Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于分支血管开口处病变的支架,它由定位部和扩张部组成;扩张部为形状规则的柱型网状;定位部为环形,与扩张部的末端一体加工成形;定位部设置于主血管与分支血管的连接处,通过与定位导丝的共同作用对支架起定位作用;定位导丝从主血管内伸入并穿过定位部之后向分支血管的主管内延伸;扩张部的内部插置有导引导丝,在导引导丝的牵引作用下进入分支血管,并在定位部和定位导丝的共同作用下准确定位于分支血管开口处的病变。本发明应用在分支血管开口处病变的介入手术时,具有定位准确、血管疏通效果好的优点,可彻底解决传统支架因定位不精准而导致的分支血管开口处病变扩张不完全的现状,有利于推进现代医疗的发展进程。

Description

一种用于分支血管开口处病变的支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种支架,尤其涉及一种用于分支血管开口处病变的支架,属于医疗辅助设备技术领域。
背景技术
血管支架是指在管腔球囊扩张成形的基础上,在病变段置入内支架以达到支撑狭窄闭塞段血管,减少血管弹性回缩及再塑形,保持管腔血流通畅的医疗器械。传统的血管支架均为形状规则,首尾均一的柱型网状结构,这种支架仅适用于单支血管病变处的治疗,在应用于分支血管开口处的病变时,因缺乏准确的定位结构,在将扩张球囊输送至病变处时会出现定位不精准的状况,导致支架的过多部分存留于主血管内或支架探入分支血管的长度过长,这两种状况都会导致病变处的扩张不完全,从而影响治疗效果,严重时会加重患者的血管堵塞或血栓状况,给病人带来极大痛苦。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术所存在的不足之处,本发明提供了一种用于分支血管开口处病变的支架。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于分支血管开口处病变的支架,由定位部和扩张部组成;扩张部为形状规则的柱型网状,用于对分支血管开口处的病变部位进行扩张支撑;定位部为环形,与扩张部的末端一体加工成形;
定位部设置于主血管与分支血管的连接处,通过与定位导丝的共同作用对支架起定位限制作用;定位导丝从主血管内伸入并穿过定位部之后向分支血管的主管内延伸;
扩张部的内部插置有导引导丝,用于在导引导丝的牵引作用下进入分支血管,并在定位部以及定位导丝的共同作用下准确定位于分支血管开口处的病变部位。
定位部的形状为圆环形或方环形或不规则环形。
支架的材质为具有生物相容性和支撑力的金属材料或可降解的高分子材料,包括钴基合金、镍基合金、316L不锈钢。
支架具有X射线不透性。
本发明应用在分支血管开口处病变的介入手术时,具有定位准确、血管疏通效果好的优点,可彻底解决传统支架因定位不精准而导致的分支血管开口处病变扩张不完全的现状,有利于推进现代医疗的发展进程。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1~4所示,本发明由定位部101和扩张部102组成;扩张部102为形状规则的柱型网状,用于对分支血管开口处的病变部位进行扩张支撑;定位部101为环形,与扩张部102的末端一体加工成形;
定位部101设置于主血管与分支血管的连接处,通过与定位导丝3的共同作用对支架起定位限制作用;定位导丝3从主血管内伸入并穿过定位部101之后向分支血管的主管内延伸;
扩张部102的内部插置有导引导丝2,用于在导引导丝2的牵引作用下进入分支血管,并在定位部101以及定位导丝3的共同作用下准确定位于分支血管开口处的病变部位。
定位部101的形状没有限制,可为圆环形或方环形或不规则环形,只要能穿过0.014英寸的定位导丝3即可。
支架的材质为具有生物相容性和支撑力的金属材料或可降解的高分子材料,包括钴基合金、镍基合金、316L不锈钢。因在手术时,医生需要通过X光透视来观察情况,血管支架需具有X射线不透性。
本发明的具体使用方法为:
在导引导管输送***导入人体以后,首先将导引导丝2与定位导丝3一起送至分支血管的病变位置;其中,导引导丝2送至有病变的分支血管5中,定位导丝3送至分支血管的主管6内;再将支架的扩张部102从导引导丝2的末端套入,同时使定位导丝3的末端插置于定位部101的环中;分别沿着导引导丝2、定位导丝3的导向作用向前推进扩张部102以及定位部101,当定位部101输送至主血管4与分支血管5的连接处时,支架与定位导丝3分别向不同的方向延伸,形成叉形结构卡置在主血管4与分支血管5的连接处,从而实现扩张部102在分支血管开口处病变的精准定位;定位完成后,由球囊对支架进行冲压扩张,扩张后的支架可对病变处的狭窄部位起到支撑作用,便于改善患者的血管堵塞及流通状况。
本发明通过在传统支架的末端增设环形的定位部,可明显提高治疗分支血管开口处病变时支架的定位准确性,从而提高介入手术的治疗效果,降低后期补救治疗的概率以及给患者造成的二次痛苦,在临床应用技术领域具有重要的实用价值。

1.一种用于分支血管开口处病变的支架,其特征在于:它由定位部(101)和扩张部(102)组成;所述扩张部(102)为形状规则的柱型网状,用于对分支血管开口处的病变部位进行扩张支撑;所述定位部(101)为环形,与扩张部(102)的末端一体加工成形;
定位部(101)设置于主血管与分支血管的连接处,通过与定位导丝(3)的共同作用对支架起定位限制作用;定位导丝(3)从主血管内伸入并穿过定位部(101)之后向分支血管的主管内延伸;
扩张部(102)的内部插置有导引导丝(2),用于在导引导丝(2)的牵引作用下进入分支血管,并在定位部(101)以及定位导丝(3)的共同作用下准确定位于分支血管开口处的病变部位;
所述定位部(101)的形状为方环形;
所述支架的材质为具有生物相容性和支撑力的金属材料或可降解的高分子材料,包括钴基合金、镍基合金、316L不锈钢;
