。
第四步骤，二级发酵操作，将一级发酵液用管道泵输送到二级发酵罐中，温度35℃，发酵时间28小时；
第五步骤，取第四步骤中获得的上清液备用即制得成品。
实施例二，
第一步骤，将藏红花20克，人参30克，山药30克，甘草30克，当归40克，熟地30克，鹿茸30克，杜仲40克，白芷30克，细辛40克，花椒40克，荆芥40克，葱白60克，牡丹皮40克，黄连30克，青蒿40克，高良姜300克，枳实30克，陈皮30克，独活40克，五加皮30克，砂仁40克，苍术30克，姜黄30克，丹参40克，益母草30克混合均匀置于一级发酵罐中，添加纯净水11700克；
第二步骤，进行加热灭菌，灭菌温度90℃左右，时间2.5小时，自然冷却降温至室温；
第三步骤，一级发酵操作，将含量≥100亿cfu/克的乳酸菌500克加入到灭菌的中草药药液中，搅拌均匀，温度35℃，发酵时间24小时。
第四步骤，二级发酵操作，将一级发酵液用管道泵输送到二级发酵罐中，温度37℃，发酵时间36小时；
第五步骤，取第四步骤中获得的上清液备用即制得成品。
实施例三，
第一步骤，将藏红花20克，人参30克，山药30克，甘草30克，当归40克，熟地30克，鹿茸30克，杜仲40克，白芷30克，细辛40克，花椒40克，荆芥40克，葱白60克，牡丹皮40克，黄连30克，青蒿40克，高良姜300克，枳实30克，陈皮30克，独活40克，五加皮30克，砂仁40克，苍术30克，姜黄30克，丹参40克，益母草30克混合均匀置于一级发酵罐中，添加纯净水11700克；
第二步骤，进行加热灭菌，灭菌温度90℃左右，时间2.5小时，自然冷却降温至室温；
第三步骤，一级发酵操作，将含量≥100亿cfu/克的乳酸菌250克和含量≥100亿cfu/克的双歧杆菌250克混合后加入到灭菌的中草药药液中，搅拌均匀，温度35℃，发酵时间24小时。
第四步骤，二级发酵操作，将一级发酵液用管道泵输送到二级发酵罐中，温度37℃，发酵时间36小时；
第五步骤，取第四步骤中获得的上清液备用即制得成品。

Claims (1)

1.一种治疗风湿骨病的中草药的发酵制备方法，其特征是，所述一种治疗风湿骨病的中草药的配比为，它是按照重量单位配比的如下组分组成，藏红花10-20克，人参20-30克，山药20-30克，甘草25-30克，当归30-40克，熟地20-30克，鹿茸20-30克，杜仲30-40克，白芷25-30克，细辛30-40克，花椒30-40克，荆芥30-40克，葱白50-60克，牡丹皮30-40克，黄连20-30克，青蒿30-40克，高良姜200-300克，枳实20-30克，陈皮25-30克，独活30-40克，五加皮20-30克，砂仁30-40克，苍术20-30克，姜黄20-30克，丹参30-40克，益母草20-30克；
所述中草药的液态发酵包括以下步骤：
第一步骤，将上述中草药原料称重混合均匀置于一级发酵罐中，添加中草药原料总重量的10倍的纯净水；
第二步骤，进行加热灭菌，灭菌温度90℃左右，时间1-3小时，自然冷却降温至室温；
第三步骤，一级发酵操作，将含量≥100亿cfu/克的活性双歧杆菌或活性乳酸菌250-500克，或含量≥100亿cfu/克的活性双歧杆菌和活性乳酸菌的1:1混合物250-500克加入到灭菌的中草药药液中，搅拌均匀，温度30-37℃，发酵时间12-24小时；
第四步骤，二级发酵操作，将一级发酵液用管道泵输送到二级发酵罐中，温度30-37℃，发酵时间24-36小时；
第五步骤，取第四步骤中获得的上清液备用即制得成品。
